What you’ll do 

  • You will be responsible for daily customer interaction to plan, coordinate, align resources and establish a process for successful implementation of the Pindrop solutions in large enterprise call centers. 
  • You will need to work with the Customer team and other teams within Pindrop to make sure tasks are executed as planned and that customer expectations are met.

Your skill-set: 

  • Must haves:
    • 8+ years of project management experience in a SaaS software company working with enterprise clients

    • Experience using a project management system like MS Project, Smartsheet, etc 
  • Nice to haves:
    • PMP certification desired, not required
    • Technical knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and Cloud/SaaS processes
    • Knowledge of telephony, CCaaS or call center technologies is a plus

About the role:

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. About the Department

Our Product Specialization & Growth team provides deep subject matter expertise on converging Network and Security services in our Cloudflare One (CF1) portfolio, including Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Data Protection (including DLP), and Email Security (CES).

As a Principal Product Specialist you will be responsible for growing CloudflareOne (CF1) revenue and product adoption. In this role, you will serve as the regional lead for CF1 sales. You will advise the sales leaders on opportunities and programs to grow CF1 revenue, partner with the technical sales teams, enable account executives on product positioning and competitive intelligence, grow partner engagement around CF1, form a tight feedback loop with product and PMM, and support strategic deals from discovery to close. The ideal candidate possesses a consultative mindset, strong selling skills, and a deep technical background to drive engagement internally among the sales organization and externally with decision-makers and influencers within security, networking, and IT and operations.

What you’ll do

  • Present to strategic customers as an expert of our SASE, SSE, and Email solutions. 
  • Align Director and C-Level perceived business value with Cloudflare solutions in the transformational objectives of securing remote work, corporate network modernization, adoption of SASE/SSE, and data protection
  • Develop and advise on sales strategies and pipeline generation in partnership with regional and country sales leaders for SAARC

Job Description

Reporting to one of our SAP Team Managers, the SAP Business Consultant, Logistics, is a member of the SAP Logistics team. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of our customers by actively guiding them in the field of master data, purchasing & sales.

You are a recognized expert in SAP logistics solutions, capable of designing and optimizing logistics processes on S/4HANA to meet the specific needs of each client. You are a leader in all phases of a project, including the integration with Finance modules. As part of your team, you train, support and actively guide your colleagues and your clients.

Your main mission is to:

  • Participate in the analysis of customer needs to propose and implement SAP solutions adapted to their logistics, supply chain, master data, sales and distribution processes.
  • Intervene as an SD (sales and distribution) and MM (procurement and purchasing) expert with our customers, your colleagues and in our internal projects including our sales cycles.
  • Work closely with finance, technical, project management teams, and clients to seamlessly integrate developed solutions.
  • Provide basic technical support to project teams throughout implementation.
  • Accompany junior or intermediate consultants and train them on projects.

  • Delivered several end-to-end S/4HANA projects as a functional logistics advisor.
  • Possess an undergraduate degree in Operations and Logistics Management (or an equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS-Office tools.
  • Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.

The Opportunity

Overview:

Engineering at LivePerson is an inspired, customer-obsessed organization dedicated to building solutions that redefine the Conversational AI industry. We work in small, collaborative, agile, and mission-driven teams with a clear mission empowering quality, continuous feedback, testing, monitoring, and end-to-end ownership. 

In this role, you will be working across many internal teams, external partners, and large customers to deliver agent matching and routing solutions. We are a remote organization, but we value the opportunity to bring our teams together for offsite events, team collaboration, and training sessions. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who are based in Germany or Bulgaria and are willing to come into the office for these activities. You will: 

  • Provide a high impact on core services that enable the conversational platform at scale.
  • Use expert java knowledge to build new features, maintain the platform’s stability at LivePerson’s scale and continuously increase technical excellence score.
  • Produce high-quality, well-tested code, that you would be proud of.
  • Be part of a team that will take full operational responsibility for the services that you own, and potentially take part in an on-call rotation.
  • Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale.
  • Work with other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure valuable contributions, and groom the features that would define the product ahead.
  • Work on the technologies we use: 
    • Java (8 and 11), JavaScript, TypeScript
    • Spring, Spring Boot, and Spark Java
    • Docker, Kubernetes, and Puppet
    • Apache Kafka
    • MySQL, Couch base, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
    • Microservices, event-driven architecture
    • GCP, AWS, and On-Premises infrastructure (Hybrid)
    • Vault, OAuth2.0 Provider, and much more

You have:

  • 6-8 years of experience working with Java, and knowledge of JavaScript (plus)
  • Have 5-7 years of experience working with large-scale distributed microservices architecture.
  • Some working knowledge with Cloud (GCP, AWS, On-Premise Data Centers).
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Working proficiency in English, and can easily communicate with globally distributed teams.

Note: You will have to be located in Bulgaria OR Germany for this position with a valid work permit.
