Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Share the benefits of Casebook’s products to prospective customers in the  eastern United States and Canada: 

    • Local and state government agencies and departments, 

    • SMB nonprofits in human services/social services, 

    • Tribal government organizations. 

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve the revenue necessary to attain quota. Quota is 3x On Track Earnings (OTE). 

  • Generate sales leads from existing and new relationships and follow up on marketing-generated leads.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline (3.5-4x quota) and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Have the ability to establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.

  • Develop sales opportunities into signed deals.

  • Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and passing this information, through proper channels, to the product management and sales teams.

  • Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM (currently Hubspot)

  • Ability to travel approximately up to 10%, sometimes on weekends for conferences, client meetings, or internal meetings.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success, preferably in the nonprofit, government, or education market. Experience selling into human services/social services organizations is preferred, as is SLED sales experience.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally with high-level employees in Casebook's target market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains HR systems and processes including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, communication plans, global organizational charts, payroll, corporate benefits, Affirmative Action Planning, local compensation structure and wage analysis, worker’s compensation, and safety.   • Acts as the primary HR support for all local exempt and non-exempt employees.  Responds to inquiries and educates and supports employees in the use of self-service applications available to them.

About the role

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $190,000 per year. The Customer Support Team solves complicated problems and answers technical inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. What you'll do

The Technical Account Manager will own the post-contract end-to-end support experience for Cloudflare’s most strategic customers, to unblock post-go-live technical support challenges. They are a dedicated technical primary point of contact for our top-tier Enterprise customers. TAM’s responsibilities are to manage and monitor support interactions, serve as an internal advocate for customers, respond to customer escalations, and proactively escalate issues as needed. Responsibilities

  • Ability to work one weekend every month. 
  • Serve as primary technical support contact.

As our physical security technical engineer, reporting to our Director of Physical Security you will take ownership of our physical security technologies across our office and data center footprint. 

We are looking for someone excited about solving physical world challenges with next-generation technology on a global scale. You will be leading the overall strategy & implementation as well as partnering with other teams to unify physical and digital access into one cohesive security solution for Cloudflare’s global network powering our products.

What You’ll Do

Continue to build and manage our global physical security data center program overall in the following areas: 

  • Physical security systems:
    • Lead a global program focused on developing and deploying innovative physical security technology & operations across our global network of data centers. This will require traveling to a variety of locations, building relationships with our partners and working in an agile environment. 
    • Utilize Cloudflare products to secure our physical security technology and work with the product teams to create new features and products applicable to the IOT / physical security space.

    • Work with the security compliance and risk management team on developing and implementing physical security controls as it relates to various compliance requirements including but not limited to FedRAMP, ISO 27001 and SOC 2; and support internal and external audits of physical security controls.
    • Travel to Cloudflare data center locations to carry out physical security audits and oversee physical security control build outs.

Your Career

As our physical security engineer, reporting to our Director of Physical Security you will take ownership of our physical security program across our office and data center footprint. 

We are looking for someone excited about solving physical world challenges with next-generation technology on a global scale. You will be leading the overall strategy & implementation as well as partnering with other teams to unify physical and digital access into one cohesive security solution for Cloudflare’s global network powering our products.

What You’ll Do

Continue to build and manage our global physical security data center program overall in the following areas: 

  • Physical security:
    • Lead a global program focused on developing and deploying innovative physical security technology & operations across our global network of data centers. This will require traveling to a variety of locations, building relationships with our partners and working in an agile environment. 
    • Perform review and monitoring of alerts generated by physical security systems (badge readers, cameras, etc)
    • Interact with employees and management regarding compliance with Physical Security policies
    • Collaborate with our People team to develop policies and processes to protect Cloudflare employees
    • Collaborate with People and Spaces teams, as well as leadership, to develop incident playbooks for physical security incidents.
    • Work alongside our detections Team to identify ways to ingest video and access control event alarms into detection pipelines and process those through various stages of triage.
  • Contracts and security addendums:
    • Working with legal to oversee our contracts and security addendums with vendors related to physical security monitoring, physical security systems, and physical security supplies
  • Audit and certifications:
    • Deliver the review & audit of existing and new data centers.
    • Establish, implement, and automate our physical security standards, policies, and processes globally. Support implementation of operational metrics, project tracking, and status / blockers reporting as needed.
    • Work alongside our infrastructure partners to enhance their standard operating procedures ensuring compliance with physical security standards and controls.
    • Work with the security compliance and risk management team on developing and implementing physical security controls as it relates to various compliance requirements including but not limited to FedRAMP, ISO 27001 and SOC 2; and support internal and external audits of physical security controls.
    • Respond to compliance requests for employee health and safety across multiple countries, states, and regions.
    • Travel to Cloudflare data center locations to carry out physical security audits and oversee physical security control build outs.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Ability to make decisions on acceptable physical security risk and drive risk mitigation. 
  • Previous experience working in Verkada Command and deploying Verkada cameras and access sensors
  • Experience writing physical security policies, processes, and playbooks

  • Experience gathering and supplying evidence for internal corporate investigations as well as law enforcement.

Job Description 

Acquia’s Customer Value Manager (CVM) is responsible for developing long-term relationships and driving customer-impacting value with a portfolio of Customer Data Platform customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals.   • Maintain an accurate set of reports and value delivered metrics to ensure there is a clear understanding of where each customer is on their path to value realization
  • Provide ongoing strategic recommendations on how to maximize ROI through the use of Acquia Solutions & Services - deliver value creating recommendations so customers can grow their businesses through predictive analytics
  • Leverage comprehensive understanding of the Acquia CDP solution to provide relevant training to drive adoption and provide strategic recommendations to help customers achieve ROI
  • Onboard your customers by understanding their processes, goals, success metrics and defining and executing their enablement plan
  • Monitor and identify trends in adoption and feature utilization to provide guidance to customers as part of ongoing account reviews
  • Learn latest trends and best practices of the CDP market
  • Conduct onsite customer meetings; prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews in collaboration with account managers and delivery teams with focus on product roadmap discussions and recommendations to align our platform to the customer’s business case and marketing strategies
  • Partner with Acquia Account Manager (AM) to secure and execute customer renewals, upgrades and upsells; drive retention and revenue growth
  • Support AM and Account Executive in identifying growth opportunities that align to customers' digital priorities through their day to day knowledge of goals and business outcomes. 
  • Monitor customer health, identify risk, develop success plans, and deliver recommendations
  • Work with Acquia Marketing team to identify customer case studies and PR opportunities
  • Collaborate across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support and Marketing to maximize overall customer experience
  • Represent a knowledgeable and professional image of Acquia with all customers
  • The CVM role is structured as a sales position with Commission eligibility based on quarterly account retention targets and OKR attainment

Your Experience

Required

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, client services or consulting; experience working at a SaaS-based marketing company or digital agency
  • Demonstrable experience creating and driving strategic plan for enterprise accounts
  • Experience presenting to C-level contacts
  • Experience with various types of related marketing technology such as SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, social media platforms, ESP
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other cloud-based applications
  • Ability to travel 10% of time

Preferred

  • Marketing background with experience in strategy and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience managing executive and C-level client relationships   
  • BA or BS degree
