About The Team

About the Job

Life360 is seeking a highly motivated Inventory Analyst. As an Inventory Analyst at Life360, you will play a critical role in supporting our Devices Order Fulfillment Operations Team in the US, Asia and EMEA.  The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively to cross-functional teams, and is willing to take complete ownership and go above and beyond to complete the task.  This role requires attention to details in a fast-paced environment.  The individual needs to feel comfortable in solving complex issues and proactively ask questions. The role is fully remote but will require hours working with different sites globally.

The US-based salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform monthly goods and WIP inventory reconciliations, adjustments and warehouse audits.
  • Responsible for monitoring daily inventory transactions; goods receipts, transfers and outgoing shipments to customers.
  • Lead efforts to review monthly and quarterly KPIs.  Provide reports and metrics to measure successful warehouse operations.
  • Research inventory shortages and inconsistencies with 3PL warehouse sites, review non-conforming receipts and chargebacks.
  • Ability to deliver high quality project deliverables on time and with high level of attention to detail.
  • Reconcile and provide disposition to RMA stock and converting to warranty units.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best industry practices regarding inventory management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either supply chain, operations and/or advanced in ERP and/or knowledge of EDI is preferred.
  • 5 plus years’ experience with inventory management or working with offsite storage facilities.
  • Clear understanding of SOX requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Communicates effortlessly and efficiently at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt quickly (think outside of the box), problem solve and provide input on process and procedure enhancements.

The base salary range for this role will be between $135,000 to $165,000 USD with a 50/50 commission split. About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Senior Manager to lead our NetSuite team and optimize the platform's capabilities across the business. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in NetSuite configurations, customizations, and workflows - with strong experience in managing system integrations via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and EDI. This role will also focus on supporting supply chain operations - including our network of contract manufacturers, kitting partners, distribution centers, and 3PL. Additionally, the NetSuite Senior Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and translate business needs into scalable system functionality. They will also oversee a team of administrators, leading the development of documentation, policies, and supporting key accounting functions such as AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.

The US-based salary range for this position is $165,000 to $235,000 USD. The Canada-based salary range for this position is $255,000 - $325,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the NetSuite team, providing guidance on best practices for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of NetSuite integrations with other systems via SOAP/REST APIs, ODBC, middleware solutions, and EDI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate discussions into actionable system functionality.
  • Drive the optimization of supply chain processes within NetSuite, supporting contract manufacturers, kitting, fulfillment, and distribution centers.
  • Manage system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory standards as they relate to financial reporting and operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and policies for ongoing support and scalability.
  • Support finance-related processes including AP, AR, GL, and fixed asset management.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of NetSuite Administrators, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
  • Provide guidance on broader IT architecture and support or own ancillary systems such as Expensify and EDI.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize and enhance NetSuite capabilities.
  • Stay current on NetSuite updates and best practices, providing strategic input for system improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience with NetSuite, including in-depth knowledge of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing integrations via SOAP/REST APIs, ODBC, EDI and middleware solutions such as Dell Boomi or Celigo.
  • Strong background in supply chain operations - including contract manufacturers, kitting partners, distribution centers, and 3PL.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  • Strong technical development skills in JavaScript/SuiteScript for NetSuite customization and automation.
  • Experience supporting finance processes including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
  • Leadership experience, including managing a team of NetSuite Administrators or other system professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across departments to ensure system efficiency.
  • Experience with documentation, policy development, and ensuring system compliance.
  • NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite Certified Finance User, or ERP Consultant are a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Senior Sales Systems & Analytics Manager, you’ll … 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on key performance metrics, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance to plan. You will drive the cadence and reporting framework that supports strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Own and lead quarterly and monthly business reviews, presenting a holistic view of pipeline metrics, revenue targets, and progress toward strategic goals. You will facilitate discussions that not only track past performance but also highlight future growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive performance dashboards, reports, and alerts in Salesforce and Tableau to monitor and analyze sales performance. Your insights will drive decision-making at both the tactical and strategic levels, enabling Sales leadership to react swiftly to findings. 
  • Serve as the primary business owner of Sales technology & systems on the RevOps team. Working in partnership with our Business Systems team, you will optimize user seat provisioning, data pipelines, and scope strategic systems projects with stakeholders.

The Accounting team is responsible for accurately reporting the financial results of Clover Health and overall business activities. The team coordinates and directs all financial transactions in the accounting system as well as, supports company wide goals and initiatives relative to the financial needs of all departments. The accounting department assures that all transactions adhere to company policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and relevant authoritative guidance.

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our accounting team as a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements, as well as, ensuring appropriate internal control procedures. This individual will be expected to exhibit the highest professional standards, ethical principles, and attention to detail while working on numerous routine and ad hoc accounting support functions.

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

  • Support the accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and internal controls.
  • Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including ensuring the appropriate SEC disclosures and reporting practices are implemented.
  • Support the external audit of the company’s annual financial statements, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor questions and requests.
  • Research all significant accounting matters that may arise, including new rule adoption projects. Prepare technical memos and be the internal expert to advise on accounting impacts for the business.
  • Be responsible for month-end close procedures, including preparation of monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis of results.
  • Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement while helping to establish and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes.
  • Be responsible for leases, stock compensation, investments, assorted accrued expenses, and various balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Partner with Strategic Finance to help analyze and document balance sheet and income statement activity and variances.
  • Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management.

Success in the role looks like:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the accounting principles and GAAP/SEC requirements 
  • Establish effective communication channels with key departments (actuarial, treasury, compliance, and legal) and external auditors.
  • Consistently deliver accurate quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to regulatory guidelines and SAP.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing accurate financial insights and analysis that support business objectives and decision-making

You should get in touch if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years accounting experience that demonstrates knowledge and application of GAAP accounting policies and practices, with SEC reporting experience preferred.
  • You have experience working with Intacct or similar financial management software.
  • You have expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Google suite.
  • You have a CPA certification.
  • You have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • You have Big 4 public accounting experience, preferred.

$72,000 - $123,000 USD

California/New Jersey/New York Pay Range

$72,000 - $135,000 USD
