What You'll Do::

What We Look For:

  • Our sales/marketing stack is evolving, but you’ll be working (directly or indirectly) with Customer.io, Segment, Pipedrive and Webflow, as well as all the usual social and google ad platforms. 
  • Marketing outbound (in close collaboration with the sales team), inbound and customer newsletters will be managed by you, with the overarching strategy developed and set together with the VP Marketing.
  • Where necessary, writing copy to populate email and SMS campaigns may be handled by you, as well as developing consistent and targeted messages to our different audiences.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliver trigger-based comms on behalf of our customers.
  • Utilise out of the box functionality and reporting features within the tech stack.
  • Help develop a data-driven test and learn program so we can create recommendations and strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Analyse marketing automation performance and journeys, report on results  and share learnings to help drive business decisions. 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years+ experience in marketing automation. 
  • 2 years+ in B2B marketing (bonus: with HRTech or recruitment industry knowledge)
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Familiarity with some or all of our core tech stack: Customer.io, Segment, Twilio,  Pipedrive and Webflow
  • Skilled in email development utilising HTML and CSS. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Skilled at developing complex audience segments and email/SMS campaign logic (the right message to the right people at the right time).

Proposal writing
  • Lead the development of proposal materials including coordination and production of deliverables across all stages of the process.

Here's what you'll need

The salary range for this position is $54,720 to $68,400 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Graphic Design,
  • Communication Design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience
  • Expertise and competency using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience designing in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Google Docs/Slides
  • A portfolio is required and should include a variety of design projects (logos, original illustrations, social graphics, photography editing/retouching, collateral design, printing, and video/animation examples)
  • Video editing, motion animation, Figma, or HTML & CSS coding experience a plus

The base salary hiring range for this position is $46,400 to $79,300. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

Your Role
  • Stay on top of social media trends to produce relevant and engaging ads for TikTok, Meta and Google ads. 

  • Design functional and beautiful landing pages that promote our B2B products and services. You’ll drive sales leads with the designs you create!

  • Create static ads and gifs to advertise amazing brands on our learning platform. 

  • Collaborate closely with our Sales team to design Exhibition Booths, Print Materials, Documents and Sales Pitch presentations.

  • Actively participate in creative ideation sessions to push our brand forward!

  • Support our ASO and comms manager with Email layouts, App Store graphics and screenshots.

What you need to succeed
  • Great communicator and openly able to discuss your design decisions. You work well with feedback from stakeholders. 

  • Have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and know how to apply them to achieve creative and impactful designs. (Hierarchy, Typography, Colour, Compositions).

  • Proactively solve problems and identify opportunities for visual improvement. 

  • Confident in using Figma to design responsive web pages to handoff.

  • Use Adobe CC to bring your creative ideas to life. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere) 

  • Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D is a bonus. Not required. 

  • Experience in a startup environment or motivation to. 

  • C1 or Native level English and German skills are required. 

  • You are legally allowed to work in the U.K. or Germany. No visa sponsorship.
