About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer with intermediate-level experience in C# development and a solid understanding of the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Service Fabric, .NET platform, and DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps (ADO) and pipelines. In addition, a strong ability to work independently on a large and complex codebase is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services using C# within the .NET ecosystem.
  • Leverage Azure services, including Service Fabric, for scalable and reliable cloud applications.
  • Build and maintain microservices and other distributed applications using Service Fabric in the Azure cloud.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance on large, complex codebases, ensuring high-quality coding standards and maintainability.
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO). Integrate best practices of automated deployment and version control.
  • Create and maintain scripts for automation tasks related to deployments, environment setup, and application management using PowerShell.
  • Use version control systems such as Git, along with Azure Repos, to manage the codebase efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure code is well-documented and provide support in troubleshooting issues within the code or in production environments.

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of the .NET platform, including .NET Core and the associated libraries, frameworks, and tools.
  • Intermediate-level experience in C# and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services and architecture, particularly with Service Fabric, Azure App Services, and storage solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Service Fabric for developing distributed, scalable cloud applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex codebases, solve problems efficiently, and navigate minimal documentation environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices such as Azure DevOps (ADO), pipelines, repositories, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for automating infrastructure, deployment, and application management tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems, specifically Azure Repos.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with other Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and App Insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the in-person payments strategy for a global payments organization.     Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and implement in-person payment acceptance strategy, working closely with vendors like Adyen and Stripe to ensure local and global consistency in solving payment-related challenges. 

    • Own the terminal strategy specifically in the United States market, ensuring alignment with overall global objectives. 
      Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the adoption of innovative payment solutions, such as tap to pay and QR code payments. 

    • Explore and navigate the cultural differences and nuances in payment preferences across regions including APAC, EU, UK, Canada, and the Philippines. 

    • Ensure our terminal-based solutions accomplish the needs of our business objectives, and where not, develop a plan to close the gaps needed. 

    • Ensure equipment setup and provisioning is accurate and supports a quick onboarding experience 

    • Own equipment deployment vendor selection and drive key items to continue to improve our equipment distribution process and capabilities. 

    • Own and develop the issue escalation process for terminal issues 

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the in-person payments space. 

    • Work closely with Visa and other key partners to use their expertise and resources in enhancing US and global payment acceptance. 

    • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and the competitive landscape to identify market and product opportunities. 

    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

    • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. 

    • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. 

    • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. 

    • Be an expert with respect to the competition. 

    • Ability to support the Group Product Manager develop strong business plans, cost/benefit analysis, and action plans that can deliver value to our small to medium size merchants, and in turn help achieve revenue targets. 

    • Works with marketing and sales enablement to develop Go-to-Market strategies and positioning. 

    • In addition to launching products, you are highly motivated about measuring product adoption metrics or other key business metrics that can help increase revenue and/or reduce cost. 

    • Align with technical product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize the backlog of features to achieve the overarching strategy and roadmap. 

    • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to measure product success and glean new insights. 

    • Understand, articulate, and capture customer and market problems and then translate them into market requirements for future product roadmap delivery.  

    • Create and utilize requirements documents, business plans, and launch plans for your products. 

    • Identify and develop key business development relationships needed to make your products successful in their respective verticals. 

    • Responsible for developing consumer and channel communication strategies for new product launch. 

    • Responsible for producing business statistics among which are price points, product mix sales history, and competition for product introduction. 

    The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000

    Qualifications

    Professional Qualifications: 

    • 3+ years of experience in product management 

    • 2+ years prior experience with US based terminals is required 

    • Prior experience leading and coaching other product individuals 

    • Strong knowledge and experience working with Visa and global payment acceptance solutions. 

    • Proven record of accomplishment of developing and executing successful product strategies in a global context. 

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and cultures. 

    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach. 

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. 
      Experience in payments technology or SaaS software is highly desired. 

    • Experience in helping support, sell, or go to market involvement of a POS (Point of Sale) systems
