What You Will Do

  • Manage sourcing, scheduling & rescheduling, coordination, and Recruiting systems

  • Serve as the go-to recruiting systems member of the team, especially our scheduling tool, including identifying efficiencies and best practices, and proactively & regularly sharing those out with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Develop robust and diverse pipelines through sourcing and outbound messaging to attract great inbound applicants
  • Communicate directly with prospective candidates from the first outreach to the Recruiter handoff, regularly providing a proactive and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the interview process to the offer stage
  • Collaborate with the People team, including People Partners, People Operations, and Total Rewards to inform well-rounded and informed hiring processes
  • Maintain ATS including building interview plans, candidate communications, and ongoing req maintenance
  • Represent Lattice’s values and brand with passion and enthusiasm in all interactions internally and externally

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of overall Recruiting experience required, either from agency or staffing experience or in-house recruiting experience
  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Sourcer is required
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing across a range of roles including experienced and leadership roles
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
  • Highly proactive approach with a bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance both an excellent hiring manager experience and candidate experience
  • Experience leveraging Recruiting data, including sourcing and pipeline passthrough rates to inform and improve pipeline health
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sourcing and interviewing process
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system (Ashby, Lever) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop is preferred
  • Experience with Google tools and Slack is preferred

 

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $60,500 - $84,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
