JOB DESCRIPTION 

This role is part of the Partnerships Team, whose mission is to increase the value we provide our Customers through strategic partnerships with trusted and experienced Partners. The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for working to help attract and build an industry leading partner ecosystem. Internally, the PAM will help manage multiple Actionstep partner relationships and acts as the champion for our Partners at Actionstep. This role spans all internal Actionstep departments (sales, product, customer, legal, marketing, and ops) to scale and enhance the reach of each of our partnerships. Externally, the PAM serves as the champion for our Partner ecosystem and is responsible for developing and managing relationships, as well as driving growth across all facets of our Partnerships. 

 

Overall: 

  • Manage and own the overall relationship between Actionstep and our Partners 
  • Establish deep personal relationships with our Partners 
  • Drive onboarding, training, certification, enablement and ongoing education for Partners  
  • Represent the Partner point of view internally at Actionstep 
  • Represent the Actionstep point of view external with our Partners 
  • Develop annual account planning sessions to cover all facets of our Partnerships (sales, services, marketing, product) 
  • Plan and execute monthly Partner meetings focused on continuous Partner collaboration, improvement, and development 
  • Drive and own all Partnerships documentation for Partners 

Sales: 

  • Collaborate with Partner to develop new pipeline and close new business 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to manage pipeline, and ensure project timeframes and project costs are established in line with Actionstep best practices 
  • Collaborate with sales and teams to ensure accurate scoping, resourcing and estimations during the pre-sales process 

Marketing: 

  • Work with Litify marketing team to lead and drive Partner marketing plan and strategy 
  • Assist with coordination of Partner marketing activities (events, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, white papers, etc.) 
  • Ensure adoption and engagement of Litify’s Partner Community with Partners 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years of relationship management, legal or consulting experience 
  • Ability to cultivate deep relationships and establish rapport with Partner stakeholders 
  • Team player with personable presence and ability to collaborate across all departments 
  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to key stakeholders 
  • Willingness to travel to industry locations, events, conferences, and client meetings as needed for Partners

About The Role

We are looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM)  to join our Partner Sales Organization. This role will preferably be based in 

Austin, TX and will report to the Director, Inside Partner Sales. 

 

As an ICAM, you will assume a key position responsible for recruiting, onboarding and enabling a subset of targeted partners in the assigned region, while building relationships to grow Cloudflare’s partner business. Your key performance indicators will be growth of deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales in your region. To help you succeed, you will work closely with a broad range of team members who will support you, including partner ecosystem, sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and enablement. Responsibilities:

  • Activate a set of partners assigned to your specific regional territory
  • Establish a cadence with a set of partners that you will develop and grow, including setting goals, developing partner plans, reporting metrics and tracking progress - with the objective of pipeline growth
  • Lead demand generation initiatives and campaigns to drive partner-initiated pipeline in collaboration with the sales team
  • Grow deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales
  • Follow up on sales enablement sessions to ensure that partners understand the value proposition, pipeline generation marketing assets to leverage, and the associated SPIFFs / incentives.

What you'll do

We are looking for a seasoned channel sales professional to help us build out the channel organization in Latam/Mexico.

In this role, you’ll identify, recruit and operationalize new reseller and systems integrators partner organizations to help expand Cloudflare’s indirect sales reach within an assigned territory. You will build a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner sourced revenue metrics to meet all quarterly sales requirements.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will develop a comprehensive regional partner map, outlining target partners to recruit. About The Role

We are looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) for India to join our Partner Sales Organization. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Director, Inside Partner Sales, APJC. 

As an ICAM, you will assume a key position responsible for recruiting, onboarding and enabling a subset of targeted partners in the assigned region, while building relationships to grow Cloudflare’s partner business. Your key performance indicators will be growth of deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales in your region. To help you succeed, you will work closely with a broad range of team members who will support you, including partner ecosystem, sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and enablement.   • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build trusted CPG Client and Agency relationships 
  • Educate, engage and encourage CPG advertisers and Agencies to activate e-commerce campaigns on a world-class digital grocery platform
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all post-sale activities including campaign set up, optimization, reporting and performance to achieve CPG advertisers’ KPIs
  • Provide weekly reports to CPG advertisers with key recommendations to improve campaign performance 
  • Builds persuasive narrative to influence advertisers to implement optimization and upsell strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Present compelling category and advertiser-specific business trends and insights

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree (BA/BS) required 
  • 7+ years of similar work experience

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a high paced environment

We seek a digital marketer with a growth mindset to join our Customer Success team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and consulting media strategies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels, managing client (Agency) relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This individual must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed promptly.

• Serve as the point of contact and liaison for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance and support.

• Own the strategic account planning and organizing of a BoB (book of business) to help further accelerate client growth. Responsible for client growth, retention, and encouraging new product adoption where suitable for client goals.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Knorex’s cross-channel platform (XPO) and how to best guide our customers in using our product and services to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today’s media landscape (within search, social, and programmatic).

• Provide media strategy consultation and technical support to clients to help achieve business/ brand/ agency goals.

• Work closely with clients and the internal Customer Success Team to ensure the pacing and delivery of each client’s monthly media spend aligns with their projected and budgeted amount for the month.

• Collaborate with various internal teams on project planning, setting up and/or improving standard operating procedures/workflows.

• Plan to execute and work cross-functionally to support the onboarding of new clients.

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a client-facing account management, digital media or AdTech role

• Cross-channel knowledge or experience in paid social, search and programmatic media

• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity 

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects while paying strict attention to detail

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive results for clients, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Inside Sales Account Manager – France

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling benchtop instruments and driving consumables for all platforms in their assigned accounts. Connecting, primarily, with existing customers via phone and e-mail to help guide them to our products that best meet their needs and managing the customer sales process.

Additionally, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience in adoption and continuous engagement with 10x through service renewals.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals for a defined customer base
  • Sell benchtop instruments and drive consumables sales in their assigned accounts
  • Manage and engage existing customers, primarily via phone and e-mail to deeply understand their research needs and goals
  • Use consultative selling approach to match customer needs with the right solution; empathy for internal dynamics, budget constraints, etc
  • Manage specific customers and help to address their needs, providing budgetary pricing, creating and submitting individualized quotes and closing sales process
  • Work cross functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience in adoption and continuous engagement with 10x through service renewals
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships and execute clear process flows for handoffs with cross-functional departments to develop and execute territory-specific sales plans
  • Responsible for updating the CRM system to reflect accurate opportunities and pipeline

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; equivalent industry experience
  • Proven sales experience preferably in the academic, life sciences or biotechnology industries
  • Knowledge of Next Gen Sequencing Technology, or similar diagnostic testing applications
  • Strong customer-relationship skills – building trust, understanding customer needs, presenting effective solutions
  • Skilled at driving customer growth through closing new business, securing service renewals and contract extensions, and fostering ongoing client relationships
  • Ability to grasp and articulate highly technical concepts effectively
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM database
  • Fluency in English and French essential

Preferred Skills and/or Experience:

  • NGS Sales experience
  • Experience of using SFDC
  • Proven successful sales experience with a technical product line
  • Additional European language skills
