岗位描述:

1、从事区块链插件钱包产品的研发工作,熟悉区块链的协议,运行机制和底层实现等;

2、负责区块链相关技术的体系构建和落地;

3、负责各大主链的插件钱包发送、签名、连接等功能实现;

4、协助解决开发中的Web3技术问题。

岗位要求:

1、熟悉 TypeScript, 对 JS/TS 的工具类 / 功能性函数库有一定经验;

2、熟悉常⽤的Web3钱包开发 如:Metamask钱包 熟悉三方Walletconnect、ether.js 、web3.js等;

3、熟悉 Dapp 与插件钱包交互逻辑,对meatmask插件源码要有所了解;

4、了解区块链的协议,运行机制和底层实现等,有区块链项目的开发经验;

5、熟悉各种数据结构和算法,对密码学,安全协议和加密算法有了解;

6、熟悉evm、btc、solana等其它开源区块链钱包开发;

7、熟悉以太坊EVM原理,Erc721及1155协议;

8、具备信息安全意识,了解ETH等平台安全知识;

9、具有扎实的编程基础和解决开发中的Web3技术问题;

10、有插件钱包开发经验者优先。

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and efficient motion graphics artist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

  • 2D and 3D design and animation of motion graphics for concurrent projects including trailers, main title designs, graphics packages, transitions, and more for a broad range of content genres including Entertainment, B2B, and Corporate
  • Concept original designs and present as style frames, storyboards, or mood boards
  • Re-versioning existing campaigns to ensure that new elements match provided footage and seamlessly composite together in accordance with creative direction
  • Export and deliver appropriate files to the provided specifications
  • Track and organize graphics software, stock assets, plugins, assets, style-guides, and naming conventions in compliance with Tubi standards and practices
  • Apply expert understanding of the post-production process and how graphics and editorial come together to create high-impact content 
  • Demonstrate a strong design POV with an eye for color, composition, and typography
  • Develop systems for creating top-notch work within a short timeline
  • Champion design innovation, test and learn, and apply new design practices
  • Ability to select the right assets for your concepts (stock textures, elements, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Expert technical knowledge of post-production process, file formats, and delivery specs for Digital, Social, Theatrical, and Broadcast platforms

The base salary hiring range for this position is $46,400 to $79,300. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Execute and enhance Eater’s organic strategy to grow audience, engagement, and traffic on all active social platforms

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-3 years prior experience growing an audience on social media, especially in food or news media, or a related field 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and an intolerance for errors
  • Eagerness to learn and develop Eater's tone and voice
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (including simple color and exposure corrections, layers styling, text effects, and photo healing tools) and a strong visual eye
  • Ability to concisely explain a complicated news story on social platforms
  • Proven ability to interpret social analytics into actionable insights
  • Experience with Dash Hudson or a similar scheduling platform is a plus
  • Experience producing, shooting, and editing video content is a plus, but not required

You Will:

  • Design email templates and in-app messages across all product categories and user lifecycle stages, including promotional blasts and full email series experiences
  • Propose ideas for and execute A/B testing focused on enhancing email designs and performance
  • Leverage insights, data, and research to identify and execute design improvements across existing communications and design net-new deliverables
  • Explore how to make our communications more user-centered and actionable using design techniques that drive results
  • Maintain emails by making edits to existing and new templates as they move through stakeholder feedback rounds
  • Execute operational tasks related to the email review process including organizing and submitting templates to stakeholders and responding to feedback
  • Manipulate and edit existing HTML/CSS email templates and template modules

You Have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital design
  • Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, and Figma
  • Experience building out wireframes and communicating copy requirements cross-functionally
  • Experience designing in adherence to a design system and a modular library
  • Experience working within corporate brand standards and an ability to work across different verticals with different messaging and design strategies
  • Knowledge about design thinking, the design process, and eager to expand your email design skillset
  • Light knowledge of HTML & CSS at minimum with a desire to expand expertise
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy assisting with all stages in the process of email creation
  • Extreme attention to detail, organization, and follow through

Nice To Have:

  • Experience designing for email templates specifically, in particular templates that are built in custom HTML/CSS (not image-based or drag and drop)
  • Experience hand-coding emails in HTML & CSS
  • Understanding of dark mode design and development optimization 
  • Experience working in Braze

Reporting to the Director of Video Creative on the Growth team you will join a team of enthusiastic,creative individuals, charged with making Rocket Money stand-out amidst a competitive, crowded fintechspace. Focusing primarily on direct response digital advertising, you will take everything from roughconcepts to clearly defined ideas and transform them into highly creative and tightly edited packages thatentertain, educate, and convert users across multiple digital platforms. Your work will become part of aweekly cadence that uses data to understand performance, iterating on previous work whilesimultaneously producing and testing new content. Your work will not be limited to simply cutting andarranging pre-existing video clips, but include producing and shooting original footage, composing motiongraphic explainers, and sourcing new content to scale creative output. You will be responsible for buildingon and maintaining Rocket Money’s quality and aesthetic as well as being encouraged to express yourcreative voice and push the limits of what drives performance and acquires users.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work hand-in-hand with our in-house team to build effective, direct-response ads catered to various user personas across multiple social media channels as well as broadcast
  • Increase weekly creative output by releasing multiple variations of various concepts in a wide range of sizes
  • Support the production team in managing integrated production projects from conception to delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams, production teams, external vendors, actors and talent
  • Participate in the creative ideation process, bringing new ideas to the table while offering a fresh perspective to pre-existing themes and concepts
  • Contribute to story-boarding with a keen eye for detail and a clear vision for final results
  • Follow creative briefs and planned storyboards to convert raw digital assets into cohesive stories that drive engagement
  • Iterate on existing ideas and projects to finely tune creative output for optimal results, pertaining to specific channels and platforms
  • Format new and existing assets to properly fit all media platform best practices
  • Build streamlined workflows for production and delivery, while maintaining and contributing to asset library structure and organization
  • Assist in overall production by tracking projects, interfacing with vendors, identifying efficiencies, and sharing your creative voice
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while constantly tracking to target completion date
  • Demonstrate swift turnaround times

ABOUT YOU ????

  • You love producing for direct response and predicting how users comprehend the ad with special consideration as to how your editing decisions can impact that
  • You believe that data can inform creativity, not limit it
  • Able to envision and edit many different visual scenarios using only one set of raw video assets
  • Wizard with Premiere Pro and AfterEffects
