We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who will partner with our software and product team. You will be a highly visible leader that will own the communication, coordination, and execution of our software programs. We work on frontend features that delight Bevi drinkers to backend systems that streamline management of our thousands of machines and provide business intelligence to our own field team and channel partners alike. Responsibilities:

  • Work across the software development team, product team and other internal groups to plan, execute, test, and release software on time and with high quality
  • Handle interdependencies between teams and identify and manage requirements and opportunities as well as software delivery risks
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented and make sure documentation gets updated when needed
  • Work with the Chief Architect to ensure the best decisions and trade offs are made
  • Coordinate and synchronize various software products to make the biggest impact on customers and Bevi alike
  • Channel our smart and energetic Software team in the right direction and amplify the fun and energy
  • Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our product and its developers

  • 4+ years experience in a technical program management role

The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Implementations Program Manager reporting to the GM, Tech Partnerships.

As Senior Implementations Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes (technical, commercial, and operational) and building the end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners.

What will you be doing

  • Directly support the General Manager in building and growing Remote Embedded product, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop and project manage Remote Embedded partners’ implementation timeline, and operational work streams (in close collaboration with the Partners’ teams)
  • Lead the planning, tracking and completion of all project tasks throughout the partner onboarding and implementation process — including but not limited to:
    • Develop and oversee the project schedule and lead regular meetings with operational leads to build workflows not supported by integration
    • Document, coordinate and monitor progress of partner, including ensuring all requirements are met
    • Coordinate internal resources as required across various departments including Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience and Operations, to drive Embedded partner success
    • Work closely with the Product, Operations, and other teams to understand and communicate the timing of deliverables necessary to keep partners unblocked and drive project to release on time with high quality
    • Help partner sales, support, and customer success teams understand product features and benefits
    • Communicate project plan, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using relevant reporting tools and dashboards; create visibility on status of all open issues, action items, dependencies, and timelines for deliverables
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the partner during the implementation phase, ensuring questions are directed to and addressed by the appropriate internal teams efficiently
  • Identify and understand project risks, coordinate with respective teams as applicable to mitigate and resolve
  • Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve partner and customer satisfaction, meet revenue targets, and scale team operations (in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Experience and Operations)
  • Contribute to the development of integration best practices, training materials and Remote’s internal and external collateral
    • Work with GM, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to package implementation best practices and integrate these in partner value prop for future partners
    • Develop clear and accurate implementation guide covering technical, GTM, and operational implementation (in collaboration with Partner Solution Architect)
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system that organizes partner interactions, including FAQs, workflows, dependencies, and blockers
    • Work with other teams to populate the partner knowledge base and partner portal

What you bring

  • Experience in project management / implementations / professional services in the HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry
  • A proven track record in managing long-term relationships with partners / customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • The capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and cooperative environment
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand complex issues, analyze root causes and solution options, and synthesize conclusions, and to communicate these effectively to partners and internal teams

The base salary range for this full-time position is $53,600 USD - $120,600 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

  • Tactical execution experience – CTV/video, native, geotargeting, prospecting vs remarketing, PMP executions, streaming audio, SSP direct deals

THE ROLE

As an Accessibility Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will be responsible for supporting our growing accessibility program by coordinating Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) end to end. This will span internal and external teams and have multiple stakeholders across functions from beginning to end including: preparing for audits, coordinating remediation, supporting our district sales partners and writing supporting documentation for our district customers. You will:

  • Manage third party vendor relationships in the accessibility space, coordinating and documenting features for audit, communicating results back to product teams

  • Design and implement processes based on project management best practices that enable cross-team collaboration and solve for program success
  • Partner with our district success team to be able to answer key accessibility questions, facilitate feedback from them and provide recommendations to them
  • Keep team focussed on success metrics throughout program delivery, balancing business needs and technical constraints
  • Build bridges and create operating mechanisms across other functions in the organization to support accessibility, including internationally

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience working on Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR) using VPAT and understanding the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Experience delivering, and advocating for accessible experiences that center the needs of users with disabilities
  • Experience working with accessibility in math education is a plus
  • 5+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience on complex web applications.

About the Role

The Program Manager will coordinate business, product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives, so that SonderMind teams can iterate quickly against our product roadmap, delighting our customers, and ensuring our executive team can communicate progress and value efficiently to our Board of Directors and investors.

You will coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of key roadmap objectives, always focused on creating feedback loops and removing impediments. Essential Functions 

  • Organize, manage, and communicate status of cross-functional Technology projects across multiple value streams. This includes areas such as AI, service integrations, enterprise services, and therapy client/provider lifecycle.
  • Utilize Initiative Lifecycle to ensure programs are moving efficiently from discovery to delivery. Coordinate and escalate any risks or blockers.
  • Lead quarterly and continuous planning discussions with product, engineering and business leaders, including periodic business reviews and monthly steering meetings. 
  • Ensure alignment to and progress is tracked against the Tech Product Roadmap and OKRs.
  • Program-level risk identification, escalation and management.
  • Cross-program coordination with other program managers to identify streamline operational processes for the Technology department, and address gaps and concerns within the project teams and development teams.
  • Ensure that stakeholder teams are operationally ready for test and production releases.
  • Be a leader in change management as SonderMind grows.

Overview:

In this role, you will be part of a group of elite Technical Program Managers driving programs across LivePerson’s Global Product and Tech Unit.  You will be responsible for setting a high bar throughout the Product software development and deployment lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, and operations. You will collaborate closely with the senior management, product managers, software developers, as well as numerous internal and external partners and stakeholders. The right candidate is self-directed, capable of working independently leading a large team of people in ambiguous environments to define deliverables, shape outcomes, and lead teams toward successful results. The candidate must be able to thrive in a flat, fast-moving environment that relies on lightweight processes to deliver a huge impact.

You will have end to end ownership - from defining the strategy, working with engineering to build the solution, and measuring metrics to monitoring progress across multiple LivePerson product and technology teams. You will provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your programs on a regular cadence.

You will: 

In this role you willengage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and deliver high level:

  • Manage a large-scale program for critical business initiatives (5-10+ vertical tracks, 3rd party vendors).
  • Interact with internal, external and executive stakeholders often requiring political sensitivity.
  • Projects consisting of multiple new technologies with many tiers and may require large scale organizational changes (e.g. site redesigns or migrations to new platforms)
  • Responsible for creating and consolidating program timeline and communicating overall program health in a way that all levels of the organization can consume.
  • Responsible for ensuring each vertical team understands the overall project objectives and timeline, and how their deliverables impact the overall program.
  • Presents issues and risks formally to leadership and vertical tracks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders to program issues and drive mitigation plans.
  • Creates and leads new and/or modified PMO processes and provides solutions to complex pain points within the organization. Challenges organizational processes that do not contribute to value delivery, and illustrates better process alternatives.
  • Evangelizes the principals and business value of those practices throughout the organization.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
  • Establish and implement processes which foster team collaboration, the exchange of diverse ideas and transparency at the organizational level.
  • Track service levels (SLA) and schedule adherence, and ensure the individual stakeholder teams meet and exceed their performance targets.
  • Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines
  • Work together with cross regional teams in the US, Germany, Israel, Poland and Ukraine to coordinate and deliver engineering products.
  • Coordinate product deployments and releases management cycles, working with the field, CSMs, account teams and brands in all 3 regions (EMEA, NA and APAC)

You have:

  • Master/Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management leading cross-team programs
  • 7+ years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
  • Experience with distributed system applications 
  • Having knowledge on the Generative AI, Large language models and AI space would be an added advantage to this role.
  • Being customer-obsessed 
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Last but not least, be somebody who enjoys working with multiple teams and multiple stakeholders, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making software achieve its operational goals.

The Role:

Join Celonis Engineering and play a key role as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Germany (Munich or remote). As a Senior TPM you are driving cross-functional programs by closely working together with Engineering, Product, Design, QA (and beyond) to drive execution velocity and help balance, drive, keep control, and track cross-functional programs;  streamline cross-team dependencies while making sure that the overall delivery remains smooth and efficient.


The work you’ll do:

  • Lead multidisciplinary cross-functional engineering programs in the area of OCDM, Data Pipeline, AI/ML or Process Mining. 
  • Break down the programs into projects and coordinate across functional areas in order to deliver on the program deliverables
  • Leverage technical acumen to understand and contribute to Engineering Design Documents (especially with a focus on dependencies) and understand and translate (if applicable) the PRDs into engineering working packages
  • Present and advocate complex business and technical concepts with Engineering Leadership and Executive Management 
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups and to different stakeholders
  • Manage risk, communication & monitor, project schedule, review project progress and timelines; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
  • Propose the best course of action and optimal solutions for the target architecture
  • Program Management across its entire lifecycle 
  • Management of technical discussions and strategic decision-making


The qualifications you need:

  • Experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience & skillset
  • Experience with Process Mining, Database technologies, SQL, data pipeline, AI/ML is a bonus
  • Experience facilitating decision-making by identifying key stakeholders & surfacing the required information to make critical decisions
  • You can clearly & accurately communicate (English is a must!) program status, issues, dependencies & risks to leadership & other program stakeholders beyond Product & Engineering
  • You can explain your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
  • You have excellent problem-solving ability & value teamwork & multitasking
  • You can find practical & simple solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-sufficient & able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with web technologies and data analytics is a plus
