What you'll do:

  • Build a scalable data system in which Analysts and Engineers can self-service changes in an automated, tested, secure, and high-quality manner 
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data. Owning end to end data product from ingestion to visualization
  • Develop and implement data analytics models
  • Partner with product and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, to innovate, and to solve complex problems
  • Have a strong sense of ownership, responsible for architectural decision-making and striving for continuous improvement in technology and processes at CLEAR

 What you're great at:

  • 6+ years of data engineering experience
  • Working with cloud-based application development, and be fluent in at least a few of: 
    • Cloud services providers like AWS
    • Data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, Luigi, etc
    • Big data tools like Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, etc
    • Collaboration, integration, and deployment tools like Github, Argo, and Jenkins 
    • Data visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, etc
  • Articulating technical concepts to a mixed audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborating and mentoring less experienced members of the team

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is eager to make a significant impact. The impact you will make:

  • Partner with engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to all phases of algorithm development including: ideation, prototyping, design, and production
  • Build, iterate, productionize, and own Alt's valuation models

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable machine learning systems

      Overview

      • Help to create reliable, scalable, high performance software solutions deployed in a public cloud environment using the latest software, automations and testing tools available.
      • Work on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making software achieve its operational goals.

      You have

      • 6+ years of software development experience

        Overview:

        LivePerson is looking for a Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer for the GPT (Global Product & Technology) Division. You will be part of the LivePerson SRE team building and managing highly available, distributed systems.         You will: 

        • Ensure product high uptime and reliability 24x7.
        • Manage Linux servers in a multi-cloud environment
        • Manage high availability Kubernetes resources using Helm charts
        • Assist with deploying upgrades and patches using Puppet/Ansible/Chef/Helm
        • Monitoring and troubleshooting warnings and alerts related to the reporting platform’s performance
        • Develop monitoring resources and alerting systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, DataDog and PagerDuty
        • Coordinate with DBA and developers to manage SQL and NOSQL database systems, including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Postgres, MySQL and others
        • Managing message bus systems such as Kafka and Pulsar

        You have:

        • Minimum 3+ years of experience of managing cloud based production environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
        • Highly experienced working in the Linux environment, good scripting in Bash / Python.
        • Highly experienced working configuration management systems like Puppet, OpsCode Chef, Ansible, etc.
        • Strong experience in Terraform, CloudFormation or other IAC
        • Experienced in SQL, including DDL and complex queries
        • Experienced working in the Kubernetes platform
        • Experience working in a microservices architecture using a message bus
        • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines orchestrators like TeamCity, Jenkins, Gitlab.
        • Highly motivated and independent.
        • Team player and excellent interpersonal Skills.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
        • A strong background in cloud, network and application security and compliance
        • Experience with GPT or other LLMs a strong advantage

        What you'll do:

        • Work side by side with engineering and product resources to define security requirements for new features and services
        • Build threat models, testing plans, and validation strategies to ensure a high secure bar for the system
        • Review code, infrastructure, and architecture for common security flaws, as well as bespoke, business logic flaws
        • Perform and manage penetration tests of critical features
        • Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure, such as SAST and DAST scanning 
        • Bridge and facilitate communication between engineering teams and other parts of the Security organization

        What you're great at:

        • You understand how to analyze a system and look for potential threats at every stage of the SDLC. You have experience with system design reviews, threat modeling, and common vulnerabilities in Web and Mobile applications
        • You have worked with cloud-based architectures, especially those built on AWS and Kubernetes
        • You can write software beyond small scripts, and you are proficient in one (or more) of the following languages: Java, Javascript, Python
        • You are a strong communicator who can explain security concepts to a variety of audiences and levels, as well as work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
        • You are comfortable with high levels of autonomy and delivering on complex goals
