      What We're Looking for:

      - You are fluent in English and have good communication skills.
      - You have at least 2 years experience in B2C software. Bonus points if you have experience in Fintech.
      - You have deep understanding on one of these three areas: Data, User Experience Design or Web Development.
      - You are resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
      - You are curious, especially about what drives people to behave in a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process.
      - You have the ability to articulate the "why" behind your product decisions clearly and leverage data to get buy in from other stakeholders.
      - You have shipped products to users and comprehend what makes a good product.
      - You have start-up experience; we are looking for people who can wear many hats, and understand the whole product and how its pieces interact.

      We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join our Fan team. You and your team will help define the future of all fan engagement products at Hudl. To succeed, you'll need initiative, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

      As a Group Product Manager, you’ll:

      • Own Hudl’s fan engagement roadmap. You’ll work with your leadership team to create a coherent product strategy and vision, connecting those to the wider company strategy. Our fan products include livestreaming, ticketing, advertising, and team engagement platforms. You’ll help determine what success looks like for your teams and products, and work across functions and departments to achieve that success.  
      • Lead continuous improvement. You’ll help improve delivery capability and enable the team to scale across a broad surface area.
      • Foster transformation. You’ll strive for a better collaboration between business units, challenging the status quo when necessary. You’ll lead Engineering and Design in making decisions that balance cost, timeline and customer benefit. You’ll also work with Marketing to develop and support go-to-market plans.

      Compensation

      • A passion for working with developers, learning about new technologies, and evangelizing exciting developer tools.

      About the Opportunity

      • Account for the customer’s voice when making changes or improvements to the product. Consider customer needs by reviewing customer existing data in Power BI, Salesforce, and Pendo.       • Work closely with project managers and dev managers on your teams to create sprint plans and manage the team workloads.
      • Be able to write clear and detailed product initiatives, feature/Epics, story’s, design requests and bug tickets within Jira for developers, product designers, QA/QE team members.
        • The Product Manager works closely with design and developers with ideas of what is needed by customers, to provide clear direction.
      • Attend or lead meetings and refinement/grooming sessions for product feature stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on upcoming or current product changes.
      • Participate in ideation and discovery sessions for product initiatives and features.
        • Product Design, Product Research, Product Marketing and Product Managers drive these sessions.
      • Review and include NPS, customer feedback via Pendo, customer escalations, partner suggestions into your dev team’s backlogs.
      • Identify and communicate potential issues with priorities or sprints to product leadership.
      • Collaborate and communicate with other product managers at Nextiva to ensure everyone is aware of your dev teams’ efforts and how it may affect the work of other teams. Facilitate guild meetings to accomplish this.
      • Keep the Product marketing team in the loop on product releases. You will work closely with them on market research, product positioning and customer communication.
      • Work closely with Customer support; help write how to articles and run book creation.
      • Support internal and external training efforts
      • Be a self-starter; this role will often be self-directed, requiring an individual with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn new skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

      Qualifications:

      • 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Manager or Project Manager role at a technology company.
      • Bachelor's degree.

      About this team and role:

      Firefox’s Product Management team is looking for an experienced Senior Staff ML Product Manager to shape and lead our vision for delivering high-quality and relevant experiences to our users. In this role, you will drive the design and integration of new recommendation systems into high-visibility surfaces like the Firefox home page and work cross-functionally to identify and build features for existing products as well as define new product strategies.  

      As a Senior Staff ML Product Manager for the Firefox New Tab team, you will contribute to shaping the vision for delivering more relevant and personalized content and experiences to our users in line with Mozilla values. Our objective is to power our product experiences with modern ML to delight our customers while establishing best practices for data stewardship and privacy on the internet.  You will have ownership of the recommender systems we deploy into production and our MLOps. You will work with a team of Applied ML Engineers with the support of Content, User Research, Analytics, Design, Platform and others. You’ll partner with PMs who own product surface experiences to ensure that they are building for ML-driven products. You’ll chart a path for Firefox to personalize our content recommendations and experiences in line with our values and mission, as well as our user growth and business priorities.

      We are a fully remote organization. Your development team is mainly based in PST, but you do not have to be. We work in collaborative teams, using agile methodologies and have an interactive culture of experimentation and learning.

      What you’ll do:

      • Use your strategic insights, ML knowledge and experience to create, maintain and evangelize the roadmap for your area.
      • Build a comprehensive understanding of user problems and guide our engineering team in prioritizing and developing principled ML solutions. 
      • Work with other PMs to define an exciting and industry-leading ML strategy.
      • Collaborate with other Product Managers and XFN team members to deliver your strategy.
      • Partner with product teams across the company to integrate ML models and experiences in other product surfaces.
      • Establish clear success metrics and measuring outcomes to track the effectiveness of your initiatives.
      • Communicate with stakeholders and teams from across the organization to develop and maintain the product roadmap.
      • Use agile practices, including augmenting, refining and prioritizing backlogs and verifying sprint deliverables.
      • Evolve and build an impactful product culture, directly contributing to our product management best practices.

      What you’ll bring:

      We think you’ll be a particularly good fit if you’re excited by machine learning and are passionate about responsibly building user-centered solutions. You’re a self-starter who is motivated by seeing the fruits of your ML-labor in production. You wouldn’t be adverse to the team publishing an industry paper or two after you’ve shipped.

      • 8+ years of experience as a product manager of digital products
      • 2+ years of experience delivering products in one or more of the following areas:
        • A heavy ML modeling component
        • ML-first user experience
        • ML-Platform
        • MLOps
      • Strong analytical ability, both numerical and generally - you can process lots of information and prioritize / analyze it to advise product development.
      • Excellent communication, execution, and leadership skills.
      • An understanding of ML development best practices.
      • Appreciation for user privacy, particularly around personalization.
      • A passion for building ML-powered products with exemplary user experience.
      • Understanding of sophisticated data management problems, and related machine learning techniques.
      • Comfort driving complex projects from start-to-finish, with multiple partners from diverse subject areas.  Experience integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
      • Technical know-how combined with an inherent appreciation of good user experience.

      As a Manager of Product Analytics you and your team will shape the customer experience through high quality experimental design and hypothesis testing. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, and marketing managers in a fast paced collaborative environment.       You Will:

      • Build best-in-class customer experiences by testing into sticky product experiences
      • Build business-facing dashboards and do in-depth analyses that state both the statistical significance and the business impact of an experiment
      • Work with your team to define and curate the experimentation roadmap for the product and growth teams
