This Role:

As Senior Product Manager, you will help execute on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all product lines. Your focus on shipping and improving Avochato's products will directly help scale revenue from new and existing customers. You'll create user stories, conduct user interviews, write detailed product requirements and specifications, manage development timelines, and prioritize product features. Avochato is looking for someone who thrives in working with both tactical and strategic aspects of product. This position requires high engagement and collaboration across the entire company and reports directly to the senior leadership. It’s a position where you’ll work cross-functionally to define and execute on Avochato’s technical roadmap while ensuring our engineering team is delivering excellent value to customers. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the product roadmap by collaborating daily with our engineering and design team
  • Monitoring and analyzing user behavior to prioritize feature requests and product improvements and enhancements
  • Translating customer needs into clear, well-defined product specifications that are laser clear to engineers
  • Communicating overall status, progress against success metrics and timelines, risks, and new market opportunities to senior management
  • Creating both internal and external product documentation so that everyone understands what the product does and why it matters
  • Managing successful product launches to ensure Customer Success and Sales teams are prepared to sell, support, and drive adoption of new and updated product capabilities  

What Makes You A Good Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management at a technology company
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail for developing clear product specifications
  • A strong understanding of how AI technology can be incorporated into communication product lines
  • Ownership in delivering a product experience from customer feedback to design to build to QA to post-launch analysis   
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts, managing trade-offs, incorporating feedback, and prioritizing feature development
  • Experience using an issue tracker similar to Monday, JIRA, Asana or Github to stay organized & communicate project timelines to every stakeholder
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and APIs such as Zapier are a plus
  • Strong time management skills to maximize team efficiency on the engineering team
  • Ability to quickly become an expert on how a product works

About the Role

As a Product Manager for Financial Systems at Stitch Fix, you will play a pivotal role within our Product and Technology team by shaping the product vision and roadmap for a diverse range of financial systems.   • Drive discovery and business case development for opportunities within financial systems platforms, including ERP, Supply Chain applications, Financial Reporting and Analytics, and Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Develop a clear product vision and secure alignment among cross-functional leadership for quarterly and annual product roadmaps. Define goals and success metrics for initiatives, develop and manage objectives and key results (OKRs), and guide cross-functional teams to achieve results.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and oversee the delivery of product experiences that drive business value and align with industry best practices.
  • Oversee the agile execution of the product roadmap, with a keen focus on prioritizing high-impact initiatives. In the face of evolving information, make informed trade-off decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with technical program management to succeed in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Advocate for decisions that prioritize long-term benefits, maintain a data-first mindset, and protect against compromising data structures for short-term gains.
  • Prioritize and deliver ongoing enhancements that address business needs and leverage ERP and Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Drive enterprise financial reporting and analytics solutions, aligning metrics, data, and processes across Finance, Accounting, and FP&A.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$198,000$212,000 USD

Weare seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Enapter Project Management Office in Pisa. The Enapter PMO Team is responsible for the following services:

  • Managing complex company projects from start to end which involve multiple teams, need remarkable resources and span from medium to long term lead time.
  • Managing Enapter standard products lifecycle, from their development to their end, being the responsible for the introduction into production of new parts and for problem solving activities.
  • Define new procedure of product and project management as well as improve the existing one to better organize the entire company

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and lifecycle management of our products within a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, testing, production and sales to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

  • Product Development: Lead the development of new products from conception to launch, including defining product requirements, cost effective solutions and collaborating with engineering and design teams to create innovative and competitive products.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to retirement, ensuring products are continuously improved and optimized to meet changing market demands and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, testing, production and sales, to align product development efforts with business goals and ensure timely delivery of products to market.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, priorities, and timelines for product development initiatives, and communicate updates to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Quality Assurance and Certification: Work closely with Quality and Certification teams to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting product testing and validation as needed.
  • Cost Management: Manage product costs, from its BOM to its transformation cost. Ensure all product’s changes have a positive business case to ensure competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through the Technical Service Team to gather feedback, understand their needs and pain points, and incorporate insights into product development and improvement efforts.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact product development or launch timelines, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans as needed.

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in product or project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies as well as proficiency in reading Technical Requirements and regulatory documents.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented mindset, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Confident knowledge of English, German is a plus.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competition, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
  • Experience managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps
  • Tech-savvy and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in working with UI/UX teams as well as writing use cases and creating wireframes
  • Experience managing end-to-end software product development and releases with a cross-functional software development team in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • Knowledge of analyzing and interpreting raw and processed data
  • Knowledge of effectively running and interpreting results of experiments. Familiarity with different testing techniques and experience with A/B testing is strongly valued

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 daysper week (or more depending on role). We’re looking for someone with:  

Education   

  • BA/BS degree from a leading undergraduate institution  

Experience   

  • 3 to 5 years Enterprise Software experience, with a foundational understanding of IT Operations and Security personas, workflows and priorities
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting IT operations, IT Security, IT service, and IT systems management products from a consulting or vendor point of view   
  • 3 to 5 years experience working with customers and internal research and engineering teams to understand use cases and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside UX and internal research teams to generate insights that communicate clearly and focus on actionable insights

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $285,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. What you’ll do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external stakeholders on Guardian and the features of Tanium’s Platform, benefits, and competitive differentiation.

We’re looking for someone with:  

Education   

  • BA/BS degree from a leading undergraduate institution  

Experience   

  • 3 to 5 years Enterprise Software experience, with a foundational understanding of IT Operations and Security personas, workflows and priorities
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting IT operations, IT Security, IT service, and IT systems management products from a consulting or vendor point of view   
  • 3 to 5 years experience working with customers and internal research and engineering teams to understand use cases and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside UX and internal research teams to generate insights that communicate clearly and focus on actionable insights
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience with IT operations and systems management products   
  • Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop and launch successful software products

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $285,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. Overview:

Role Overview

Harvest’s success has been driven by the product’s ease of use. As we expand and deepen the product offering, we’re looking for an individual to lead product design at the company to ensure that design and usability continue to be a core strength.

This role will report to the VP of Product and manage the three product designers on the team. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in leading high performing product design teams and building best-in-class product experiences. This will be a primarily leadership and management role, though there will be opportunities to contribute hands-on product design work initially as we continue to grow the team. 

The product design team is a creative, kind, and learning-focused group that trusts and works closely with our product management, engineering, insights, support, and marketing teams to craft product experiences that help our customers build their businesses. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage and coach the product design team, providing regular feedback on design work and development opportunities
  • Lead product design hiring as we continue to grow the team
  • Drive product design strategy, ensuring design direction is aligned with product vision and strategy
  • Improve product design processes around cross-team collaboration, research, and design feedback
  • Increase design capacity in the near-term through hands-on design contribution 
  • Manage and improve our design system and how it’s reflected in the product

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years experience managing and hiring designers
  • Experience building products across web and mobile with multiple end user personas, preferably in B2B SaaS 
  • Strong skill set across research, user experience, and UI design
  • Pragmatism in balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Best practices for operating in an agile and lean environment
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive base pay: The salary for this role is $215,000 USD. We aim to pay at the top of the market (informed by third-party data) for all roles

Responsibilities

  • Vision and Purpose
    • Foster a shared sense of purpose. Define, communicate, and iteratively refine a clear vision that is compelling to users, stakeholders, and the team
    • Establish clarity around the “why,” creating a shared sense of purpose at the sprint level so the team can self-organize around solving problems
  • Discovery
    • Develop an expert understanding of the product, domain, users, and business
    • Perform continuous product discovery leveraging UX research and design capabilities on the team to identify and prioritize what needs the team will meet in order to maximize value and outcome delivery
  • Communication
    • Convey high level intent in a way that fosters creative, cross-functional problem solving, and that supports team self-organization and team member self-management (i.e. user stories, story maps, etc.)
    • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders to empower informed decision-making
  • Agile Delivery
    • Drive product development using agile delivery best practices. Manage the product backlog and prioritize problems to be solved
    • Break down problems to be solved in ways that value can be delivered iteratively and incrementally. Lead the team to early validation of risky assumptions, and early and continuous delivery of value
  • Balance strategic and tactical Product Management responsibilities based on the needs of the team, stakeholders, and users
  • Establish a healthy, trust-based rapport with teammates and stakeholders
  • Collaboratively identify and work to understand stakeholder constraints. Develop solutions that address diverse and sometimes conflicting stakeholder needs
  • We expect the responsibilities of this position to shift and grow organically over time, in response to considerations such as the unique strengths and interests of the selected candidate and other team members and an evolving understanding of the delivery environment

Basic qualifications

  • Experience leveraging product discovery techniques that inform product vision, strategy, features, user stories, and prioritization
