Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la mise en place de systèmes logiciels robustes et extensibles, ainsi que dans l’évolution de notre infrastructure d’intégration continue et de déploiement continu (CI/CD), le tout dans un contexte d’exploitation infonuagique.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Occuper un rôle central dans la conception, la mise-en-œuvre et l’évolution des pratiques DevOps de l’entreprise.
  • Améliorer notre infrastructure et nos logiciels en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes d’architecture et de développement afin d'identifier et de fournir des améliorations qui renforcent la disponibilité du site grâce à des architectures évolutives, sécurisées, rentables et résilientes.
  • Participer à la conception, au déploiement et l’optimisation des infrastructures de développement et de production.
  • Participer à l’automatisation des processus Devops et application des meilleures pratiques infonuagiques.
  • Participer à l’implémentation et à l’évolution de notre infrastructure de monitoring et d’alertes.
  • Faire partie de l'équipe de support “sur appel équilibrée” afin de maintenir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des services.
  • Gérer les incidents et les interventions d'urgence, suivre les pannes, garantir l'intégrité des données et participer à la gestion des versions afin de promouvoir des déploiements sûrs, efficaces et rapides.

Qualifications

Qui vous êtes :

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en DevOps, en ingénierie de fiabilité de site, en administration de systèmes, ou dans un rôle connexe en génie logiciel
  • Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Azure et de ses capacités d’infrastructure à la demande.
  • Expérience avec les principes IaC (Infrastructure as code)
  • Connaissance approfondie des concepts de pipelines CI/CD, de containerisation et orchestrations de déploiement (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Maîtrise de la gestion d’infrastructure réseau, gestion DNS et VPN
  • Connaissance avancée des systèmes de messagerie (e.g. RabbitMQ, ServiceBus, Kafka) et connaissance avancée des systèmes de journalisation et monitoring.
  • Maîtrise de PowerShell et de l’environnement technologique .NET
  • Capacité à communiquer couramment en anglais et français.

We are seeking a Full-Stack JavaScript tech lead who will help the business realise its objectives to become the most advanced provider of Structured Products globally.

A key component of their tech stack is the Sales and Clients Web Platform (aka ‘Agile’). This sophisticated application enables sales traders, brokers, and external clients to price and book live trades through a ReactJS web-based interface and suite of NodeJS and C# services that connect the back-end ecosystem of booking, execution, finance, and risk platforms.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the Head of Derivatives Trading and their team - the product leaders for the app - and provide technical leadership for a diverse team of 10 developers and testers based in London and Ukraine. We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about best practices, good software design principles, and a DevOps mindset, but also thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture and design of the technology created and maintained by the delivery team.
• Line manage the team, and optimise its structure to continuously deliver value to the business.
• Collaborate with the Head of Derivatives Trading on the direction of the application.
• Define roadmap and strategy with Head of Development and other development leads.
• Oversee projects to ensure they are run efficiently and delivered on time and on budget.
• Liaise with business users and BA/QAs; define business requirements and provide updates.

Expression is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to support the Global Public Affairs Office of the US Department of State. Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Creating, maintenance and evaluation of software automation test scripts for both UI and API (including incorporation of dynamic test data) for a web site
  • Creating and maintaining manual test scripts when needed.
  • Conduct testing following a disciplined procedures and documentation (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case, Results, Defect Analysis, Test Summary)
  • Ability to train others regarding automation test concepts; plus providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Gathering and validating application functional/performance/load requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases
  • Execution, as required, of manual and automated software testing in areas involving installation, functional, performance and load, integration, and regression testing.
  • Documentation of process improvements regarding best practices regarding test automation
  • Creation of test reports and test visualizations (Splunk)
  • Maintenance of all test documentation and results with results.
  • Coordination and prioritization of test development activities and the ability to work with multiple development teams and software projects are also critical for the selected candidate.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, similar discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of structured software quality assurance engineering experience is required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the development of automated test scripts, execution of test cases and reporting and dissemination of test results.
  • Experience with automated testing applications like Gauge (Java+Selenium, Cucumber)
  • Experience with API testing tools such as ReadyAPI.
  • Production software development experience with 2-3 structured programming languages such as .Net, Java and Pega.
  • Experience with quality assurance practices and testing methodologies

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: You’ll shape and execute our Operational Change roadmap, setting clear goals to meet business needs. Inspire and guide multiple teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Platform management: Oversee our Core Platform Technology teams responsible for upgrading critical systems like GBST Composer and FNZ Figaro. 
  • Collaboration & partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders. Work closely with business units, product owners, and technology leaders to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure secure, cohesive technology implementations.
  • Strategic planning: Translate business and technology strategies into actionable priorities. Develop and implement strategies that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions.
  • Operational efficiency: Optimise technology solutions to enhance operational processes. Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while continuously improving business resilience and reducing costs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience: A minimum of 10 years in leading technology teams, ideally within Financial Services, with a proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical proficiency: High technical competence with a focus on:
    • Software development: Proficiency in developing services and APIs using object-oriented programming languages (preferably .NET).
    • Front-end technologies: Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
    • Cloud platforms: Knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud services.
    • Automation & CI/CD: Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Solution design: Experience in defining Master Service Agreements (MSA) and solution design for scalable Straight-Through Processing (STP) services.
    • Agile practices: Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Pair Programming.
  • Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders, including executive and board-level interactions.
  • Leadership excellence: Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a focus on providing direction, fostering inclusivity, and building high-performing teams.
  • Operational acumen: Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance through innovative technology solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Financial services regulation: An understanding of financial markets and the UK regulatory landscape is a plus.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $56,300 to $81,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
