We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Collaboration to help deliver the best technology experience for everyone at Webflow. As a key member of the IT team, this role will be instrumental in preparing our company for the next phase of growth and scale. You’ll focus on honing how Webflowers work together in Jira and Confluence, implementing thoughtful best practices that balance ease of use with a security-first mindset. 

In addition to owning the Atlassian experience, this role will contribute to bridging gaps in our collaboration platforms, ensuring that Webflowers are extracting the most value from the tools they have to work with. This role requires a strategic approach to system administration, automation and integration, and will have great influence on the people, processes, and technologies at Webflow. 

About the role

We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Collaboration, you’ll … 

  • Own Webflow’s Atlassian Experience, working to refine how we use Jira and Confluence 
  • Administer collaboration tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack 
  • Help define Webflow’s “Operating System” by shaping how work gets done, ensuring our core technologies support productivity and collaboration
  • Identify gaps and shortcomings in our processes and procedures, and partner across functions to deliver and drive adoption of smart and scalable solutions
  • Create, develop, and maintain technical documentation with a high degree of operational rigor
  • Help deliver a secure and exceptional technology experience

  • Work with internal and external teams to research and resolve provider escalations.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to complete key tasks like data entry, report generation, and provider claims analysis accurately within the first 90 days. You'll also research and resolve escalations, gain a strong understanding of Clover's policies, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. By the first 6 months, you'll be expected to manage higher-level escalations, independently handle hospital systems, maintain the Provider Claims Escalation spreadsheet with precision, and contribute to internal projects. Long-term success involves building strong relationships with providers, efficiently managing projects, resolving escalations, and applying problem-solving skills while multitasking with minimal oversight.

  • Reviews progress of sales opportunities (sales pipeline)
  • Constantly monitors routine usage by customers and takes action when needed
  • Monitors the achievement of sales and revenue objectives by territory sales managers
  • Reports sales activity and progress in the region and provides sales projections to executive leaders including the CEO and COO (selected opportunities, back fillers, etc...)

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, deep understanding of object-oriented programming, and good programming practices.
  • Basic knowledge of the Playwright framework for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, NUnit, and Jira for test execution, reporting, and task management.

As a Senior Associate in Resilience Management you will be responsible for the implementation of our policies and procedures, and coordination of risk assessments and audits within the Technology department as a whole. Working as part of our broader Production Engineering Team, this position will be a key personnel in coordinating around BCM, Governance within Incident and Problem management, Risk and Auditory functions for the Gemini technology group which are in adherence to local, federal, and international regulations. This is a hands-on position, working across the technology department, and cross-functionally across Gemini in partnership with Product, Security, Risk, Audit, and Customer Support. You will be actively involved in the expansion of our BCM program, incident triage (when needed) / retrospective reviews, risk management, auditing process, and refining team processes. You will coordinate with teams from across the organization in multiple aspects including getting projects safely delivered quickly, becoming a beacon of clairvoyance for audits, and rallying team members when needed end-to-end. You possess a strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve on every iteration. About the role

The Senior Analyst, Claims Platform Configuration supports the business by improving the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of platforms, systems and processes. Through understanding of the platform configuration capabilities, this role helps ensure that processes are configured accurately.

You will report to the Manager, Claims Platform Configuration.

Work Location:

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $76,800 - $100,800 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize claims process behavior in order to expedite the design/solutioning process
  • Translate configuration, enabling internal teams to resolve escalations 
  • Process incoming Jira tickets to support member escalation resolution
  • Write first-draft requirements for ad-hoc legal updates 
  • Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency  
  • Triage and manage workflows of ingested items 
  • Investigate escalations via incoming tickets or informal pathways
  • Conduct necessary maintenance work and take on ad-hoc projects associated with configuration and external data management. 
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ year working knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication 
  • 1+ year Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs within the Google Docs Editors suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides). 
  • Experience working in health insurance industry/claims
  • SQL proficiency
