The Services and Support teams in the Bangalore office work directly with Tango’s US based teams and with clients across the globe. The role requires candidates to work across the following areas:

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with international team members and clients

  • Good understanding of SDLC or software implementation lifecycle (applications like SAP, Oracle, or other ERP or web applications)
  • Prior system configuration experience based on design specifications is a plus. The role will focus on configuration of a proprietary application based on Oracle’s ADF (Application Development Framework). No prior Oracle or ADF experience necessary.
  • Investigates and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes and ensure continued support of the software solution
  • Ability to investigate challenging tickets from Client and close the tickets
  • Monitor and own all support related metrics including ticket backlog, average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time and ticket escalations
  • Strong understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: agile, waterfall) and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion
  • Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions. Summarize and present results to team members and clients globally
  • Understand technical requirements to ensure accurate understanding and implementation
  • This role has the potential to grow into gaining extensive knowledge within multiple client areas with the ability to provide consulting and expertise on business processes
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to work with client
  • Willingness to work from 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST with appropriate breaks for meals
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines
  • 3-6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements
  • Experience with working on Jira, Zendesk and similar tools.
  • Extensive experience working with system implementation, reporting, back-end database management (e.g.: Oracle, Teradata) and/or ETL interfacing (e.g.: Informatica, SSIS) technologies

Reporting Line – reports to the Head of Global Procurement, Finance Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enable the sourcing of regional-specific needs that are not met by global category strategies and vendors
  • Implement global sourcing policy regionally with internal business partners
  • Collaborate with regional business partners to develop and build local preferred vendors nested inside of the global category strategy

About the team + role

What you’ll do

  • Perform payment activities to vendors and employees including domestic and international payments methods.
  • Assist in the virtual card program administered to employees
  • Fully understand the procure-to-pay cycle in Coupa. Perform data entry of invoices / payee information in Coupa.
  • Monthly AP cycle (month end) including activities such as re-coding invoices as necessary, creating the month-end accruals AP report for multiple legal entities and business units, ensuring all invoices within the AP Mailbox have been actioned etc.

  • Document AP related processes and procedures and maintain training materials
  • Manage all year-end tax required filings to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (Forms 1099, 1042, etc.)

A Bit About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficient in leading through influence with peers and leadership.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and highly proficient with excel, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

About the Role-We are currently seeking an experienced Manager who will own the Credit & Collections operations of our e-Commerce Retailer business and report to the Head of Credit & Collections. About the Team-The Credit & Collections Team is a part of our Accounting Department and reports into our Head of Accounting Operations. The Credit & Collections Team is responsible for B2B collections and related customer service, credit reviews for new and existing customers, cash application and record-keeping, and AR customer data management (CDM). We work closely with the Instacart Billing, Accounting, Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and Financial System Teams in our day-to-day work.

 

 

About the Job 

  • Lead the Credit & Collections Team, including both full-time employees and BPO vendor staff, ensuring high-performance outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Credit & Collection policies and procedures.
  • Manage accounts receivable accounting activities, including month-end reporting, AR GL reconciliations, flux analysis, and SOX control compliance.
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual third-party financial audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the Credit, Collections, Cash Application, CDM, and Billing functions; lead related implementation of process and system changes as needed.

Job Description

The ServiceNow Platform Administrator position supports the United States Secret Service (USSS) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in maintaining its information technology (IT) enterprise. The candidate will be part of a team that supports the USSS’s protective and investigative missions. Duties of this position includes managing ServiceNow Platform Administrator functions. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications include the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other directly applicable field, or 4 years of hands-on technical experience in the IT industry.

· Must be US Citizen.

· Active Secret Clearance is Required.

· Must be located within the Washington D.C. Metro Area

· Experience with administering and maintain ServiceNow for environments of similar. size, scope, and complexity as USSS. 

Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow and providing product support for the platform.

· Experience in daily- or ad-hoc-occurring tasks inherent to overseeing an enterprise. application, such as administration of user accounts, groups, roles, lookup table data, and Service Catalog items.

· Experience creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs and record lists.

· Proven experience and expertise in administering and maintaining all non-ServiceNow technologies which are involved in successfully operating the ServiceNow solution, including but not limited to: • Linux and Windows Server operating systems.

· Enterprise-grade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server

· Any other technologies necessary to operate ServiceNow, such as middleware, web server software, web application server software, etc.

· Demonstrated expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, and integration; and the ability to apply this expertise across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions.

· Experience working in a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundations or higher

Job Description

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a System Support Manager to join our rapidly growing team! As a System Support Manager, you will oversee solutioning, developing and maintaining systems that support the Engineering and Construction team. You will be part of the evaluation, design, documentation, implementation, testing and performance for various systems. You will work closely with internal IT business partners as well as 3rd Party Development teams to support the Business Operations team.  Ensuring alignment of application/process long term goals and visions. The principal purpose is to drive automation, process efficiency and customer service support. 

As System Support Manager – Engineering & Construction Applications, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive advanced technical direction and support for multiple applications within the Engineering and Construction system stack
  • Define, document, design, test and implement strategies to enhance & support Network Systems including Engineering, Service Delivery & Assurance, NOC and Field Operations
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to work directly with internal and external IT partners as well as End Users.
  • Support the IT Agile process with strong knowledge of JIRA; SQL, Dashboards, Kanban, queries etc. by clearly documenting technical requirements and use cases
  • Understand & interpret (SQL String) Code, Request, Response, etc. details to troubleshoot and deliver technical bug resolution requirements to IT & 3rd Party Developers
  • Ability to perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) post system outage
  • Balance priorities from complex cross functional teams while developing innovative system solutions to business challenges
  • Build technical guidelines used by Learning & Development for curriculum creation & training as well as end user self-serve consumption
  • Present program updates/status to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:   

  • Bachelors in Network Technology/Engineering or relevant professional experience
  • 7 years’ experience with
    • Telecom industry, Network systems
    • Driving software development lifecycle
    • Technical Project Management
  • Experience with IT systems requirements & development, agile processes, end to end & UAT testing
  • Application specific experience: IQGeo, GIS, ESRI, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation
  • UI/UX - JavaScript, React JS
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power Platform, Big Query or Data Lake)
  • Experience with PL/SQL development specific to PostgreSQL, Oracle and MySQL databases 
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis management
  • Firm grasp of networking concepts including Fiber and PON networks
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
  • Experience with latest trends in technology both mobile and web, to design and built innovative and efficient solutions
  • Program/Project Management experience
  • Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include preparing presentations for executives and senior leadership team
