Today, Parsley Health is the nation's largest health care company helping people suffering from chronic conditions find relief with root cause resolution medicine. Our work is inspired by our members’ journeys and our actions are focused on impact and results.

    The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced family medicine or internal medicine-trained clinician who is passionate about achieving Parsley’s mission through both patient care and clinical leadership.  You are an experienced people manager of other clinicians, thrive on your clinical days caring for patients, and are skilled in or curious about Functional Medicine. You also love to offer your clinical expertise to solve business strategy and operational challenges.

In the Lead Physician role, you will provide care for your patient panel, support the success and personal development of your clinician team, and support the development of novel clinical protocols, new products, and operational innovations. Our clinicians are typically experienced in internal medicine or family medicine and often have an additional certification in integrative medicine or functional medicine.

This role reports to our VP, Medical Director and rolls up into our SVP, Business & Clinical Operations.

    What you’ll do:

    • Supervise a clinician team (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs) of approximately 7-10 individuals, meeting with each clinician bimonthly for 1:1 syncs (inclusive of both 1099 and W2 clinicians)
    • Provide exceptional patient care in-person and/or virtually (6 patient-facing hours/week, patient panel size of 200 members) according to the guidelines provided by the practice, completing note preparation, lab review, messaging and tasking within our EMR platform (Cerbo/MDHQ)
    • Complete quarterly performance reviews and chart audits, evaluating clinical practices, metrics, documentation, and coding practices
    • Assist with clinician hiring (weekly meetings, interviewing and onboarding new hires in partnership with our People & Culture team)
    • Support our Membership Experience team with both medical compliance issues and sensitive members
    • Supporting our Marketing and Sales team by attending webinars, attending B2B sales pitches, supporting blog articles, vetting new products, and answering questions about specific services and conditions

    What you’ll need:

    • MD or DO license
    • Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, rheumatology, endocrinology or other primary care fields
    • 2+ years of experience people managing other clinicians (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs)
    • 3+ years of experience providing primary care either virtually or in-person, 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency, and 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-tech, brand-forward work environment
    • Integrative or functional medicine education and training

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Familiarity using a MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • Equity Stake
    • 401(k) + Employer Matching program
    • Remote-first with the option to work from one of our centers in NYC or LA
    • Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membership
    • Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options
    • Generous 4+ weeks of paid time off
    • Annual professional development stipend
    • Annual wellness stipend

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.

The salary for this role is $275,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.

At Parsley Health we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members.

In light of recent increase in hiring scams, if you're selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you directly from an@parsleyhealth.comemail address to guide you through our interview process.

        Please note:

    • We will never communicate with you via Microsoft Teams

Gemini is hiring a Remote Associate, Client Services

    About the Company

Gemini is a global crypto and Web3 platform founded by Tyler Winklevoss and Cameron Winklevoss in 2014. Gemini offers a wide range of crypto products and services for individuals and institutions in over 70 countries.

Crypto is about giving you greater choice, independence, and opportunity. We are here to help you on your journey. We build crypto products that are simple, elegant, and secure. Whether you are an individual or an institution, we help you buy, sell, and store your bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

At Gemini, our mission is to unlock the next era of financial, creative, and personal freedom.

In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Employees within the New York and Seattle metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every workday. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC and Seattle offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.

    The Department: Institutional Client Services

We are a dynamic group with both entrepreneurial spirit as well as enterprise experience. We have incredibly high aspirations for this year and beyond - to build a rocket ship on a rocket ship - and we are looking for like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds (financial services, fintech, SaaS…) who want to carve new paths and guide the transition from the traditional world to a new more decentralized world where access to digital assets is normalized and ubiquitous. Our clients are both crypto-natives and from traditional finance and our team needs to adjust quickly to suit the clients’ needs while driving innovation.

    The Role: Associate, Client Services

In an institutional world with trillions of dollars at play and a still burgeoning technology in crypto, customer experience is key. Unlike many enterprise B2B (business-to-business) models, we capture only a fraction of total customer lifetime value upon deal close; topline growth is only realized with mass adoption. Customer Success is the key to unlocking this revenue generation potential.

In this role you’ll execute on initiatives to drive customer adoption and manage wealth management accounts directly. You’ll drive customer-facing processes such as onboarding, billing, and training & education. You’ll have ample opportunity to drive process improvement and influence how the business scales. Our organization is still at an early stage and we are looking for folks who can come in on the ground floor, execute from day one, and grow into future leaders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with a Senior Associate to manage client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key personnel and serve as the primary point of contact along with the Business Development team.
    • Own and act as the clients’ advocate to ensure that the client needs are met. This includes stepping in to escalate issues and responding to clients quickly if you already have the solution.
    • Develop a deep understanding of both current and future needs of your client-base and collaborate across the organization to address. If necessary, you will need to scope creative solutions that fit the client needs while creating a standardized, scalable process.
    • Identify gaps in coverage and escalate to the appropriate Lead. In particular, you will be assigned internal projects to streamline Gemini processes using your background knowledge and the tools available. Oftentimes, these projects require cross-functional collaboration and will push you to identify the “big picture.”

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in D2D institutional client-facing, end-user onboarding with a solid track record.
    • Experience in fintech platform as a service, fintech software as a service, or institutional financial services. Experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
    • Experience working cross-functionally, successfully delivering on projects, juggling multiple responsibilities, and assessing client priorities.
    • Ability to navigate uncertain situations, operate under ambiguity, and work through volatility that come with working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player - willing to collaborate with others across the organization, cover for teammates and flex into other areas when needed.
    • Natural curiosity - strong desire to continuously learn and expand one’s knowledge in different areas and fields.

The compensation & benefits package for this role includes:
    • Competitive starting salary
    • A discretionary annual bonus
    • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
    • Comprehensive health plans
    • 401K with company matching
    • Paid Parental Leave
    • Flexible time off

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $93,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington.
