How will this role have an impact?
This is a pivotal role within our tech-enabled services organization, tasked with leveraging Salesforce and other technologies to revolutionize our internal operations. This leader will apply a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to solving unique challenges and opportunities in our healthcare business. By marrying technical solutions with strategic business insights, the Director of Product Management will drive efficiencies, enhance performance, and ensure compliance across all business units. This role will report into the Product organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the strategic direction for the use of Salesforce within the organization, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and healthcare industry standards.
- Business Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct high-level business analyses to understand the needs and challenges of internal stakeholders. Design Salesforce-based solutions that address these needs, enhance business processes, and improve overall performance.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the customization and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various business units, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between Product, Operations, and executive leadership to foster collaboration and ensure that Salesforce initiatives support overall business strategy.
- Training and Adoption: Champion the adoption of Salesforce across the organization through comprehensive training programs and user support.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest Salesforce features and healthcare industry trends to continually propose and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) highly desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and Salesforce implementation, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of implementing technology solutions that drive business success.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, with a commitment to upholding data integrity and patient privacy.
- Experience with provider recruiting and credentialing is a plus.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $102,000 to $184,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
