About the Job

The salary range for this position is $273,915 to $307,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic quality management system processes that support the company’s business plan. 
  • Responsible for development of key high-level processes to ensure products meet expected quality criteria in line with appropriate regulatory standards. 
  • Develop and execute a robust quality assurance strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. 
  • Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to assess project and team performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage multiple QA managers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective team management and alignment with quality objectives. 
  • Establish and rigorously enforce quality standards, processes, and methodologies across all phases of software development. 
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring products meet necessary standards and certifications. 
  • Develop and execute crisis management plans to address critical quality issues while minimizing disruptions to project timelines. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction pertaining to product quality, actively driving improvements when necessary. 
  • Drive the multiple initiatives in implementation of cutting-edge automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency, increase test coverage, and reduce manual efforts. 
  • Identify potential quality risks and proactively develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans, preventing issues before they impact project timelines. 
  • Deliver clear and transparent communication on the status of QA efforts, risks, and recommendations to leadership. 
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Forecasting and demand planning across all channels, managing opening hours and SLA targets, as well as recommend strategies to achieve 24/7 support coverage 
  • Overseeing the workforce management (WFM) planning of  both our inhouse & outsource Teams Schedule, managing a Scheduling & QA Executive to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time. 
  • Managing the outsourced operation and performance on KPIs (SLAs, average handling time, workload %). Support the Scheduling & QA Executive in training and continuing to upskill outsourced team 
  • Own the reporting of operations and experience metrics, and effectively communicate results to HOC & key stakeholders. Develop user-friendly dashboards that are accessible to the right audiences (i.e. Product, Management, Logistics).
  • Act as a Project Manager - proactively identify processes to improve daily operational efficiency, research tools & processes, and lead implementation (including as the stakeholder for cross-functional projects).
  • Continuously assess suitability and pricing of tooling, to ensure we are maximising our technology resources
  • Experience overseeing workforce planning operations for both internal and outsourced teams 
  • Significant experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Workforce Management tools. (e.g. Kustomer, Dixa, Aircall, Surfboard)
  • Effective at data analysis, forecasting and modelling across pricing, productivity and performance metrics.
  • Experience devising and delivering high quality learning sessions with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience with BI/data-modelling software is highly desirable. (e.g. Looker ML, Tableau, Power-BI).

Qualifications

  • Significant experience of at least 3+ years with scripting
  • Azure Cloud (overall should possess at least 3+ years of experience). Strong knowledge in Azure Devops 
  • Experience in Github
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working Knowledge of Access
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server/SSIS

As an Intermediate Embedded Engineer, you will be responsible for helping develop the software that powers our hardware products. These devices run on a multitude of platforms from small, battery operated microcontrollers to full-blown multicore embedded Linux systems. 

The embedded team is in a unique position as we own a wide breadth of the technologies that get built into our devices making each day a unique challenge. You may be working on portions of the low-level software/hardware interactions, but equally important is the development of the user applications that run on device.  Everything from network protocols, to control algorithms to building enticing graphic UI’s. 

The embedded team is also responsible for developing the test fixtures used to validate the functionality of each device manufactured. These devices are truly products on their own and no less complex considering the hardware and software systems they must interface with.

Aside from the in-house technologies, the embedded team is often also responsible for integrating third-party services. For example, we developed the device software stack that allowed us to become one of the first Apple HomeKit accessories on the market as well as more recently one of the first third parties to integrate Amazon Voice Services for Alexa functionality built right into a thermostat.  

To accomplish all of this, at any given time you may be working closely with developers from other teams as well as our QA, Product Management, Manufacturing, Hardware teams and third-party tech companies on integrations.

Do you have a background in Quality Assurance with collaborative working abilities? We at Future are looking for someone with experience with Quality Assurance to join our team. 

As a Quality Assurance Assistant under the magazine subscriptions brand, you will ensure a top tier and consistent service is provided to our customers while delivering QA objectives for the customer service and operations department. 

You'll be supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of business-critical objectives as part of a supportive and dynamic team. You will be required to support managers in improving QA approaches and procedures. Providing input to sampling plans to help address areas of risk, using insight gained from discussing observations with front line teams. You'll be conducting clear, fair and accurate reviews before submitting accurate and concise records.

As a Quality Assurance Assistant you will ensure a satisfactory and consistent service is provided to business partners and customers through quality monitoring work against company processes and procedures all while ensuring the knowledge of the relevant teams within the department is maintained.

The Coder+ Quality Assurance Specialist will be accountable for executing the quality assurance program related to CODER+ services provided by Privia Health. The QA Specialist will serve as an integral member of the CODER+ program team, responsible for partnering with vendor partners and internal coders to ensure high quality coding is being performed and that proper feedback is being given. This position will spend the majority of the time reviewing coders, educating coders, and working on various projects that involve coding and education. The ideal candidate will draw on existing expertise in primary care and specialty medical coding, billing and compliance with government and commercial payers and act as a coding resource within the team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform Evaluation and Management coding, procedure, ICD-10 and HCPC quality reviews as well as other projects related to physician coding. Job Requirements:

  • Apply appropriate coding classification standards and guidelines to medical record documentation for accurate coding
  • Perform quality assessments of records, including verification of medical record documentation (electronic and handwritten)
  • Perform quality assessments of coders completed work to validate standards are met
  • Research and answer coding and coding workflow related questions for providers and clinic staff
  • Meet with providers and clinic staff as needed
  • Educate coders and other staff on appropriate coding guidelines
  • Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of processes and procedures for each assigned client
  • Collaborate with internal Privia+ and Privia teams
  • Collaborate with vendor partners

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of provider medical coding experience across medical and surgical specialties
  • 3+ years experience in coding audit or quality review work
  • AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
  • CPMA preferred 
  • Athena EMR experience preferred 
  • Experience working in a physician practice setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers (APP), practice staff, health plan/other external parties and Privia multidisciplinary team
  • Extensive knowledge of official coding conventions and rules established by the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for assignment of diagnostic and procedural codes.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Job Description

Core:

  • Propose, implement, own tasks and features in a timely fashion.
  • Provide regular updates to the production.
  • Collaborating with PCF Framework to integrate and develop shared components, and augment stability/features of shared modules.
  • Consider the performance of the work that you do.
  • Breakdown your own tasks, update your progress, ask questions and raise issues to relevant stakeholders as well as proposing solutions when needed.
  • Work closely with Principal and project Architect to implement high quality features and code, proactively identify and address risk with the team.
  • Proactively participate in code reviews to share knowledge and learn from other team members..
  • Occasionally support Lead in recruitment projects with HR collaboration.
  • Stay informed of best practices and technical solutions used at the company.
  • Work with QA teams to define testing requirements for new and existing features.

Engine:

  • Design, implement and maintain new low-level systems and overall architecture.
  • Creating performance and memory optimization tools and features.
  • Test existing systems and propose new systems and features.
  • Test, debug, profile, optimize and document implementations.
  • Assessing and accepting systems from other code teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent primary programming language skills (C++).
  • Good knowledge of Source Control and Code Review tools (Swarm, Perforce, Git, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Project Management Software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Good Unreal Engine knowledge 
  • Excellent math and/or physics skills.
  • Ability to write solid, reliable, efficient code.
  • Experience with multiple core systems, such as graphics, tools, audio, networking, memory handling, scripting, etc.
  • Good mentoring skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
