Overview: 

This candidate will join the Conversational Cloud Product team and be responsible for the Integrations Product Suite. This highly strategic area is the core of our Open Platform strategy, with millions of transactions happening daily. We must empower the best-of-class experiences. 

As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations Product Suite, you will lead the development and execution of our integration capabilities, making it easy and seamless for enterprise businesses to connect their internal systems to LivePerson and vice versa to power the best of the breed customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX Design, Sales, and Customer Success, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that enable brands to create memorable and impactful customer experiences.

 

You will: 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for brand experiences in Conversational AI, aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
  • Feature Prioritization: Define, review feature requests, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones, dependencies, and timelines for delivering new features and capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.
  • User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, working closely with Design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, understand pain points, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives and use data to iterate and optimize product performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Conversational AI and brand experiences, and share knowledge and insights with the broader team.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of messaging experiences across third-party channels prefers candidates who shipped products in this area.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap planning in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and pain points.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and solving complex problems to deliver impactful solutions.

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $ 150,000 to $170,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. Your role

As a product manager, you’ll plan and deliver a roadmap to:  

  • Build an engaging and best-in-class events product: build functionality that helps students discover, take part in and maximize their participation in events
  • Build enterprise toolkit: provide education partners and employers with a platform that helps them to drive outcomes, deepen connection points and fully capture the end-to-end engagement lifecycle
  • Drive marketplace value: identify the key areas of value creation across all 3 sides of the network, and align the education product and UX to maximize these

You’ll own the product development lifecycle end-to-end, including:

  • Product development process: Leading a high performing cross-functional team, partnering with engineering and design partners from research and roadmap planning to sprint-level delivery
  • Launch and adoption: Partner closely on go-to-market and implementation, working with marketing, sales and customer success. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. It’s never someone else’s problem. You’ll run beta programs and pilots to maximize learning and minimize code investment, getting close to the customer and the details through the process.
  • Cross-Handshake partnership: Work with stakeholders across the business to bring our partners along as we innovate quickly
  • Goals, metrics and tracking: Create a robust and clear thread of data from strategy through development through in-market iteration.

Your experience

  • Strong foundation in roadmap development and releasing products for complex, multifaceted marketplace businesses or SaaS platforms, ideally in SaaS or B2B2C marketplace like Handshake.
  • 6+ years partnering with engineering teams to ship code. Ideally in a many-stakeholder environment with dependencies and collaboration.
  • Extensive experience presenting both internally and externally including working with customers, users, and internal cross-functional partners and executives.
  • Focused on the customer. You’ve developed compelling products by diving deep into the world of the user, understanding their goals, motivations, words, and actions relating to the problems we solve. You listen and explore, and are able to guide research and customer conversations to yield truly applicable findings. You can separate the needs of the customer and the user and serve both parties.
  • You are confident using data, with judgment of its limitations and the minimum information needed to make decisions. You’ve partnered with analytics for complex investigations, while also pulling data yourself and setting up dashboards for ongoing tracking.
  • You’re confident in making complex tradeoffs and educating all stakeholders on those tradeoffs through the process. You can point to times where you haven’t shipped exactly what people have asked for, and yet created high satisfaction for the product.

You’ll be part of a close-knit cross-functional team of not just R&D but also Go-To-Market, including marketing operations, product marketing, sales, customer success and insights. Your role

You’ll own the lifecycle end-to-end for your product area, including:

  • Product Strategy. You’ll ensure that your squad has a cohesive and differentiated product strategy that ladders up into the Employer team and company strategy.
  • Product development: You’ll lead a high performing cross-functional squad, including engineering and design partners, from research and roadmap planning to delivery 
  • Launch and adoption: You’ll partner closely on go-to-market and implementation, working with marketing, sales and customer success. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. It’s never someone else’s problem. You’ll run beta programs and pilots to maximize learning and minimize code investment, getting close to the customer and the details through the process. 
  • Cross-Handshake partnership: You’ll work with stakeholders across Handshake’s largest team (the broader Employer team) and on other sides of the Handshake marketplace (EDUs and Student) to innovate quickly but deliberately
  • Goals, metrics and tracking: You’ll create a robust and clear thread of data from strategy through development through in-market iteration.

Your experience

  • 3+ years as a product manager partnering with engineering teams to ship code. Ideally in a many-stakeholder environment with dependencies and collaboration. 
  • Strong systems and analytical thinker.Can connect the dots, spot challenges and edge cases, integrate multiple considerations.
  • Working knowledge of data-driven applications including mapping, schemas, permissions that inform user interactions and downstream analytics.
  • User focused. You dive headfirst into understanding the needs of employers and build products grounded in data and research.

Bonus areas of expertise

  • Revenue-generating entrepreneurial experience 
  • Product management experience in both fast-growing consumer marketplaces and SaaS businesses with 100+ employees is a major plus.

  • $150,000 - $160,000

???? Hiring Ranges:

  • Tier 1: $172,800-$230,000
  • Tier 2: $155,500-$207,000

Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.

An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.

What You Will Do

As the Product Manager for the Platform Services team, you will play an important role in working on the Platform team that owns various business critical services. This team works closely with all of our product teams to deeply understand their and our customer needs. The team builds services including Groups, Billing, Slack integration, notification services, and more. The unifying theme is technology that is leveraged by multiple Lattice teams and has the potential to increase positive customer and business outcomes. You will own the product direction and strategy for this team working closely with the Engineering and Design team. In this role, you will also:

  • Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area and drive execution.
  • Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
  • Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization including with our Go-to-market partners
  • Synthesize internal and external customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
  • Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has experience and an interest in working on a platform and a combination of the following:

  • Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
  • Employee-focus: you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility. You enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $145,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
