An overview of this role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Field Marketing Manager (Jr. FMM) to support field marketing strategies and drive sales pipeline growth for AMER Sales and Ecosystem programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, and proactive communication. This role falls under the Regional Marketing team and will report to the Staff Regional Marketing Manager. This role will directly support the AMER Field Marketing Managers in executing targeted marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline growth and meet specific sales objectives. This role may occasionally assist the Channel Marketing Manager in executing targeted marketing initiatives for the ecosystem team, such as managing joint campaigns, coordinating partner events, and ensuring these efforts align with broader ecosystem goals.

What you'll do in this role

  • Campaign Support: Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Legal and Procurement Management: Process all third-party vendor contracts and procurement, including approvals and legal coordination
  • Event Coordination: Managing logistics for workshops, webinars, and regional events, including venue sourcing, setting up virtual events, and organizing materials.
  • Sales Alignment: Working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, support pre- and post-event actions, and communicate results.
  • Budget Management: Handling financial aspects like forecasting, budgeting, and processing payments for events and campaigns.
  • Lead Management: Assisting with lead list management, tracking, and post-event follow-up coordination.
  • Tool Management: Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and other project management and marketing platforms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams such as corporate event marketing, product marketing, and operations to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Overall, a Jr. FMM ensures seamless execution of field marketing activities while building foundational knowledge of strategy and operations in marketing.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. The base pay range for this role is $90,000.00 - $118,000.00 USD annually. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. In addition to base pay, some Sales and Success roles can earn sales incentives. 

Sprout’s compensation ranges are intentionally broad to allow for our team members' growth within their role. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit).  Employees are able to enroll in Sprout’s company’s 401k plan, in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution. Sprout offers “Flexible Paid Time Off” and ten paid holidays. About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for an enthusiastic B2B Enterprise marketing associate, who is dynamic, creative, and analytical. What you'll do

  • Report into the Head of Marketing-ANZ based in Sydney
  • As the ANZ marketing manager, you will be responsible for both online and offline marketing tactics and execution for Australia and New Zealand.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the overall Channel Marketing Strategy for EMEA, focusing on building a partner-sourced pipeline, partner thought leadership, community engagement, and increasing channel revenue.
  2. Develop and implement strategic partner engagement through targeted to-partner marketing activities.
  3. Manage the Channel MDF allocation and approval  for EMEA, ensuring alignment with Sales and Channel Strategy, overseeing the entire partner submission process, and reviewing the ROI of MDF usage.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly-motivated Senior Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise, Central Region who will be responsible for building the growth marketing strategy and managing field initiatives from end-to-end marketing to the Enterprise segment in the US.

  • Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities in order to grow our customer base and drive demand for Cloudflare. 
  • Identify opportunities to drive various hosted event formats such as: CxO events, customer-led panels, fireside chats, roundtables, webinars, Executive Briefings, and other bespoke experiences.
  • Work with cross-functional team members (Sales, BDRs, MarkOps, MarTech, SalesOps, ABM Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, etc.) to support the orchestration of high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.

Purpose of the Job

The Sr. Manager, Solutions Consulting will manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potentially managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. They will lead the technical role in their segment supporting sales activities, making both strategic and tactical decisions for their teams. They will ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within 6sense. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • You will lead and manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potential managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success
  • As the Sr. Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will set both the strategic and tactical direction of your SC team, based on the direction of the SC organization and the greater company objectives.
  • Guide the growth and development of your SC team(s) and work closely with sales leadership and CS counterparts.
  • Ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within 6sense
  • Manage a team of Solution Consultants in a dedicated Segment helping to ensure sales and customer success
  • Engage directly with Sales and Sales Leadership to provide support for pre-sales activities across all 6sense solutions
  • Conduct pipeline recruiting efforts to find and hire top Solution Consulting talent within the region
  • Mentor/coach new hires during onboarding and subsequent phases to ensure proper ramping of SC skills and capabilities
  • Ensure that the team is enabled to support all required 6sense products and solutions along with required sales/soft skills
  • Work closely with Sales to develop strategic and technical account plans
  • Develop a close working relationship with Professional Services and Training to ensure alignment between pre and post sales activities
  • Deliver annual performance reviews using the skill/will methodology along with assisting SC’s with building out and executing their individual development plans
  • Manage performance and key talent closely ensuring that we are taking the necessary actions to retain top talent and manage performance at all levels
  • Conduct regular 1:1’s with team members to provide constructive feedback and skills development
  • Work cross functionally with support, product management, engineering, and other organizations to ensure alignment with the field, provide process and product feedback, and resolve critical customer situations

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • At least 5+ year of experience in technically selling and supporting software products
  • 3+ years of leadership, management or equivalent experience

  • Experience with digital ad and display marketing technologies and concepts

What You Should Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search, particularly with B2B tech companies
  • Mastery of Google Ads, with expert-level knowledge of campaign management and current paid search best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into a detailed, actionable strategy
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets of at least $50k/month
  • Ability to use in-platform and in-house analytics in conjunction to deploy and effective strategy
