Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or a related field, preferably within the HR technology sector. Preferred experience of 8+ years.

  • Experience as an investment banker, management consultant, or past corporate development or alliance professional in software is a plus.

  • Proven ability to start initiatives from scratch, with zero resources, and drive them to successful completion. Exceptional execution skills and the ability to collaborate across all functions.

  • Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel, capable of building detailed presentations and conducting quantitative analysis.

  • Strong presenter with the ability to research and do analysis backed with extensive quantitative data.

The Salary Range for this role is between $115,000 - $130,000 with a bonus of 15% of base. Compensation is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This is a fully remote position.

Primary duties

  • Architect, build, and maintain the core infrastructure across the platforms – messaging, data, and workflow
  • Maintain and create REST and gRPC APIS for external and internal customers
  • Define contracts between the platforms and enforce consistency in coding and data
  • Identify bottlenecks and points of scale and make recommendations on how to maximize throughput and efficiency, then lead the team to implement
  • Work closely with the Director of Engineering to create and evolve a technical strategy that brings Postscript to the forefront of the technical space we are in

  • Effectively handle client calls, onsite evaluations, candidate screens and presentations.
  • Create, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies to maximize revenue return from our clients and ensure success of each individual partnership.
  • Effectively advise candidates and clients, present opportunity features, overcome objections, and provide consultation and recommendations to clients. 
  • Implement various prosecting techniques to generate new candidate leads on behalf of clients
  • Contribute ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the recruitment department 
  • Effectively create, plan, and deliver presentations on company’s services and clients’ opportunities
  • Deliver proposals offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of prospective clients when needed
  • Contribute to a vibrant, competitive, and supportive culture within the team where all team members focus on achieving success for their accounts and building/fostering lasting client relationships.
  • Effectively advise clients, present services, overcome objections, and provide consultation and recommendations to clients. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree or equivalent a plus.    
  • 3-5 years of experience recruitment experience
  • 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience
  • Preferred experience in allied recruitment
  • Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers
  • Proven ability to effectively work with and sell to C-suite, HR departments, and senior executives
  • Ability to effectively communicate with counterparts, management, clients, and internal departments
  • Strong record to target achievement (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.)
  • Collaborative and supportive with colleagues
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving
  • Must have a valid Driving License

About this team and role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs in a scaling tech company. This role is critical to our growth strategy, focusing on upskilling our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting our culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Needs Assessment:  Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored training solutions in partnership with People Partners
  • Training Program Development:  Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with company goals and support the development of technical and interpersonal skills. 
  • Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, using various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Onboarding: Manage and deliver the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the company.
  • Evaluation: Implement evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and support organizational growth including People Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Programs, and more.
  • Culture Building: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a scaling tech company.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Ability to analyze data and assess training needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
