  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail, digital, social and other channels as you see fit.  
  • Manage all aspects of event coordination including strategy, event messaging, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, F&B, & logistics.  
  • Elevate Tanium brand awareness by executing in-region marketing campaigns, tied to corporate marketing initiatives.  
  • Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on Tanium’s objectives and target audience.  
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams.  
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.  

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent industry experience required  
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience required  
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with working with state and local government agencies, educational institutions, and public sector partners and distributors
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo is desired 
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs that will fulfill strategic goals  
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization 
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while having acute attention to detail 
  • Team player with proven track recordin working effectively with cross-functionalteams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $260,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.

We’re looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our growing CRM team. You’ll report to the Sr. CRM Manager. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and metrics-oriented role for an individual who loves testing demand generation tactics, but also has a proven track record of supporting GTM teams in ABM programs and developing strong demand generation strategies. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in deploying account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics that drive pipeline for the business including new business revenue, upsell motion and/or development of partnership channel. This role will be part of the growth team at Modern Health which embraces a high-speed and customer-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive pipeline growth and closed revenue leveraging key channels such as webinars, events, content marketing, paid media, website chat, videos, social media, and email marketing
  • Partner with Demand Generation Team to deliver on monthly and quarterly MQAs, Meetings, and SQOs by deploying 1: few and 1:many campaigns
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Analytics Team to leverage our technology stack to measure, track, and analyze performance across the full sales cycle 
  • Build, execute, and test acquisition processes against different personas, size segments, and industries within territory and non-territory accounts
  • Collaborate with external agencies and technology vendors to execute on-demand generation programs

Who You Are

  • ABM Campaign Guru: 3+ years of digital marketing, virtual events, and demand generation experience in a B2B technology background in an Enterprise sales motion. Proficient in Demandbase One and Salesforce. Working knowledge of Marketo, Zoom Webinars, Vidyard/Vimeo, and Qualified/Drift
  • Strategic Thinker with Executing Approach: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

The Role

Your impact

Sr. Manager, Federal Marketing is a key leader who will be responsible for coordinating and managing a comprehensive marketing approach for the US public sector, primarily field & account-based marketing, but also strategic thought leadership, content, social media, and more.

Your role

  • Own the development and execution of the field marketing strategy for the federal market, including civilian, defense and intelligence sectors

  • Work closely with the federal sales team and leadership to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation

  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the federal market landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and website content, tailored to the unique needs and requirements of federal clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across federal agencies, industry associations, and partner organizations.

Your experience

  • 7+ years of B2B integrated marketing and planning experience with 3+ years experience in Federal and State & Local market segments.

  • Direct experience designing and building field-focused marketing programs across digital, first & third party events with the federal government 

  • Experience running hosted and 3rd party virtual events & webinars for different personas 

  • Deep understanding of federal personas and the federal purchasing and procurement process 

  • Dependable with strong project management and organization skills with an ability to develop and deliver marketing programs within an ever-evolving environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills and finds it easy to communicate with team members at all levels of the organization

  • Experience with the following technologies:

    • Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

The Role

The Director of Field, Partner, and Digital Marketing will be a key member of the Marketing organization. What You Bring To The Table

  • 10+ years of experience in Field, Event Marketing or Partner marketing.
