Responsabilités principales :

Planification de projet :

  • Définir le périmètre, les objectifs et les livrables du projet.
  • Créer des plans de projet détaillés, incluant les tâches, les échéances et les jalons.
  • Réaliser des analyses de faisabilité et élaborer des business cases pour les projets et leurs évolutions.
  • Travailler avec les équipes de développement pour définir des solutions, rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles, des business cases et des analyses de faisabilité, tout en comprenant les cadres techniques.
  • Planifier et organiser le déploiement live et le lancement de nouveaux produits, outils et services dans le respect de l'écosystème technique de l'entreprise.

Exécution de projet :

  • Diriger et motiver les équipes projet en assurant la clarté des responsabilités et des délais.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires de développement pour s'assurer que toutes les dépendances sont prises en compte dans l'exécution du projet.
  • Suivre et surveiller la progression du projet, ajuster les plans si nécessaire.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les objectifs du projet soient atteints grâce à des mises à jour régulières et des réunions de suivi.
  • Gérer les modifications du périmètre et du calendrier du projet, en assurant l'alignement des attentes des parties prenantes grâce à une communication claire et réactive.

Gestion des parties prenantes :

  • Assurer une communication efficace et une synchronisation régulière avec les parties prenantes clés.
  • Gérer les rapports de progression et les métriques en direct du périmètre et du calendrier du projet, pour garantir l’alignement constant des attentes des parties prenantes.
  • Communiquer clairement les attentes et les mises à jour du projet à toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Répondre rapidement aux retours et préoccupations des parties prenantes.

Gestion des risques :

  • Identifier les risques potentiels du projet et développer des stratégies d'atténuation.
  • Anticiper et résoudre tout problème ou goulot d'étranglement pouvant survenir pendant l'exécution du projet.

Documentation de projet :

  • Maintenir une documentation complète du projet, incluant les plans, les rapports et les évaluations post-projet.
  • S'assurer que les documents de projet sont complets, à jour et correctement archivés.

Clôture de projet :

  • Livrer des projets complets en veillant à ce qu'ils répondent aux attentes des client·e·s et de l'organisation.
  • Mener des évaluations post-projet pour identifier les leçons apprises et les axes d'amélioration.

Qualifications

 

  • Vous possédez des capacités à coordonner, en anglais, plusieurs projets complexes impliquant des équipes de cultures différentes, où vos compétences interpersonnelles et votre esprit critique font la différence.
  • Un fort intérêt pour les jeux vidéo et une solide connaissance des technologies web sont essentiels.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (ex : MS Project, Miro, Confluence, Jira).

About the Job 

  • Lead the Credit & Collections Team, including both full-time employees and BPO vendor staff, ensuring high-performance outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Credit & Collection policies and procedures.
  • Manage accounts receivable accounting activities, including month-end reporting, AR GL reconciliations, flux analysis, and SOX control compliance.
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual third-party financial audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the Credit, Collections, Cash Application, CDM, and Billing functions; lead related implementation of process and system changes as needed.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Significant experience and subject matter expertise in billing, collections, credit, cash application, and CDM accounting operations.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience managing Microsoft desktop and server environments
  • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure – Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE certifications or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency supporting cloud-based compute and storage solutions (Entra (Azure) preferred)

  • Participates in engineering innovation projects that push the organization forward
  • Performs recurring IT operational tasks and proactively validates environment health
  • Reports and escalates support trends in order to improve service delivery
  • Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of runbooks
  • Provides on-call coverage for production support and other duties as required

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Workato, connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical integration plans and solutions.
  • Oversee and manage external development teams while also contributing to the development of key in-house integrations.
  • Maintain integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Document all integrations, configurations, and processes in Confluence for transparency and continuity.
  • Manage integration projects in Jira, maintaining a well-prioritized backlog and clear sprint plans.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers, promoting platform best practices.
  • Stay current on integration technologies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance by following data security and privacy by guidelines.

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in New York, Boston, or other Eastern time zone location.

  • 6-10 years professional experience with a focus on automation and cloud solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows and automations.
  • Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point), with a focus on API-driven business process automation.
  • Proven experience leading development work, either with internal teams or external partners.
