What you’ll do:

Meet The Team:  

The Product Safety and Release team is responsible for architecting and executing the Torc product release case for a commercial launch of a fully autonomous truck. The release case is built on the foundation of product safety and security but expands to product performance, maturity, and rigor. The product release case manager will be the single point of contact to coordinate and track the evidence towards a systematic closure of all its arguments. This role will work with cross-functional teams on authoring goals and claims, generating evidence, track artifact progression, designing metrics, and program and product functions to ensure on-time delivery of release and safety cases.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Provide guidance, direction and definition for the release case management function including planning, scheduling, coordination, and implementation across multiple divisions and functions. 
  • Support and maintain best in class state of the art release framework.
  • Track targets for product safety, reliability, availability, robustness, security, traceability, defensibility, and quality.
  • Drive execution toward the target via validation and release strategies.
  • Evaluate technical quality of system, safety, and security artifacts. 

 What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

  • Demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through:
    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 20+ years relevant experience.
  • 4+ years engineering experience in technical systems or software development.  
  • Proven experience in applying standards like ISO 26262, 21448, 21434 and UL 4600.

  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, PMO (Program Management Office), and all relevant partners to ensure design, implementation, and programs are on track, and regularly drive consensus among diverse partners on technical projects. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

The Product Testing, Tooling and Release department plays a critical role in product engineering. The teams are responsible for ensuring the safe and successful deployment of autonomous vehicles, by implementing rigorous testing processes, using advanced testing tools to collect data and analyze the system performance.

What you’ll be doing:

A Software Build and Test Engineer is responsible for various activities related to software build and integration of our self-driving truck software. The responsibilities involve performing integration activities on software and hardware subsystems and components, understanding dependencies between subsystems and components, troubleshooting build issues, developing a continuous integration pipeline, orchestrating functional deployments, and helping with release delivery.

  • Support integration of components and subsystems to support the deployment of self-driving software onto vehicles and test benches
  • Report on feature content and change logs for software test and release candidates
  • Assist with troubleshooting of component and system integration issues, guiding the team to an efficient resolution.
  • Leverage results from automated software testing pipeline to increase the efficiency of the system integration release process.

  • Manage software branching strategies to support continuous integration along with release and patch branches supporting the product roadmap
  • Develop data analysis scripts and visualization tools to quickly extract key learnings and trends related to software maturity

What you’ll need to succeed:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
  • 7+ years experience for software build, integration and test systems
  • Experience with complex embedded systems including ADAS technologies i.e. autonomous driving software architecture, sensors, networking, compute hardware, control systems

Working directly with our dedicated proposal, BD, capture, solutioning, operations, and contracts teams, this role will work across the organization to develop proposals that are compliant, responsive, and compelling. In addition, this role helps to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of Oddball’s proposal production processes. Our Proposal Managers are instrumental in facilitating growth at Oddball and will have a direct impact across all business units and the future of our company.

What you'll bring:

  • Over 3 years of experience managing proposal efforts in response to U.S. federal solicitations
  • Practitioner of U.S. federal government contracting, including demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with relevant regulations (e.g., FAR) and compliance, contract vehicles, and fluency with the opportunity lifecycle (BD/capture activities)
  • Proficient with and able to communicate about key software development initiatives and concepts, including: Agile, cloud services, DevSecOps, HCD, IT modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.
  • Experience content planning and guiding writers through their sections/volumes (e.g., technical approach and PWS/QASP, management, corporate experience) in response to multi-phase and quick-turn government RFP/Q/Is, including writing sections if necessary
  • Excellent technical and persuasive writing skills, with a proven ability to interview experts and synthesize information with our value proposition to develop winning proposals
  • Superior attention to detail and copy-editing acumen, with excellent desktop publishing skills (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat)
  • Experience creating and maintaining ownership of proposal response and admin artifacts, such as volume outlines, kickoff slides, compliance matrices, color team review worksheets, etc.
  • Managing relationships and working with partners to ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the process, including educating people on our processes and generally guiding resources through the proposal support experience
  • Experience following and contributing to the improvement of company-wide proposal processes
  • Experience supporting all types of proposals to include oral presentations, code challenges, technical volumes, case studies, video submissions, etc. is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a Google Drive / Slack environment
  • Experience working with VA, CMS, OPM, SEC, and/or DoD, with domain knowledge of agency missions and their users is preferred
  • Experience working with Asana or similar project management tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Shipley proposal process is preferred

    Job Overview:

    As a Field Cyber Risk Advisor for MAX, you will serve as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects. You’ll collaborate with our sales team and service delivery team to help demonstrate the value of MAX, our Managed Service Solution.     Required Qualifications:
