About the opportunity:

In this role, you are the evangelist for your product. You are obsessed with knowing your customers and gathering their feedback, thoughts, and inspirations. You have a relentless focus on execution, working with engineering to bring your product roadmap to fruition. You have a deep understanding of your product market, your competitors, the changing dynamics in your market, and you are passionate about working with marketing and sales to grow your customer base.

As a Product Manager, you will help set the vision for growth and execute against ambitious goals. You demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough experience. You are a deliberate, precise, and effective communicator. You ensure that all your stakeholders have a clear understanding of your product's capabilities, the business problems that are solved by your product, and the potential future solutions that your roadmap delivers. You are insatiably curious about your domain, you seek out input from your stakeholders and from unrelated disciplines to uncover ground-breaking innovations that you can apply to your products.

What you will do:

  • Build the product strategy for our custom Commerce Platform that supports all digital purchases of Oura Rings (on and off of our owned eCommerce site), and closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define and continually validate 
  • Define and execute multiple roadmap projects in-parallel, on-time and within budget. Build frontend and backend requirements for web tools and new systems that facilitate the sales and management of bulk orders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that delight customers and result in significant and measurable business impact. 
  • Successfully partner and lead cross-functional teammates across engineering, design, product management, and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of, and empathy for, Oura’s B2B customers across diverse sectors such as healthcare, the military, sports, and research.
  • Partner and manage multiple stakeholders across various lines of the business, including C-suite executives; synthesize competing priorities to develop clear lines of action that deliver the highest value for the company.
  • Determine how to best measure product goals and results. Ensure that the correct tracking and analytics are in place to track impact.
  • Help drive a culture of excellence while ensuring a positive and highly collaborative environment for all cross-functional teams

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy of your product area and contribute to the overall product strategy
  • Manage and prioritize the swarm’s roadmap to “move the needle” on our KPIs
  • Regularly talk to customers, users, developers and other stakeholders, collect their insights and turn them into solutions that provide real business value

About the Role:

Bloomreach is seeking a strong Staff Product Manager for our Product & Content Discovery team. This role will specifically focus on our market-leading, Search product which leverages the latest AI/ML technologies and powers some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world (e.g. Staples, Neiman Marcus, Puma). This Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing quantitative data, gathering competitive intel, understanding customer needs and using those data points to build features that add value to our customers and to our business.

What you'll do:

  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to determine new features in addition to building and working with engineering teams to come up with technical solutions to help solve customer problems.
  • Own optimization of both relevance and ranking for keyword and vector searches
  • Responsible for leveraging the latest Machine Learning algorithms, specifically in the area of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Explore different areas such as NLP for international languages, conversational AI, attribute extraction from images and 1:1 or segment-based user personalization.
  • Improve Bloomreach’s Semantic algorithms and deliver better Search Relevance and Ranking experiences.
  • Extract and analyze user behavior data from internal data warehouses, using SQL or other queries, to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Create easy to use APIs to give developers control to plug-in and test various algorithm modules to solve different use cases.

EquipmentShare is searching for an entry level Product Manager supporting our Enterprise Technology team out of the corporate office in Columbia, MO (or remote) to support our team as the department continues to grow.  EquipmentShare is searching for a Product Owner to manage the project portfolio and administrative functions of the Business Systems team. Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IT, People Systems and Financial System leadership as well as other stakeholders to ensure large scale inflight projects are on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing company goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire product/project development cycle from ideation to stabilization.
  • Lead and monitor sprint and sprint meetings.
  • Understanding and synthesizing the needs of our and Enterprise Technology customers.
  • Developing a shared product vision and strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Project Managers to ensure our portfolio of product roadmaps meets the needs of the business.
  • Create the business case and rationale for product investments.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of products/features.
  • Continuously improve the Product Owner team and function.
  • Advise subject matter experts to drive the best outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and launching software products from zero to one.
  • Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Experience developing presentations to management.

  • Product problem-solving skills: ideating, creating, and evaluating solutions to customer needs.

We are disrupting a $5B+ industry, previously controlled by legacy credit agencies, with a better product and intense customer focus. We handle hundreds of thousands of income and employment verifications every month, and continue to grow our market share in the mortgage lending and tenant screening markets.

As a Product Manager Lead at Truework, you’ll have the opportunity to build innovative experiences for consumers, employers, lenders and property managers in the Resident Screening space. This role reports directly to the CPO and involve leading the entire Resident Screening business motion. At Truework, Product Manager is a critical role that collaborates cross-functionally to grow revenue and market share. Our ideal Product Manager has led products from idea to launch in the B2B space. They can leverage their experience and creativity to push the bar of product excellence, and drive material impact on Truework’s business. While FinTech experience is preferred, it is not required.

  • Decision Making Expertise: You have frameworks for unblocking and moving teams and projects forward with ease 

What we’re looking for: 

  • You have at least 4 years of product management experiences at technology and/or FinTech companies (5+ years preferred)
  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have strong technical competence, can work closely with engineers to co-create solutions, and can help build and market a very technical solution
  • You have a desire to work directly with co founders and cross-functional teams to build new products and revenue opportunities  
  • You have experience working at a rapidly scaling tech company, or a rapidly growing product within a tech company
  • You are a self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand, believe in diverse perspectives, and solving customer pain points 
  • You have a demonstrable track record of proven success as a product leader

Cash Compensation:

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $198,000 - $212,000 for candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
