The Solutions Architect assists in the sales process by providing detailed consultation on customer requirements, customer needs, and, most importantly, how Nextiva’s platform can improve business outcomes. This individual will work hand in hand with the sales teams, partners, prospects, and customers to ensure that all team members are aware of the design requirements. As an SA, you will participate as a technical liaison to the sales and service delivery organizations and manage requests for technical pre-sales assistance, scheduled customer discovery sessions, and solutions demonstrations. This individual will be responsible for creating and introducing solutions to the customer that will help lead the way to Closed/Won business..

The Solutions Architect is an expert who understands customer-specific needs in order to provide business-driven consulting to prospects as well as existing customers. ESA’s provide business-centric expertise that helps our Sales team establish market and deal-level visibility 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute thorough discovery of customer requirements and participation directly in sales interactions via calls and webinars
  • Develop comprehensive and creative use cases for prospective Nextiva customers
  • Present the Nextiva solution in conjunction with customer predefined requirements
  • Review quotes, RFPs, business plans and other customer documents to develop and prepare an effective response or proposal
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors in order to act as a valuable resource to the customer and sales teams
  • Participate in work groups regarding custom requests and professional services for unique customer requirements
  • Develop relationships with vendors including keeping track of new information and sharing with your team
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to be leveraged in the composition of the Statement of Work for the Service Delivery Organization
  • Provide technical assistance to other departments, including Product Management, Marketing, and People Development teams
  • Ensure the solution(s) will work for the customer through demonstration and also through proof of concept (POC) or trial deployments

Communications and Presentations:

  • Must be compelling, passionate and enthusiastic speaker with communication skills of the highest caliber
  • Deliver and present comprehensive and customized product and service demonstrations in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
  • Understand customer-specific needs to provide business-driven consulting to prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide business-centric expertise that helps our Sales team establish market and deal-level visibility that resonates with prospects and customers, clearly differentiating our solutions from the competition.
  • Be regarded as an experienced operator/practitioner in the Contact Center space and is highly knowledgeable about the unique nuances of this industry.
  • Solutions Consultant/ Architect must be able to move between many key facets of the sales cycle from pre-sales engineering support to solution qualification and execution, to solution architecture and post-sale upsell.
  • The Solutions Consultant/ Architect is recognized as a credible thought leader, is confidently able to address C-level discussions, and able to help the seller effectively expand the revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years CCaaS, and/or SaaS experience and 4+ years as a Sales or Solutions Engineer
  • BS Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of  sales process, strategies and solutions selling
  • Demonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain strong relationships with sales team, partners, vendors, prospects, and customers
  • Create, present and document technical solutions
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Exceptional work ethic, time management, and organizational skills
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Service Software, Customer Relationship Software, Data Warehousing Software, Artificial Intelligence and the application of each.
  • Ability to create convincing proposals and documentation, including solution diagrams
  • Capable of completing job responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. For this sales role, our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $140,000 - $200,000; this includes annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. A different level in the job hierarchy apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.

About the role:

This hands-on security engineering position will be part of StockX's Information Security Cloud & Application Engineering team, leading efforts to enhance the security of software development practices.   • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT for technical security projects

About you

  • 3 years in a technical IT security role
  • GIAC, GSEC, OSCP or other security certifications preferred
  • Experience with web application security, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
  • Familiarity with SecDevOps and CI/CD best practices
  • Knowledge of cloud security, including AWS
  • Knowledge of container security, including Docker or Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

About the role 

The Communications Manager plays an integral role in bringing 350’s mission and vision further to life. Reporting to the Asia Regional Director, you’ll provide strategic communications leadership and set our communications strategy to increase visibility and raise awareness of the organization, engage target audiences to catalyze action and ensure just transition energy remains a priority and visible in Asia and the Pacific.Working closely in collaboration with colleagues across the organization and partners, you will lead all communications needs and issues and drive communications best practices across the organization. This includes brainstorming with digital colleagues on social media content, leading media queries in the Region, representing Asia in global calls, and coordinating with campaign and country teams on regional campaign priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic media and digital regional communications plans for specific campaigns and events.
  • Lead on developing a regional traditional and new media communications strategy for the whole Asia country team/organization and overall responsible for the successful implementation of the plan. 
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts with international journalists as well as identify and build key international partnerships within the Region.
  • Oversee the development of media materials such as press releases, media packages, as well as multimedia materials where possible/relevant.
  • Support the team to monitor media, identify digital and media opportunities and engage with issues relevant to 350.org’s work and broader context.
  • Potentially line manage members of the communications leadership team and oversee short-term communications contractors. 
  • Identify relevant media and influencer contacts, cultivate relationships with them, and further develop and maintain media contacts lists.
  • Support and represent 350.org’s overall mission in public venues or other networks to strengthen climate change communications.
  • Collaborate departmentally and interdepartmentally to develop alignment between 350.org’s global and regional communications. 
  • Support with risk mitigation media work and media strategy on reputational risk issues, in alignment with the Regional Office – including drafting appropriate media lines, as necessary, and coordinating our response to global media colleagues, as needed.

Required Qualifications 

  • At least six (6) years of relevant professional communications experience working on issues related to climate change, justice and equity in a regional non-profit organization. 
  • Proven relationship-building skills to build and maintain a strong network of journalist contacts, as well as with colleagues across 350.
  • Ability to identify and maintain relevant media contacts across Asia, including but not limited to South Asia, Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines. 
  • An initiative-taking, proactive, inspiring attitude with the ability to prioritise an unpredictable workload and solve problems quickly with limited support.
  • Willingness to be available during non-traditional hours as needed to ensure results.
  • Strong track record of effective remote line management and remote team building.
  • Excellent English and additional Asian languages would be a big plus. 

Desired, but not required, skills and experiences (We expect a successful applicant to have at least 2 to 3 of these): 

  • Experience developing and running communications training for groups of staff, local groups and volunteers. 
  • Experience collaborating with diverse constituencies (labour, vulnerable groups, displaced communities). 
  • Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience working and living in multiple countries in Asia.
  • Network of existing contacts and ability to strengthen campaigning relationships with organisations and researchers advocating for climate solutions/ just transition to renewable energy, preferably in Asia. 
  • Proficiency in Meltwater, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom or similar systems. 

We are looking for someone comfortable working both independently and in teams, highly responsive, and able to lead initiatives as well as take direction from others.

About the Role:

We are looking for a front end developer with strong web design skills, or a web designer with development experience. 

Responsibilities include designing and developing good looking web pages and charts. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in both web design and frontend development and should have created and maintained websites. We would like to see examples of your past work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design good looking web pages and charts:Design visually appealing web pages and charts. (Skills like logo design, image editing are optional)

About the Department

The Cloudflare Customer Support Team solves complicated problems and answers technical questions via phone, email, chat and social media. Whether it is a Wordpress blogger using our services for free or a global Enterprise business with petabytes of web traffic, we are always eager to assist. We are the eyes and ears of Cloudflare, acting as the real-time voice of the customer to help communicate their needs and real-world use cases back to the rest of the company - for better service and future product development.

Description

Security Operations Center Analysts provide premium-level support for Cloudflare’s security products and features. Our largest and most technically sophisticated customers will contact the SOC as a Service team for assistance and intelligence in dealing with threats or attacks on their infrastructure at OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. This will span the range of Cloudflare security products from Magic Transit Infrastructure Protection, DDoS mitigation and Network Firewall, to using the Web Application firewall (WAF), Spectrum, Bot Management and Rate Limiting to help customers.

Security Operations Center Analysts analyze threats, make detailed and informed suggestions for mitigation and may need to implement mitigation strategies directly on behalf of the customer. The team also provides attack reporting beyond Cloudflare’s self-service reports.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and investigate the alerts to identify attacks
  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks, suggest steps to mitigate, and apply the appropriate mitigation, when applicable
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve the products and tools
  • Extensive communications with customers via chat, email, and phone 
  • Review the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency. Create new tracking tickets for alerts that signal an incident and require review or escalation
  • Configure / Manage security monitoring rules and contribute to tool improvements
  • Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious
  • Participation in a weekend and holiday rotation required with main working hours 9 to 5 Pacific time 

Key skill sets

  • Strong understanding of the OSI model, TCP, UDP, BGP, QUIC
  • Advanced understanding of iptables
  • Analysis of traffic for attack anomaly detection and creation of mitigation rules
  • Experience in handling attack mitigation and thorough knowledge of various attacks (L3/4 and L7)
  • At least 2 years of technical support experience and customer support experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills with high-value customers 
  • Command line / Bash shell
  • Sysadmin skills (Linux/Mac/Windows) & Programming skills (Python, Ruby, PHP, C, C#, Java, Perl, Git etc.)
  • Security skills and certifications preferred: CISSP, GCIA GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, etc.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous DDoS mitigation for OSI layers 3,4, & 7, filter malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools like Magic Transit, Network Firewall, WAF, IP reputation lists, packet inspection, blacklisting, whitelisting, and/or rate limiting is a plus
