Our team’s vision is that the network should be more than basic connectivity, bandwidth, and application access. Instead, it should offer an end-to-end functionality together with centralized control which helps business agility. Our network should operate fluently, with robust resiliency and enable core communication and collaboration across the business.  

In this role, you will:         

  • Have the responsibility for day-to-day support and advancement of our global network infrastructure, which includes areas such as:
    - Data Center Switching and Routing as well as Campus Switching and Routing
    - WAN technologies such as SD-WAN and IPsec VPN
    - Remote Access VPN
    - Cloud networking
    - Network infrastructure as code with Python, Ansible and Terraform
    - Network Management, Monitoring, Alerting and Logging        

  • Monitor network utilization and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate appropriately upon network incidents.

  • Contribute substantially to roadmap, architectural direction, and continuous improvement.

  • Interpret internal or external business issues and requirements and recommends best practices

  • Communicate proactively about opportunities, expectations, timelines, risks, and issues.

  • Lead others in solving complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions

  • Communicate complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences peers and/or more senior staff to adopt a different point of view

Your background:         

  • BA or MA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.

  • Classic Network Engineering experience:
    - Solid understanding of Cisco Nexus data center switching and Cisco Catalyst switching concepts
    - Solid understanding, deployment, and troubleshooting experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocols

  • Cloud networking experience:
    - Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts in Azure as well as relevant experience
    - Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts in AWS as well as relevant experience

  • Infrastructure as code experience:
    - Experience with Git and GitHub
    - Experience with Linux shell and Python
    - Experience with Ansible and Terraform  

  • Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Exceptional ability and solid desire to learn new skills.

Additionally it would be beneficial if you have:     

  • Azure or AWS network certification

  • Linux certification

  • CCNA or CCNP certification

The Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire security landscape of The Credit Pros. From securing our cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS) to protecting core applications, managing access control, and ensuring the security of all devices and networks. This includes driving key initiatives such as identity managementdisaster recovery planning, and leading incident response efforts. The role covers end-to-end security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safeguarding sensitive data across all aspects of our IT environment. 

What you'll be Doing

End-to-End Security Management: Oversee the overall security of our infrastructure, including cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and core applications, ensuring robust protection across all systems and layers.

Infrastructure Security: Implement and maintain secure configurations for all cloud services, networks, and applications, safeguarding the organization’s critical assets and data.

Access Control & Identity Management (IAM): Manage and enforce identity and access management policies, ensuring proper access controls are in place for all users, systems, and devices.

Core Application Security: Ensure that all business-critical applications are fully secured against vulnerabilities, regularly perform assessments, and address potential security gaps.

Device & Endpoint Security: Manage the security of all employee devices, including enforcing BYOD policies and ensuring endpoint security measures are consistently applied.

Network Security: Design and maintain secure network architectures, including VPNsfirewalls, and monitoring, to protect internal and external communications.

Disaster Recovery & Incident Response: Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and incident response plans, ensuring quick and effective responses to security incidents.

Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.

Ransomware & Phishing Defense: Implement and manage strategies for ransomware prevention and conduct phishing simulations to educate and protect employees.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on cloud securitynetwork security, and incident response.

Overview

The Integration Specialist will be responsible for integrating different software systems and applications for clients and ensuring seamless data flow between them. They will work closely with the development team to customise integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations between different software systems to meet business needs
  • Customize integrations based on specific client requirements.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Document design and implementation procedures for future reference.
  • Collaborate closely with development and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of software systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software integration.
  • Providing technical support to end-users on integrating various software systems and applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software integration.
  • Strong technical background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Storage Account (Data Lake), and SQL Server.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with DevOps practices for data engineering.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts such as snowflake and star schema.
  • Ability to create insightful visualizations using Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • "Can do" mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluency in German would be a plus.

About the role…
As a Senior Data Engineer with expertise in building Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP), you will play a pivotal role in creating a robust and scalable data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that will power various analytics and AI-driven products across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines that enable the collection, transformation, and storage of data from multiple sources like OLTP databases, operational applications (Salesforce, Jira), event collectors, logs, 3rd-party APIs, and file storage (e.g., S3).
  • Ingestion & Integration: Build and manage data ingestion processes using tools like Meltano and orchestrate workflows with Dagster, ensuring scalability and real-time data processing.
  • Data Storage & Management: Implement data storage solutions leveraging Snowflake for data warehousing and S3 for data lakes, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
  • Data Transformation: Work with the data transformation layer using dbt and ensure seamless integration with orchestration layers to maintain real-time and batch processing efficiency.
  • Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks and data catalogs (e.g., DataHub) to ensure data quality, discoverability, and security across the platform.
    Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including data scientists, product managers, and business analysts, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Real-Time Analytics: Implement real-time analytics solutions by building and maintaining a vector database and real-time analytics database to support machine learning models and predictive analytics.
  • Semantic Layer & AI Integration: Design and implement a semantic layer (e.g., cube.js) to facilitate user-facing analytics while integrating AI services and vector databases for advanced analytics.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development.
  • Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., Meltano, dbt, Dagster).
  • Strong hands-on experience with data lakes (e.g., S3), and data warehouse tool - Snowflake
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficiency in SQL,Python, and ETL/ELT design patterns.
  • Understanding of real-time analytics and vector databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance practices and cataloging tools like DataHub.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven expertise in building enterprise-level data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
