About the Role

Vidyard is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Managerto join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation, you will be responsible for delivering customer marketing campaigns that deliver upsell and cross-sell sales pipeline, re-engage our customer base, and prevent churn. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a customer community, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell using buyer intent signals, and running customer lifecycle campaigns.

This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.

About the Team

Our Demand Generation team focuses on running multi-touch marketing campaigns to create a high quality pipeline for our sales-led business. The team leverages several Marketing channels such as events, ABM, email marketing, paid media and more, to drive results. This is a data-driven team that focuses on fast experiment cycles and feedback loops.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build customer marketing campaigns to leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer and user base
  • Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to align on our customer marketing strategy 
  • Leverage Marketing channels such as email, social media, paid marketing etc to drive campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing channel specialists where relevant
  • Run customer ABM plays focused on generating Enterprise customer pipeline
  • Plan and execute customer roundtable events focused on sharing our thought leadership and product updates with customers
  • Collaborate with our product marketing team to communicate key product updates to our user and customer base
  • Own all user and customer email nurture programs. Optimize these programs to drive pipeline, prevent churn, and drive re-engagement amongst our customer base.
  • Create a library of customer case studies and success stories that can be used by our sales and marketing teams
  • Host webinars and virtual community events related to key feature updates and topics of interest to our customer base
  • Create educational and learning content to improve product adoption within our customer base
  • Report on all customer pipeline and impact of customer marketing programs and communicate your findings to cross-functional stakeholders

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:

  • 5+ years of customer marketing (or related) experience 
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments. Deep experience working with sales teams is highly preferred
  • Experience within a hybrid product led and sales led business 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales, digital marketing and growth marketing techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation

The compensation range for the role is $90,000 - $110,000 OTE including base and variable. Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. About the role:

We're seeking a highly-motivated Website Marketing Manager to join SecurityScorecard. Responsibilities

Vidyard is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Brand Marketing to lead our brand marketing, content, community, and marketing design initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and driving engagement across various digital and offline channels. This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.

What You’ll Work On

  • Own and develop Vidyard's brand marketing strategy, encompassing brand, content, community, and design.
  • Closely collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, web and customer success teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Own Vidyard’s social media presence, including building and executing on a social media strategy.
  • Build and develop a media/press plan and work with agency partners on execution

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, community management, and/or marketing design, preferably within the B2B SaaS or technology industry.

About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who understands the full scope of the healthcare landscape and is on the leading edge of innovative models with payers, IDNs, ACOs, CINs and other innovative models of healthcare delivery and reimbursement.  The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who also has a strong command of innovative care models, ideally from past experience working within or consulting for a payer, IDN, ACO or a similar type of organization. The candidate will drive executional excellence with marketing programs, with a passion and talent for creating content and building effective communications. This is a position that blends art and science and requires an analytical mind to use data and insights to inform continuous improvements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.  Develop messaging that conveys the strategic positioning of the brand and drives awareness, consideration and engagement with the target audience.
  • Collaborate as an embedded team member with payer relations, market access and commercial market development teams to develop account-based marketing strategies and creative approaches to differentiate cardiac monitoring and our brand within the accounts.
  • Create value proposition content for direct customer presentation as well as the potential for case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts, that will be pulled through integrated marketing campaigns, programs and channels. 
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.  Create mechanisms to share and syndicate actionable information to business partners, including sales. Own and build competitive response tools and objection handling materials for sales team.
  • Translate marketing messages and content into sales enablement tools to maximize selling effectiveness and productivity.
  • Measure and metric campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators and make recommendations for program, content, or messaging improvements.

Skills / Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of marketing experience, mostly in healthcare; master’s degree preferred in business, integrated marketing or healthcare economics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Anticipate overnight, domestic travel for conferences, team meetings and customer engagement of up to 20% will be required
  • Experience working within legal and regulatory requirements for messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience writing, informing and working with marketing briefs to inform / develop marketing content and messaging. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, product management, regulatory, legal, HEOR, payer relations, value and access, medical affairs and corporate strategy partners.

Differentiating Qualities:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is required, through in-house or consulting engagement with a payer, IDN, ACO or other innovative care delivery system. The candidate needs to understand the mindset of decision makers in these healthcare systems, ranging from clinical and population health to financial and administrative leaders.
  • Expectation that this role will be dynamic and challenging, with the need to be able to navigate well in uncertain environments and help define new capabilities for the organization.
  • Ability to differentiate among various target customer segments and deliver appropriate value propositions to each whether economic or clinical based.
  • Presence and influence to work with key stakeholders within iRhythm and our partners from executive to operational levels.
  • Success in partnering with and supporting sales teams to drive effective messaging and sales productivity.
  • Success in translating economic value propositions into effective marketing materials.
  • Product launch experience is a strong plus.
  • Marketers with both B2B and B2C (or B2B2C) will further differentiate themselves; experience with marketing both to health care providers as well as direct to payers and reimbursement decision-makers is expected.

We’re looking for an Awareness & Growth Marketing Manager to join the Elation team, reporting into the Director of Demand Generation. The person will be part of the Marketing team and is responsible for strengthening the pipeline through top-of-funnel awareness and inbound marketing. They will work closely and collaborate across the marketing team, external partners, and sales teams to align on strategy, execution, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the awareness campaign strategy and execution of plan:Proactively build, manage, and launch multi-channel programs (ex. content syndication, SEO, publishers, events, organic social media, display, direct mail) to drive awareness, traffic, impressions, and leads into the pipeline, measure engagement activity, and share key learnings. In addition, they will glean insight from the product, sales, and customer success teams to understand buyer behavior and identify where to optimize and identify new channels and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Paid Growth Manager to drive lead generation:Codevelop marketing strategies with a segmentation mindset that increases brand awareness and top-of-funnel prospects and gets them to convert. Partner with Paid Growth Manager to ensure organic and paid channels work together to improve campaign effectiveness. As a Growth Team, ensure we use the proper messaging and engagement for each key audience touchpoint in the buyer and customer journey. Also partner with the Engagement Team to convert leads through an effective post-form experience.   
  • Ownership and responsibility of campaign performance: Analyze the performance of campaign activities, keyword planning, and engagement reporting, including mining insight from platforms (ex. Google Data Studio, Looker, SEMRush) and monitoring of KPIs. They also will present key findings to Marketing Leadership and share recommendations on areas for optimization. 
  • Manage campaign activity operations, including the use of systems and processes: Drive the operational performance to ensure all assets (ex. forms, ads, landing pages) are developed and programmed appropriately. This includes ensuring data flows into the appropriate system and can be reported to fuel insights and social media planning.
  • Cultivate insight and learn:Work cross-functionally to understand market and business insight that informs campaign planning, generates key learnings, and identifies new growth strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on developing and operationalizing multi-channel campaign strategies across a Mar-Tech stack. 
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Proficient working across a Mar-Tech stack, including: Salesforce (CRM), Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, SEMRush, etc. 
  • Knowledgeable using Google Data Studio is preferred. 
  • Ability to work in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be very analytical and synthesize data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • An effective communicator to Marketing Leadership and cross-functional partners (both written and verbal).

 

Salary range: $90,000 - 120,000
