Absolutely a must for you to be able to navigate Greenhouse and rapidly resurface and re-engage prior quality candidates.

Absolutely a must for you to keep high quality connections with top talent so they can be ready to re-engage with us in the future when a more appropriate role opens for them.

You are a skilled behavioral interviewer.  You approach interviewing with humility, you can train others, and you will be able to train us.  Yes, you will be quizzed on this.

You are inquisitive.  We expect you will ask us excellent goal-level questions in your interviews.

You can move fast.  You type at 60+ words per minute (ideally 80+), are decisive, can multitask.  If management asks for you to prioritize posting a new role quickly, it's done in 30 minutes.  If management asks for you to generate a preliminary pipeline for a new role, you have something solid within 48 hours.

Your external messaging, grammar and spelling is excellent.

You smartly leverage AI to make your outcomes better.  Be careful - we will know if you are copying and pasting generic AI responses into your application.  Don't say something that you can not defend and make it your own.  We do not use AI on your application, one of our humans personally reviews all of your materials.

What Makes Cloudflare Special?

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.

Project Galileo: We equip politically and artistically important organizations and journalists with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.

Athenian Project: We created Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration.

1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitmentand ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
