Our group called VNI is responsible for the integration, validation and production of test results that meet the requirements of the Deutsche Telekom AG Platform. The environment for our work is provided by a 4,000 square meter lab in Germany, where you can find a complete copy of the live network. Our daily tasks are carried out remotely in several virtual Squads with German and international colleagues.

Tasks:

  • Take on the clarification of requirements in the area of ​​responsibility and adaptation of the software for certain products and services

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Operations responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • In charge of all operations and SRE functions within the US organization, including incident response and forward-thinking monitoring.
  • Own and drive compliance and evidence-gathering activities for regulated deployments such as FedRAMP Moderate and equivalent environments.
  • Drive capacity forecasting and change management processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ in cloud operations engineering leadership roles in SaaS companies

  • Experience operating workloads in a secured, highly regulated environment such as FedRAMP

  • Розробляти та підтримувати ML сервіси на Python;
  • Працювати з великими датасетами, виконувати їх підготовку та трансформацію для подальшого моделювання;
  • Опрацьовувати дані та розробляти ETL процеси для інтеграції та управління даними;
  • Співпрацювати з ML інженером та контент командою для створення та покращення наших ML моделей;
  • Підтримувати високу якість коду, проводити тестування та виправляти наявні помилки.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе?

  • 2+ роки досвіду розробки на Python (FastAPI);
  • Бажання розвиватися і вивчати нове в ML напрямку (наявність проходження курсів та сертифікацій);
  • Практичний досвід роботи з NoSQL базами даних (MongoDB) і Redis для забезпечення високої продуктивності зберігання та кешування даних;
  • Досвід роботи з контейнеризацією, зокрема з Docker;
  • Знання та досвід роботи з хмарними сервісами (перевага надається досвіду з AWS).

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід роботи з методами та інструментами попередньої обробки даних (наприклад: pandas, NumPy);
  • Досвід роботи над ML задачами (image classification, image retrieval, object detection);
  • Досвід роботи з Kubernetes та з Vector Databases.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Degree in CS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • 3+ years technical sales or equivalent experience highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience using IaC software tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, GCP Cloud Deployment Manager etc) and CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHuB, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform configuration and administration of security features and services (including identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption)
  • Background in security domain, cloud security highly preferred
  • Understanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
