Fakespot leverages machine learning, and other state-of-the-art technologies to detect spurious product reviews and vendors so consumers can make informed purchasing decisions based on real feedback by real people. What you’ll do:

  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to process and analyze unstructured textual data
  • Develop and finetune machine learning models for tasks such as entity recognition, classification, and text generation
  • Utilize pretrained language models (e.g. GPT, LLAMA) and adapt them for specific use cases
  • Optimize the models for production usage, including considerations for scalability, latency, and resource
  • Monitor and refine deployed models for performance and efficiency, and conduct troubleshooting when necessary
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions
  • Stay current with advancements in NLP research, methodologies, and best practices
  • Be consistently productive and operate with a high degree of autonomy

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a quantitative role, with ideally much of that as a machine learning engineer or a data scientist
  • Knowledge of and expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in a data query language (e.g. SQL), and a programming language (e.g. Python)   
  • Demonstrable experience with the full lifecycle of machine learning models - from development to deployment and monitoring
  • Being an excellent team player with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, showing a high degree of collaboration, flexibility, and respect for diverse perspectives
  • An ability to be self-directed after work is assigned and help less experienced team members to get unblocked

Your impact

Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Designer II. This role will require you to span from strategy to surface, bringing a talent for systems thinking, simple data-driven design, and seamless user experiences to support Handshake’s product. Compensation range

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. We’re looking for a Retail Communications Manager to join our Communications team. We’re excited to bring on an experienced communications manager to help support our retail business, including our Instacart Platform and Connected Stores technologies.   • As our Retail Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of communication plans and media relations.
  • Run point as project manager on news announcements, including new Instacart App retail partnerships, retail milestones, and new features for Instacart Platform and Connected Stores technologies.
  • Draft various written communications such as press releases, blogs, pitches, and internal communications.
  • Manage inbound press inquiries and outbound press opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Retail Market Strategy & Planning, Retail Marketing, and Retail Partnerships teams. 
  • Serve as a liaison between external retail partners.
  • Manage and coordinate speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in communications or public relations (either in-house or at an agency), with a preference for experience in retail communications.

About the Team

Our IT & Security team consists of the Manager, IT & Security, and IT & Security Specialists. Working closely with all other teams within Vidyard, the IT & Security team is positioned to provide world class support both to Vidyardians and our current and prospective clients throughout the sales enablement process. What You’ll Work On

Strategy and Policy Development

  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of Security policies and procedures
  • Work alongside management to define protocols that align with Vidyard’s objectives, goals, and compliance initiative

Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment

  • Perform advanced screening and risk assessment and analysis to proactively identify and resolve Security threats and vulnerabilities 
  • Develop and lead the implementation of risk management strategies
  • Stay updated with trends and threats, using this intelligence to anticipate and guard against bad actors or exploits

Incident Response and Management

  • Lead the Security team’s responses to Security events or incidents in conjunction with Security leadership, and assist in remediation efforts.

Monitoring and Analysis

  • Monitor security access and identify any anomalies or breaches to company assets.

  • Monitor and respond to security tickets that are more advanced, and assist others with more complex issues

Software Development Lifecycle

  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments early in the process of development, to inform of security requirements and the overall design of the product
  • Secure coding practices; provide guidelines and best practices to developers and engineering Vidyardians

Team Leadership and Development

About the Job

We are looking for an Email Designer to join our storefront design team. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us build a curated App ecosystem as well as foster strategic partnerships with key ISVs. Notable Webflow Apps available on the Marketplace include HubSpot, Unsplash, Typeform, Jasper.ai, Microsoft, Figma, Relume, LottieFiles and more.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • Zone A: $147,600 - $203,050
    • Zone B: $138,800 - $190,900
    • Zone C: $129,900 - $178,650
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • CAD $167,700 - CAD $230,550

  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development 

As Business Development Manager, you’ll:

  • Partner with teams across Webflow to identify, prioritize and assess opportunities for product partnerships and potential alliances
  • Deeply understand how Webflow’s product works and collaborate closely with the Product team to scope App development timelines and resources required
  • Be a lead contributor to developing and executing Webflow’s overall App Marketplace and partner ecosystem strategy 
  • Own the entire deal process from finding the right partners, negotiating the opportunities, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership
  • Team up with Webflow Marketing to promote compelling partner built use cases and associated collateral through our various marketing channels
  • Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as the partnerships grow and evolve with changing business priorities on both Webflow and the partners’ side
  • Track and manage new and existing product partnerships while identifying any new potential value exchange opportunities 
  • Analyze and report on the impact of partner ecosystem across our wide customer base through the use of quantitative as well as qualitative KPIs
  • Be an operations lead with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional groups and deliver best-in-class internal and external partner experience
  • Work cross functionally with Webflow’s product, finance, marketing, and legal team

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Business Development Manager if you:

  • Have 4 - 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and / or product management roles
  • Have a proven ability to quickly learn new markets & technologies, synthesize key trends, and concisely present findings & recommendations
  • Experience across the entire business development lifecycle (sourcing, negotiating, working with internal teams, closing, and launching) 
  • Have experience working with technical product integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Sales
  • Feel comfortable operating with ambiguity and find creative solutions when faced with vagueness
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Are proactive and self-motivated – you’re always thinking ahead and looking for new ways to improve and grow
  • You are excited to be a part of an inclusive culture where everyone brings their whole selves to work
