As the Vice President, Analytics, you will lead a team consisting of data scientists, engineers, analysts, and marketing technology specialists that specialize in turning data into actionable insight. You will report to a SVP, Analytics.

As the senior-most contact for analytics on your client(s), you will partner with the media and account leads to set strategy, develop measurement frameworks, create a learning agenda, provide thought leadership, and deliver ongoing guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration is at the core of our business success and the Vice President, Analytics will need to create a tightknit and dynamic relationship with our clients and the Media and Account teams, in addition to building an Analytics team across Data Science, Engineering, MarTech, and Data Visualization/Reporting.

  • You will lead agency development efforts for analytics, including new and organic business pitches
  • You will manage the analytics business for a portfolio of clients
  • You will lead the integration of all analytics disciplines in service of client outcomes
  • Be a senior-most contact for analytics, adapting to our challenges with agility and direction
  • Partner with media & account leads to develop learning agenda, analytics deliverable schedule, measurement frameworks, expertise, and ad hoc deliverables if necessary
  • Advise client on how best to apply econometric modeling or statistical testing of their media directly to their media planning & business efforts
  • Steward development and ongoing management of our unified data infrastructure, directing engineers to deploy data sources and architecture that can be used to answer ongoing and ad hoc client questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required in Statistics, Economics or related a quantitative field
  • Experience: 12+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience is preferred
  • Media Expert: Has understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • MarTech Knowledge: Shows understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance across mobile, social, & tablet and their advantages/limitations
  • Project Management: Experience in a Product Management role or Scrum/Agile frameworks a plus
  • Data Storyteller: Experience with Data Visualization software and dashboard building (e.g., Tableau)
  • Tidy Data & Databases: Expertise in relational databases and a requisite programming language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python) to work with them and lead the training of junior employees
  • The Basics: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is required
  • Statistics & Math: Working knowledge of machine learning, statistical testing, & regression modeling
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, media mix modeling, measurement frameworks, Key Performance Indicator discovery, tracking implementation

  Leadthe Monetization Infrastructure engineering team in our Poland site, reporting to the Platform Engineering VP.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 Managed engineering teams in SaaS product companies - Team/Tech lead experience is sufficient

  Hands-on: understand and be able to contribute to system designs. Past background as a full-stack staff engineer, or architect with a track record of releasing widely adopted solutions.

 Pastbackground in Python (mandatory) and Java (desirable).

  Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and infrastructure as code concepts is highly desirable.

Purpose of the role
 
The QA Specialist III / IV  will provide QA support for Quality Operations. Working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment with a broad scope of responsibilities, the candidate will be able to bring many different skills to the job, with a focus on QA activities. The position requires diverse skill sets and will provide the opportunity to challenge an individual’s abilities to carry out the assigned responsibilities. In addition, the position requires the candidate to possess strong document and quality risk assessment management experience, in a GxP environment. 
 
Position Responsibilities 
  • Support the reporting of Quality metrics on a monthly, and quarterly basis in support of Management reviews and KPI 
  • Support various quality risk management frameworks 
  • Perform batch record review and product dispositions in support of clinical trials, registration, validation, and commercial product distribution  
  • Evaluate compliance of completed manufacturing records (batch records, COC/ COA, and any related data as applicable) from CMO as necessary to ensure that they are accurate and complete
  • Maintain Continued Process Verification data collection in real-time at batch release 
  • Review all the supporting documents regarding Quality System documentation including deviations, OOS, product complaints, CAPAs, and document /change controls-related processes
  • Evaluate document changes for compliance requirements (SOPs, Master Batch records, etc.) 
  • Support the analysis and reporting of product and process quality trends, and quality system performance against internal and external guidelines, standards, and regulations
  • Support QA CMO oversight activities to ensure required quality standards are maintained
  • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs on any manufacturing process changes that may impact regulatory filings
  • Collaborate with CMC to continually improve compliance with quality systems, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements and to resolve minor and major deviations
  • Support Product complaint-handling activities. 
  • Support the Annual Product Quality Report preparation
  • Support cGMP compliance audits of GMP suppliers’ quality systems
  • Support and conduct training for employees, as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time-based on company needs 
Position Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of combined GxP experience in drug substance and drug product manufacturing process development, commercial manufacturing, analytical development, and/or quality control experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting as a Quality person in the plant (QA PIP)
  • Working knowledge and/or understanding of quality risk assessment management principles 
  • Extensive knowledge of GMP regulations and guidance (such as US, EU, and ICH)
  • Extensive experience with Quality Assurance systems and processes
  • Effective organization and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Strong technical writing skills

Location

The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $116,393 - $142,259. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.

About This Role

The iRhythm Software Quality Assurance team is looking for a Software QA Engineer I with Cardiac/Holter technician experience to work with software engineering and systems teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to support the development and testing of arrhythmia detection algorithms and software applications that are used to deliver iRhythm’s world-class ECG analysis services. As the SQA Engineer I, you will work closely with our software development team to test and appropriately document results in support of timely software releases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop software verification test protocols, test plans, trace matrix and document test results consistent with functional, customer and internal compliance requirements.
  • Review user, system and software requirements and design documentations to ensure technical accuracy and testability; act as a quality advocate throughout the development cycle focusing on end-user (internal, external, patient) needs.
  • Evaluate updates to clinical tools and components to determine impact to internal (ECG/EKG data consumers) and external end user needs.
  • Provide cross-functional support for new products &/or software component releases, including preparation of FDA submissions.
  • Analyze test and production failures to establish repeatability and to analyze the root cause of issue. Work closely with development team to establish regression test scope based on impact and/or risk.
  • Work closely with Dev, Product, TPM, and QE partners in scrum teams following agile methodology, participate in stand-ups, report status in project meetings.
  • Support DHF activities and help with phase deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with at least 2 years of software testing experience.
  • Experience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other specialty requiring ECG interpretation. Ability to read and process ECG/EKG records.
  • Previous experience testing medical devices and the related verification, validation, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and communicate and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in presentation of methods and observations. Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools, applications, concepts, and technologies.

About this role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs aimed at driving member activations and utilization of our app and services. To ensure sufficient overlap with functional and cross-functional team members globally, some flexibility with this role's regular work schedule will be required. Most of our teams have overlap with early morning and/or early evening PST. Specific scheduling needs for this role will be discussed in the initial interview.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks (i.e. TypeScript/JavaScript/Python) 
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate software solutions into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
  • Investigate and debug test failures, providing detailed reports and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues promptly
  • Work with the Test Architect to design and implement the Automation framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and manual test engineers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software

  • Participate in agile ceremonies like scrum meetings, sprint planning, and project retrospectives, and provide feedback
  • Execute end-to-end test scenarios manually as needed

What you bring to the table:

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or in a similar role 
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PlayWright, TestComplete, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, Cucumber, etc. 
  • Must have eCommerce retail experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and collaboration skills 
  • Experience in performance testing and security testing
  • Accustomed to Agile Development 

Location and Travel: At Balsam Brands, we believe that time spent together, in-person, collaborating and building relationships is important. To be considered for this role, it is preferred that candidates live within the Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey metropolitan areas in order to attend occasional team meetings, offsites, or learning and development opportunities that will be planned in a centralized location. Travel to the U.S. may be required for companywide and broader team retreats.

About the opportunity

Join our Central Technology Team as Software Engineering Manager anywhere inNZ to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every code line we write, every interface we design and every conversation we have, is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into VP of Software Engineering, you will help us lead a C# team, building and maintaining Xplor’s billing and settlement platforms. These platforms are part of a global full stack payment processing platform supporting integrators, partners, and merchants. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, partnering with Product Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and other teams to deliver and support required functionality across our payment platform. Some of the other responsibilities include:

Technical: 

  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code based on standards and best practices.  
  •  Refactor existing code, write unit tests, and review other team members’ code.  
  • Contribute to performance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting analysis of software.  
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed APIs.  
  • Estimate, plan and implement new features in collaboration with product and design.  

Leadership: 

  • Oversee a team of 3-5 software developers and 1-2 QA engineers.  
  • Collaborate with other development teams around the world to build a global, full-stack payment processing platform.  
  • Provide people leadership to the team, including goal setting and performance reviews, coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage the on-call rotation for your team, ensuring that it’s fair, effective, and sustainable.
  • Manage a flexible work schedule to accommodate meetings that may occur outside normal business hours for the region, while protecting healthy work-life balance.  

Location: In this position, you can work from home 100% from anywhere in New Zealand, provided you have full working rights. 

About our Central Technology team

At Xplor, we have many different products and technologies. We have evolved from a bunch of start-ups to a single company with over 700 Xplorers who work in our CT team as one team across the world. You can find everything from super modern to older languages. We continue to iterate on our processes and technologies to find common ground between the different projects and product we have.

With this, we rely heavily on our engineers to be dynamic. Xplor is not the company (yet) where you’ll always have well-defined requirements and rigid processes. Our Engineers have a lot of input into the process and requirements. However, there can be challenges and ambiguity you as an Engineer have to overcome – and we know that’s not for everyone. The positive side of this is that you get to have a lot of say and ownership in the product and the process.

  • Senior/Lead level of experience using C#, SQL Server and  developing secure, RESTful APIs
  • Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and Angular
  • Working knowledge of agile software development life-cycles.
  • Have a keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. 
  • Experience with distributed, event-driven system architecture. 
  • Ability to apply your knowledge and experience to system design, while aligning with the architectural vision and direction set by upper management. 
  • Professional and articulate communications skills. 
  • Prior experience leading a small team, where you manage others while also contributing to the work, is strongly preferred. 
  • You’re a true team player who helps your teammates when needed, not just within the scrum team, but across the organization. 

Desired Qualifications:

  •  Familiarity with major payment schemes (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) and/or point-of-sale equipment is a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure

This is a part-time role expected at five hours/month reporting into our SVP, Business & Clinical Operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Attend and participate in Parsley’s Quality and Risk monthly meeting 
  • Ensure PCs are following appropriate Parsley Health Inc policies
  • Ensure PCs are following PC policies
  • Serve as liaison between Parsley Health Inc and PCs
  • Ensure care delivery is meeting the contractual obligations of Parsley Health Inc 
  • Provide guidance, be the subject matter expert, and ensure the all entities are following the Corporate Practice of Medicine 
  • Own the NJ, FL (foreign qualified to 47 states), KS, and NV PCs
  • Review and sign documents as necessary (offer letters, enterprise contracts)  
  • Manage Corporate Practice of Medicine expertise and clinician agreements
  • Attend and present at executive meetings as requested regarding Medical Group direction and policy
  • Assist with hiring outside consultants to audit current processes and guide toward improved QA&C

What you’ll need:

  • Active MD license in all 50 states + D.C.
  • Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) experience
  • Corporate structure ownership experience for all 50 states
