  • Playbooks:Implement a key account-based and volume-based playbook drawing on results from previous work experience. We’d love to learn about how you’ve delivered this before.
  • Results:Take advantage of the strong assets we’ve built to carry pipeline, revenue, and customer install base to new heights. We’d love to hear what you see as Strategzer’s strengths and weaknesses.

The successful candidate will immediately contribute in the following ways:

You have a mature and professional leadership style that inspires people to follow. You understand how to create the right balance between autonomy and alignment. You have a track record of developing and scaling a marketing function starting hands-on.

With your strong data/analytics/AI expertise, you have a track record of growing pipeline, revenue, and customer install base. In your role, you drive and execute activities such as data analysis, customer insights, market trends, and forecasting. You will work very closely with sales to ensure alignment with respect to success metrics.

Today Strategyzer’s sales are 99% inbound with an emerging outbound sales function. In addition to managing and optimizing inbound, you will generate new sources of leads to support the outbound team. A key objective of your role is to develop a predictable and scalable lead generation engine. You will help Strategyzer reach our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) more systematically. You have a track record of achieving the results described above with large companies as well as with small- and medium-size companies SMEs.

2. Develop and implement a key-account-based playbook for large companies

We’ve been working with this segment for over a decade. We support these leaders and their companies with strategic advisory, team innovation coaching, and program licenses on our platform. We help them autonomously scale innovation.

Based on your experience, you will develop and implement an Account-Based Marketing playbook tailored to this ICP. For this objective, you can draw on Strategyzer's strong portfolio of assets. Based on your experience you will develop a volume-based approach tailored to this ICP (e.g. google & linkedin ads, etc.). This includes unearthing a predictable and scalable lead generation algorithm and tracking the sales pipeline at every stage.

We are also experimenting with a third playbook that we hope to scale over time. There is a community of innovation consultants who would like to use our programs to bundle them with their services.
