About the Team:

Join Instacart’s dynamic Customer Experience team as a Knowledge Management Strategist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining internal processes for our support specialists. Your efforts will focus on managing and optimizing the flow of procedural knowledge to ensure both operational efficiency and exemplary customer service. Your direct contributions will impact the operational excellence of our frontline support teams and elevate the quality of service provided to our external customers.

The Instacart Customer Experience Process Improvement & Content Operations (PICO) team harnesses our collective expertise to create world-class customer support experiences that foster loyalty, solve problems efficiently, and support the continuous evolution of our business.

PICO encompasses knowledge management (process and content), project management, and continuous improvement analytics. Each subteam has a unique and critical role to play in supporting our end users and specialists and cross-functional collaboration to leverage our combined abilities is critical to our success.

The Knowledge Management team is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of company information for our Customer Experience support team. We play a direct role in Instacart’s success by managing and optimizing how knowledge is shared and utilized across the company. Our team ensures that all departments have the insights they need to operate effectively, fostering a culture of transparency and informed decision-making.

 

About the Role: 

As a Knowledge Management Strategist at Instacart, you will utilize your robust proficiency in our essential CRM system and process mapping tools to drive significant improvements and efficiencies within our team-level operations. Your decisions will directly influence our workstreams, as you adeptly prioritize and reprioritize tasks, constantly test new solutions, and customize content to suit various audiences and scenarios, thereby enhancing decision-making processes. Your role requires a deep understanding of Instacart's Customer Experience processes. You will be responsible for mapping the current state of Knowledge Base articles and making necessary adjustments to align with our team's Lucidchart standards. Your focus will also be on optimizing these articles, working meticulously with both the requesters via process Jira and collaborating closely with process strategists on complex requests. By doing so, you ensure that our processes are not only efficient but also scalable and reflective of our high standards, making a direct impact on the effectiveness of our customer support operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for mapping and optimizing knowledge processes, ensuring that our knowledge base articles and workflows are streamlined and efficient. You will utilize advanced tools such as Lucidchart, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Genesys to create and maintain dynamic flow maps of the current state of our knowledge articles.

You will play a critical role in eliminating inefficiencies by proactively identifying gaps or redundancies in our knowledge processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaboration is key, as you will be managing communications with peers and upper management to ensure alignment and the timely execution of projects.

You will also handle complex requests, partnering with process strategists to evaluate and enhance intricate processes. Your contributions will extend to strategic discussions that shape the future of our support systems.

Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing the effectiveness of our knowledge management practices, and suggesting or implementing improvements that align with business goals. Regular stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams will be required to support ongoing and future business needs, ensuring optimized specialist and customer experiences.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a tech organization or start-up environment

  • 2+ years of contact center experience

  • Proven ability to understand and use knowledge bases and knowledge management systems

  • Experience in updating and maintaining documentation such as process maps and articles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills within team environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver work on time and with high quality under direct management

  • Capacity to adhere to existing guidelines and processes while performing routine tasks

  • Basic proficiency in tools for creating and updating support and self-service content.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with tools like Lucidchart for creating and updating process visualizations.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is required for this position to effectively query databases.

  • Proven track record of making effective recommendations for process improvements.

  • Ability to create and manage external communications and reports.

  • Experience in auditing knowledge management systems to streamline processes and reduce redundancies.

  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems quickly and thoroughly.

How will this role have an impact?

This position is responsible for providing deskside and remote support to visiting CVS and Signify Health’s internal users. This role requires a customer first mindset when interacting with all end users and a collaborative attitude when addressing escalations from the IT Service Desk Team.

This role will report to our Supervisor Desktop Support

What will you do?

  • Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software) and escalation path for Service Desk issues
  • Responds to and resolves tickets in the Jira queue. Keeps tickets up to date ensuring customer is updated on progress
  • Creates and updates SOP and knowledge base articles
  • Checks and maintains conference rooms to ensure they are working properly
  • Manages local office inventory
  • Assists with deployments using an MDM solution 
  • Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications
  • Assists infrastructure and tools teams with projects as needed

We are looking for someone with:

  • Associate’s degree in computer related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years successful work in IT Support (Desktop, In Person Support Required)
  • Experience with application installations and management
  • Prior experience with both phone and desk side support
  • Experience with Cloud, SaaS, or other Web-based technologies
  • Windows 10/11, MacOS, OKTA and Active Directory account management (required)

The base salary hiring range for this position is $29.00 to $30.00. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

Position Description

The Product Owner works with appropriate stakeholders and development team members to manage the complete product lifecycle, from feature planning through implementation and launch.  They will focus on execution of the product roadmap and the product support needs of their development team. The right candidate will serve as a product expert for their area of ownership and work closely with their team to build the right functionality promptly.

Qualifications

The Oppportunity

The IT team strives to provide UserTesting with fast and efficient response when it comes to requests for IT assistance.  UserTesting has offices and staff all over the globe which provide both internal and external support for staff and customers.  The IT team needs to be able to support the company with reasonable response times regardless of where our staff are located.  Currently the majority of the IT team are in EMEA and the US East Coast time zones. We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist for the US West coast time zone that will give us added coverage for issues that arise both during the later part of the day in the west coast as well as the beginning of the day in APAC. 

You will provide support by responding to IT support requests and raise urgent issues that they are unable or not provisioned to solve to the IT Managers in “after hours“ incidents.  This support role will do IT ticketing as well as well defined small scope projects in existing IT toolsets when there are no active IT support requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Portal access where CF employees and contractors need access to various segments in the portals. This includes auditing access, adding/removing users, downloading Compliance certificates such as PCI/ISO/SOC2.
  • Assist with audits such as PCI/SOC2/ISO/NIST/FedRAMP. We have audits throughout the year where auditors' access to data centers is managed, compliance certificates are collected, audit evidence is gathered and communicated to various teams. 
  • Assist with Quarterly Access Review, where access to all  data centers are reviewed in detail. User Lists from portals are fetched and compared with ACL to ensure only valid users have right access. 
  • Sites without portals are contacted with a standard email and their responses are collected. 
  • Audit jira tickets are raised and final reports are created before adding to relevant Wiki pages.
  • Assist with managing ACL to ensure a true list of the portal users is maintained at all times. . 
  • Create Wiki pages contents & maintain existing pages with updates.
  • Assist with physical access to data centers.
  • Maintain documentation, database, dashboards and other reporting tasks.
  • Assist with daily DCSC Jira tickets for portal access/physical access/ Audits as well as decommissioning tickets. 
  • Support compliance and regulatory projects, including implementation of legislation / regulation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the internal business and support teams so that all teams go to Compliance for support in ensuring they carry out their roles in a compliant fashion. 
  • Support the relevant compliance managers with advice to the business on licensing and permissions.
  • Monitor and implement changes to individual accountability regime requirements (such as UK, Ireland, Singapore and Labuan) including submitting the relevant forms and assigning responsibilities.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the Alliance Partners, Cloudflare Sales Leadership and Account Managers, Marketing and Support teams

The Role: Lead, People Solutions

We are searching for a Lead, People Solutions who will be responsible for providing senior level support within HR/People Operations, including the full employee life-cycle, but with a focus on owning the Global Mobility and Employer of Record programs. In addition to being a point of escalation for People Solutions cases, including but not limited to: onboarding, total rewards, performance management, off-boarding and audits, you will also be responsible for owning US/International immigration, relocation of existing employees and the engagement of a global workforce through Employer of Record vendors. In this role you will develop employee facing Global Mobility policies, build Standard Operating Procedures for a variety of People Solutions processes and also own complex HR cases through our Jira ticketing system. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, thoughtful and extremely organized for this critical role on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Global Mobility policies and processes that can support the needs of a high growth business
  • Be the main point of contact for cross functional stakeholders such as IT, Security, Benefits, Senior Leaders and HRBPs in regards to specific employee immigration and relocation cases
  • Own the relationship with our outside immigration counsel, relocation and employer of record vendors
  • Take responsibility for employee experience during immigration/relocation cases, ensuring they are well informed and feel supported every step of the process. Deliver successful outcomes by building supplemental materials related to visa cases, such as job descriptions, letters of support, and RFE materials
  • Support the execution of People Solutions programs and operations including, but not limited to: onboarding, total rewards, performance management, audits and offboarding
  • Find appropriate resolution for escalated Jira tickets and queries from the People Solutions inbox, responding within SLAs
  • Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders and the wider People Team to support employee lifecycle programs and tasks
  • Build out and maintain Standard Operating Procedure, documenting processes and workflows via Confluence and gDrive, proactively identify improvements and adding automation wherever possible
  • Take ownership of operational workflows in HR systems such as Workday and ensure data integrity by organizing and maintaining employee records
  • Participate in people projects as determined by the needs of the organization with ability to lead and manage projects within scope and timeline

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations in a fast-paced, global organization
  • 1+ years experience of owning Global Mobility tasks such as US/International Immigration and Relocations
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact between the employer, immigration attorneys, and sponsored candidates/employees
  • End-to-end project management experience with US-specific visa cases for both candidates and employees, including: H-1B cap cases & transfers, E, TN, and Green Cards
  • Experience owning the international relocations of existing employees, partnering closely with senior leadership and HRBPs to ensure the required business outcome and positive employee experience
  • Experience of owning Employer of Record vendors such as DEEL or Atlas, supporting internal Managers and EOR employees with contracting and setting up new global locations

We are searching for an Associate, People Solutions to provide support to many aspects of human resources including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, data collection and maintenance, and systems management. We are currently expanding our Application Platform team and are looking for a new colleague to join as a Senior QA Engineer. The salary range for full time employment starts at 3000€ per month gross, along with restricted stock units and other benefits. You can work in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Engineering Team.

What challenge awaits you?

As the QA Engineer in one of our backend teams - the Application Platform team, you will take care of the quality of our product. Our engineering teams are collocated around some business features and sub-domains of our complex product. Therefore we want to empower the team with a dedicated QA Engineer who will entirely focus on this area and help us adopt the principle of continuous testing.

You will be responsible for managing test scenarios and test suites, executing them, and finding ways to automate them. You will influence the QA strategy for the team by defining best practices and quality gates. 

We are building teams with a product mindset, so every member needs to care about quality. We need someone who will help us accelerate this and have QA in mind and heart. You will show our software engineers the importance and beauty of quality assurance and test automation, and they will help you deal with complex technical challenges. 

Your job will be to:

  1. Working within the team to deliver projects
  2. Improve QA strategy in the team
  3. Maintain test scenarios and test suites
  4. Cooperate with the Central QA team

Working within the team to deliver projects

  • Cooperate with the team during the whole project life-cycle and be responsible for assuring the quality of the delivered solution.
  • Perform manual E2E testing (UI, API) of delivered features.
  • Automate test scenarios (UI, API) and build test suites for future regression testing.

Improve QA strategy in the team

  • Help the team to adopt the idea of continuous testing.
  • Ensure we track, classify, and manage defects found during development or production.
  • Bring new ideas and principles (like performance API testing, contract testing, …), evaluate their benefits and adapt them to QA strategy.
  • Ensure all team members understand what testing layers we have and how they can use them during development to assure quality.

Maintain test scenarios and test suites

  • Make sure we do have reasonable test suites for critical features.
  • Regular monitoring and debugging of existing automated tests (UI, API).
  • Evaluation of test results, reporting possible issues and proactively improving the stability and reliability of our tests. 

Cooperate with the Central QA team

  • Share best practices and ideas with the Central QA team (both directions)
  • Make sure the engineering team is following the overall QA strategy.
  • Be an active member of our QA community. 

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will participate in projects as a QA engineer and ensure the quality of delivered solutions with help from the Central QA team.
  • In 90 days, you will manage test scenarios and test cases of main features, and you will be able to automate some of them.
  • In 180 days, you will be able to come up with ideas on how to improve QA strategy in a team. 

You have the following experience and qualities:

  1. Professional— professional experience in Quality Assurance, including test automation

Professional experience

  • You have experience with Quality Assurance in software engineering, ideally from a cross-functional team (mix of software engineers and QA engineers).
  • You can automate tests (UI or API) and ideally have some knowledge of Python or Go.
  • Ideally, you should be familiar with API testing (manual and automated), API performance testing, and mocking servers. 
  • Familiar with Continuous Testing, Lean, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD principles and tools like Jira and GitLab.
  • Knowledge and experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, PostMan, K6, and LambdaTest, MockServer are also welcomed.
