As Invoicing Specialist, you’ll provide the capability to procure and track requests and fulfillment for all required software licenses and maintenance agreements for each component of the current and emerging system.

What you’ll do:
- Process and manage invoices related to cloud services.
- Ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Review and verify cloud service invoices for accuracy.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and transactions.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage budgets and expenses.
- Prepare financial reports related to cloud service spending.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the billing system.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in invoice processing and management.
- Ability to collaborate with finance and procurement teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
