The Role:

The Business Analytics & Insights is a newly created function that equips Mozilla with data-driven decision-making capabilities, ensuring strategies are grounded in factual insights. By identifying market trends and customer behaviors, it allows for proactive strategy adjustments and resource optimization. Through performance monitoring and competitive analysis, this function ensures that strategic plans remain agile, relevant, and aligned with both market realities and organizational goals.

A Business Analytics, Insights & Reporting function is pivotal for data-informed decisions, strategic planning, optimizing business operations, and ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Data Science & Engineering are a separate but collaborative organization, to ensure efficiency, scalability, and agility in our overall data operations.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain product growth models to forecast and optimize company revenue streams based on a data-constrained environment (i.e. using external as well as internal info and reliable proxies).
  • Create product growth models across a multi-product environment, and recommend strategies to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Analyze product performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions for revenue and product growth.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product growth/revenue modeling and growth analytics.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-company collaboration, working with sophisticated data sets, limited data and driving products and the company forward from a business perspective.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; translating data into valuable business insights.
  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, you are able to break down highly complex problems involving large amounts of data.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to tailor data and insights to different audiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive multiple work streams of varying complexity.

This key resource applies extensive knowledge in at least one of the following areas to provide original and innovative solutions:

About the Role

As an experienced Director, VOB, Per Cert and Financial Navigation reporting to our VP, RCMyou will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for verifying patient insurance benefits, including accurate and timely verification of coverage.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and patient engagement (verification of benefits, pre-certification, financial navigation)
  • Familiarity with certification requirements for various healthcare payor services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Opportunity Overview

Cohere is looking for an experienced solutions leader to join our growth team as we seek to expand to new clients. Reporting to the VP of Growth Strategy, you will be a key member of the growth function, leading the solution design process with prospective clients.

You will be charged with quickly developing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and Cohere’s market-leading platform, which includes both clinical and technology aspects. 

You will apply this understanding, together with your creative problem-solving and analytical skills, to support the sales function by leading complex solution design projects to scope the configuration of the Cohere platform for client needs.  Your role as the glue between Cohere’s commercial and operational functions (e.g., product, clinical transformation, operations, integrations, implementation, etc.) will ensure that customer needs/requirements are translated seamlessly to proposals, statements of work, and to the teams charged with implementation.  Finally, you will work closely with the rest of the growth team to help advance Cohere’s strategy as well as expand to new markets and customers overall.

What you will do: 

  • Become an expert on market and technology trends impacting utilization management and related clinical functions within health plans and other risk-bearing entities (e.g., care management, digital health, value-based care, interoperability, etc.)
  • Engage with client and prospect executives as a thought partner, advising them on market trends, best practices, and opportunities to drive business value from utilization management 
  • Serve as a Cohere SME on sales calls with client executives, capable of leading demonstrations and speaking to the value and differentiation of the Cohere platform
  • Lead consultative solution design process for complex sales pursuits
    • Collaborate with sales team members to understand prospective customers’ business, clinical, technical, and compliance needs
    • Collaborate with product, clinical programs, operations, and integrations team to recommend Cohere platform configurations for the client’s needs
    • Collaborate with actuarial team to quantify savings for prospective clients
    • Partner with product and clinical development teams to manage configuration / customization requests
    • Prepare executive presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers
    • Ensure client buy-in and internal sign-off of solution design documents
    • Draft proposals and statements of work to appropriately reflect client requirements and Cohere capabilities 
    • Lead the activation process with new clients post-deal closure, coordinating cross-functional teams to capture detailed client requirements for implementation
    • Partner with implementation team to ensure requirements translate into build plan
  • Partner with growth and product leaders to develop our growth strategy, by articulating the needs of emerging market segments and translating to potential new product offerings
  • Contribute to solutioning function by identifying opportunities to improve our internal processes and deliverables to build a scalable and high impact sales model

 

Your background & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in similar role for a, health-tech company, healthcare consulting, health plan, or value-based care organization
  • Deep experience or working with, or selling into, health plans and value-based care organizations across different lines of business
  • Understanding of health plan technology systems and workflows
    (e.g., CM/UM systems, claims data, analytics, EMRs, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability. Experience with financial analysis and return on investment modeling
  • Customer-orientation and start-up ready mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative and experience participating in team-led sales models 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; project management experience a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 20% to prospect meetings

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.

Meet the team:  

As the Safety and Cybersecurity Team, we contribute to a key area of Torc's products. We ensure that the product is designed considering the state of the art in safety and cybersecurity for road vehicles building on standards like ISO26262, ISO21448 and ISO21434. 

What you will do: 

  • Provide strong cyber security systems engineering processes and methods to ensure optimum protection of Torc systems from cyber threats, working across teams involved with development and commercialization of software, hardware and infrastructure. 
  • Lead cyber security activities for Torc in compliance with ISO 21434, UNECE WP.29, and Torc cyber security development processes in collaboration with external teams 
  • Lead the Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in collaboration with the functional safety team and lead the team for TARA updates. Base the TARA on the safety goals found in the ISO 26262 HARA 
  • Lead thesecurity concept development as well as the security requirements development and requirements review 
  • Collaborate with system design and architecture development teams on specification development for our Autonomous Trucking program.  Support the systems team in developing the security architecture for product lines   
  • Coach teams in implementing the cyber security requirements 
  • Provide guidance and support for the incident response team and support incident response activities as assigned 
  • Cultivate awareness of incident response in the engineering team.  
  • Grow the cyber security culture 
  • Leadthe Cyber Security Plan 
  • Lead the CS process definition andalign to the Automotive SPICE compliant processes at Torc 
  • Support the SW cyber security tool qualification process 
  • Provide training for ISO 21434 
  • Track cyber security issues and support activities for their closure (vulnerability management)  
  • Interface with external vendors and suppliers to ensure cyber security compliance 
  • Support quality engineering team in answering cyber security related questions
  • Continually improve by staying up to date in cyber security technologies
  • Support the development of cyber security requirements for autonomous trucks  

What you will need to succeed:
