We are searching for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our customer facing organization in order to support our goal in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Our Customer Success Managers understand the customers’ needs and help them to reach an optimized usage of our cloud services.

CSM supports opportunities and projects which contribute significantly to the revenue of Open Telekom Cloud.

Their strength is to combine product expert know how with business experience and customer care in specific opportunities and projects.

They act in the area of business development and facilitate current and future business requirements to optimize the clients processes and create a value by using Open Telekom Cloud.

A CSM has strong focus on customer centricity and is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing business and customer requirements, supporting stakeholders and corresponding teams.

Both our organization and our customer base are international, mainly English and German speaking. Knowledge of these languages in spoken and written form is a must.

The following tasks are your responsibility:

  • Close cooperation with product management, service delivery management and sales
  • Supporting customer projects and linking customers needs with available solutions
  • Identifying high potential customers for growth
  • Focus on business development in area of upselling and consumption push.
  • Bring the different contributing teams together and support the information flow with TSI organizations and service partners
  • Support in the identification of market, technology and customer trends

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT Service Management or similar area of expertise
  • High level of knowledge in ITSM and ITIL processes and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge in cloud technologies
  • Strong focus on customer centricity and overseeing global, local goals
  • Experience with business cases supported by AI based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pro-active and solution-oriented mindset and high attention to details

  • Monitor LivePerson services and servers and handle incidents quickly and professionally, to ensure a high level of services availability and performance.
  • Trigger operational procedures for various types of production incidents
  • Troubleshoot Production incidents
  • Manage internal incident notifications, in order to update LivePerson’s employees and management about any service degradation or impact in real time
  • Interact frequently with the LivePerson Support division, in order to make sure that service incidents reported by customers are handled properly and resolved timely.
  • Actively participate in customer affecting incidents, by providing data, clear communication and status updates.

You have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, 1.5-2 years is a big advantage.
  • Ability to operate in a 24x7 operational environment (working in shifts) - Including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 8-9 hours shifts, 5 shifts a week (07:00-15:00 , 15:00-22:00, 22:00-07:00, Local time) - Onsite, excluding night shifts.

Arista seeks an Advanced Services Engineer to provide advanced post-sales support, guidance, and assistance to account teams to address specific customer needs.   • You will provide advanced post-sales engineering support for Arista's Open Networking Data Center and Campus networking deployments for our enterprise and commercial customers.
  • Review customer network designs for an EVPN, VxLAN, leaf-spine architecture and make recommendations for deployment
  • Migrate or interconnect to/from Cisco, Juniper, and other vendors to Arista infrastructure
  • Assist with configuration build-outs including creating network provisioning automation using Python and tools such as Chef or Ansible
  • Assist with implementation and change controls
  • You will assist with proof of concepts (POC) and in-depth testing to validate design scenario
  • Provide bug scrubs and code recommendations
  • Provide interface to TAC and internal development teams and the customer
  • You will provide customer advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc.
  • Translate complex business requirements into Leaf-Spine Network solutions
  • Assist Pre-Sales Engineer and Account Executives with designing Network solutions
  • Establish and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
  •  Attend key partner events, training sessions, and provide ongoing training with the customer teams globally
  • Continue training to maintain expertise
  • Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and technical needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • 5+ years’ working experience with network technologies including network design and deployments of Campus and Data Center networks. Knowledge of leaf-spine arhcitectures highly desired. 
  • 5+ years’ minimum experience with Cisco-based technologies focusing on infrastructure and voice
  • Demonstrated experience in technical post-sales, as either a Network Consulting Engineer or as an Advanced Systems (AS) Engineer preferred
  • Experience with Arista/Juniper/Cisco enterprise routing/switching within large data center enterprise customers (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR)
  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, VxLAN, EVPN, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, Multicast, QoS
  • Expertise in at least one area of Data Center related technologies - Openstack, SDN, NFV, Load Balancers, Virtualization, Linux tools
  • Expert level knowledge of industry-standard CLI
  • Ability to write white papers a plus

Vos principales responsabilités en tant qu’Infrastructure Project Manager

  • Piloter et gérer des projets d'Infrastructures physiques et virtuelles, des phases de cadrage au déploiement de la solution,

  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et conduire les projets de transformation technologique.

  • Mener ces projets dans le respect des coûts, des délais, de la qualité des livrables et de la satisfaction du client.

  • Organiser, coordonner et animer l'ensemble de l'équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre du projet,

  • Arbitrer les éventuels différends entre l'équipe et les autres intervenants,

  • Superviser le déroulement du projet,

  • Assurer la qualité des validations prononcées,

  • Faire circuler et diffuser l'information côté maîtrise d'oeuvre,

  • Gérer la relation avec le ou les fournisseurs (depuis la signature du contrat à la validation finale du projet),

  • Garantir le respect des délais et des coûts,

  • Etre force de proposition en cours de projet pour  d'éventuelles modifications, d'objectifs (qualité, coût et délais), liées à des contraintes de réalisation ou des modifications d'environnements,

  • Recueillir, prioriser et suivre les exigences client,

  • Construire des dossiers de choix (scénarios / avantages / inconvénients) et analyser les risques.

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.

About this team and role:

Mozilla’s Release SRE Team is looking for a Staff SRE to help us build and maintain infrastructure that supports Mozilla products. You will combine skills from DevOps/SRE, systems administration, and software development to influence product architecture and evolution by crafting reliable cloud-based infrastructure for internal and external services.

As a Staff SRE you will work closely with Mozilla’s engineering and product teams and participate in significant engineering projects across the company. You will collaborate with hardworking engineers across different levels of experience and backgrounds. Most of your work will involve improving existing systems, building new infrastructure, evaluating tools and eliminating toil.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage infrastructure in AWS and GCP
  • Write, maintain, and expand automation scripts, metrics and monitoring tooling, and orchestration recipes
  • Lead otherSREs and software development teams to deliver products with an eye on reliability and automation
  • Demonstrate accountability in the delivery of work
  • Spot and raise potential issues to the team
  • Be on-call for production services and infrastructure
  • Be trusted to resolve unclear but urgent tasks
What you’ll bring:
  • Degree and 6 years of experience related to either backend software development or cloud operations or experience related DevOps/SRE
  • Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, C/C++, Go, Node.js or Rust. 
  • Involvement in running services in the cloud
  • Kubernetes administration and optimization
  • Proven understanding of database systems (SQL and/or non-relational databases)
  • Infrastructure As Code and Configuration as Code tooling (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, Terraform, Amazon Cloudformation or Google Cloud Deployment Manager)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Curiosity and interest in learning new things
