Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery and development of technical solutions, with a focus on building and enhancing integrations that drive value for customers
  • Manage the technical rollout of customers during onboarding, with a strong focus on configuring and customizing integrations using Workato, our iPaaS platform
  • Design and implement complex integration solutions, connecting Beekeeper with various external systems (e.g., HR, payroll, LMS) through APIs and other synchronization methods (e.g., SFTP, REST, SOAP)
  • Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps, with an emphasis on apps that require complex integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements, and translate them into actionable integration solutions
  • Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales, supporting customer success teams with integration needs and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Act as a liaison between customers, customer success, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving integration processes and optimizing the customer implementation experience
  • Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing by developing training materials on integration solutions and best practices for the customer success team

What we look for in you

  • At least 2+ years of experience in technical development or sales engineering, with a focus on integrations in a software/SaaS environment
  • Proven experience with Workato (or a similar iPaaS platform) for developing integrations and automating workflows
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including SSO (especially SAML 2.0), API development (REST, SOAP), and system synchronization (SFTP & batch workloads)
  • Experience in developing complex integrations using Python and related tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical implementation projects, from scoping through delivery, including working in an agile (Kanban) environment
  • Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that’s accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions
  • A passion for learning, with a curiosity about new technologies and a strong results-driven mindset
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field is preferred but not required

About the role

We are looking for a strong team player to join our team as part of the Revenue Operations Organization, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Strategy & Operations. As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Success and Sales organization in provisioning and deprovisioning services for our Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle - from the initial onboarding and expansion, to renewal and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully execute incoming provisioning and deprovisioning requests for Cloudflare Enterprise Customers in line with the agreed SLAs. 
  • Collaborate with the internal Cloudflare teams (Product, Fintech Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales etc.) to identify opportunities for automation, as well as process, documentation and tool improvements.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of proven experience in business support, customer support, customer success, provisioning management, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of provisioning and support ticket management.
  • Experience with SQL and API tools such as Postman or Bruno, with the ability to create new API calls.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Contract Settlement: Organise contract settlement for the current value date

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • FX/Financial Services: Some relevant experience in a financial services or FX organisation, undertaking payment tasks and understanding of cash flows.

Qualifications

The team you’ll be a part of

You will join one of our most important tribes and lead one of the teams there. The Tribe currently consists of two teams with a total of 11 dedicated people. We need your help to find smart engineers to grow the new team to around 4-6 people. You will work closely with two existing teams working in a distributed and international setup, as well as the Director of tribe who will also be your direct leader.

The team develops and maintains, among other things, the customer and translator portal, the workflow orchestration engine, an internal API and much more. We moved the product to the cloud and want to move to API first and there’s a huge roadmap packed with great product ideas that will keep us busy for the years to come. Our team handles both the Frontend (written in JavaScript and Typescript) and several backend micro-services including the data persistence layer (created using .NET 5 and running on Kubernetes clusters in Azure).

You’ll report to our Director of engineering, and you’ll work closely with our Director of Technology and two other Team Leads within the Tribe.
