Job Description

As Senior Partner Sales Manager – Cloud Partners in LATAMyou will be responsible for developing and managing the business with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft and GCP, focused on generating incremental software license and service-related revenue. Within the defined sales region, responsibilities include generating interest in all the Dynatrace solutions by leveraging the partners, sales, field, and executive members of the various cloud platform provider ecosystems.

For all cloud platform providers, the objective is to develop strategic relationships by creating joint business initiatives that leverage Dynatrace solutions as a fundamental component of their business. The Partner Alliance Manager will jointly develop co-sell strategies and implement those initiatives by working with local cloud platform provider and Dynatrace sales teams.   • Be a subject matter expert on cloud platform provider business models and ecosystems and align Dynatrace solutions to develop compelling 'go to market' propositions

  • 2-3+ years consulting, presales, or support experience with application-focused software requiring interactions outside of the data center (other APM tools; large, packaged apps; not simply infrastructure)
  • Architectural understanding of either the JEE or .NET platform and how it works, and a self-directed willingness to learn about other platform and “new stack” technologies such as PHP, node.js, Docker, etc.
  • Experience with data presentation via charts and dashboards
  • Understanding of code- and container-level performance tuning, troubleshooting, and architecture best practices in large multi-tier and SOA-based applications
  • Proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable doing common Windows and Linux administration, and with Linux/UNIX command line

  • Not only work with internal sales team, but also with partners, supporting their team in the customers and being a technical point of contact for them (trusted advisor/technical coach)

Team Leadership

As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift, etc.
  • Implement data processing and transformation workflows using Databricks, Apache Spark, and SQL to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow to automate data pipeline execution, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging AWS best practices and cloud-native technologies.
  • 8+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale data processing pipelines in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and building data pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift, etc.
  • Strong experience with Databricks, Pyspark for data processing and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database design principles, and SQL and Spark SQL.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the technical delivery of large-scale data platform and BI solutions. You will be asked to design, implement and own the delivery of robust Data Platform solutions and end-to-end components.

This is a client facing role, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator and good with people.

The Principal Consultant works closely with practice leads, project managers, scrum masters, and client stakeholders and teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with clients (businesses users) to gather, clarify requirements and business rules by running workshops with stakeholders.
  • Lead the technical architecture, design and delivery for a new Data platform.
  • Provide overall thought leadership to our clients regarding data profiling and integration recommendations.
  • Data modelling (relational and dimensional like star schema and Snowflake schema)
  • Managing development life cycle using various source code management tools.
  • Ability to perform performance tuning and optimisation on new and/or existing data warehouse solutions.
  • Provide detailed documentation, end user training and knowledge-transfer services to customers, and internal teams.
  • Mentor developers, acting as an SME in data warehouse architecture and data modelling

Our Engineering team is the driving force behind an exhilarating development journey, sculpting the gold standard in insurance pricing software according to our ambitious development roadmap. 

You are an experienced Software Engineer with strong Backend expertise, with a client-first approach that will help us build our complex data-processing solution. You have an objective-driven mindset and you have proactivity solving problems that matter for our deliveries and to our clients . You possess a sharp curiosity to understand both the smallest details, and the general purpose of the features being developed. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Design and implement features that allow actuaries to better understand their pricing strategies.
  • Develop both Frontend and Backend components using Angular, Java and Python.
  • Implement high-performance responsive user interfaces.
  • Work closely with Machine Learning engineers to put in production new ML methods.
  • Work closely with product and designers to refine features and prototypes.
  • Ensure that the development is in line with clean code standards and our testing strategy.
  • Close contact with clients to ensure maximum reactivity of your team.
