Acquia is seeking a Product Owner, Product Management with the experience and drive to ensure Acquia’s award-winning platform, Drupal Cloud, exceeds the needs of customers who are passionate about Digital experiences. You have experience working in an enterprise organization and you have been exposed to digital experiences, ecommerce, infrastructure / hosting tools and services, saas or paas platforms.

About the role…
As a Product Owner you will have a strong sense of empathy for the user; a high tolerance for ambiguity; the ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems; and demonstrate good instincts for judging as to priority and risk. You will oversee a coordinated, rigorous development approach and will be accountable for on-time product development delivery. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Managing the teams’ backlog to optimize execution of program priorities while maintaining the integrity of the services the teams own
  • Developing user stories
  • Monitoring and evaluating progress at each stage of the process
  • Communicating priorities, timelines and status to R&D and stakeholder communities
  • Participating in Scrum meetings and product increment sprints

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture

The Revenue Operations Specialist, Partners will be responsible for various analytics needs, including pricing analysis, ad hoc projects, internal management reporting, partner reporting, partner auditing, and providing support to the management team in the evaluation and tracking of business operations

Responsibilities

  • The self-motivated individual will be required to organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • The position will require vision for process/approach development and improvement, technical data skills to pull data, analytical experience to understand the data, and communication skills to summarize and present to a cross functional audience
  • Collect, format, analyze, reconcile and implement new partner pricing updates
  • Research, match, and maintain Partner Deal Registration metrics
  • Track and report on metrics in relation to our Regional Partner Managers
  • Work with partners to assist with daily needs and special projects.
  • Assist in the sandbox provisioning process for our partner’s needs
  • Collaborate with team members and external parties to gather and analyze operational performance metrics
  • Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend, including ownership of projects to develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins


Qualifications:

Summary:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Optimizationmanages the product marketing programs for the Optimization and Insights products. In this role, you'll partner with various stakeholders within both the digital agencies and the Pantheon internal teams to support lead generation and drive joint revenue goals. You will play a key role in enabling the agencies in your book with value-driven initiatives, including  joint go-to-market strategy creation, training and events, co-branding & selling, to ensure that all your agencies and their clients are getting the most out of the platform and hitting their success metrics. 

What you Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in a Channel, Partner Management, or Relationship Management function in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in driving sales and revenue growth through partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and hands-on approach to identifying business opportunities and penetrating new accounts
  • Excellent customer service skills with a creative approach to solve issues with out-of-the-box solutions
  • Proven success in developing effective execution strategies within book of business to drive mutually beneficial partnerships between agency accounts and the company

  • Ecosystem Familiarity: experienced with technologies like  Sitecore, Drupal, Acquia, Adobe DXP, or preferably Wordpress/Drupal is a plus

Your Experience

Required

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, client services or consulting; experience working at a SaaS-based marketing company or digital agency
  • Demonstrable experience creating and driving strategic plan for enterprise accounts
  • Experience presenting to C-level contacts
  • Experience with various types of related marketing technology such as SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, social media platforms, ESP
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other cloud-based applications
  • Ability to travel 10% of time

Preferred

  • Marketing background with experience in strategy and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience managing executive and C-level client relationships   
  • BA or BS degree
