Main Responsibilities

Person Specification

  • The ideal candidate has experience as a pricing or promotions analyst in an eCommerce business or similar role such as a buyer or finance analyst in a commercial setting where price strategy is a key driver of business success.
  • Experienced and comfortable processing large data sets working across various IT & technology platforms.
  • Ability to conduct reviews of large bodies of data in a self-sufficient manner.
  • Naturally conscious of & pays close attention to detail.

About the Department

Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Sales Operations - all working together to help our customers solve their business challenges by adopting Cloudflare while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

What you'll do

You will be working in a team of fellow Customer Success Managers that look after a pool of thousands of Enterprise customers, and are responsible for ensuring their success by managing their adoption during the post-sale experiences. 

You will bring strong relationship-building experience, product knowledge, project management, process improvements and organisational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure the customers’ satisfaction with Cloudflare’s services.

You will maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and present to customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. You are ultimately responsible for the retention of the pool of customers; this is driven through demonstrating the value the products and services provide to the customer’s business mostly via 1:many engagements: office hours, workshops and webinars.

Customer responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of Cloudflare’s contracted customers and managing all of their post-sale experiences. This includes being an escalation point for support issues and directing customer questions.  It is imperative that you manage your time effectively to ensure that you are working on high priority items.

From a commercial perspective, you will be responsible for the success of your customers in your book of business. You will be highly organised, data driven, and able to manage a large portfolio of customers. 

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the customer life cycle after contract signature
  • Create, design, improve and deploy processes for our pooled team

About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for an enthusiastic B2B Enterprise marketing associate, who is dynamic, creative, and analytical. The individual has a track record of delivering creative and smashing programs that generate new prospects and grow the marketing revenue pipeline. This person will be dedicated to growing our businesses in ANZ.  

You will create, launch, and drive a series of digital campaigns that span a variety of online channels – email, social, and webinars to name a few. You will also drive our in-person and virtual events tactics and end to end execution. You have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts. What you'll do

  • Report into the Head of Marketing-ANZ based in Sydney
  • As the ANZ marketing manager, you will be responsible for both online and offline marketing tactics and execution for Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Work in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with global demand generation, product marketing, sales, marketing operations, sales ops and many others in the development, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives
  • Align marketing initiatives to directly support sales objectives, focusing on lead generation and opportunity development.
  • Assess campaign performance using SFDC and Tableau reporting, evaluate ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibilities include coordination with the SVP of Sales, Business Development and Growth as well as the GTM team on selecting the next 10-20 Tier1 targets. The VP of Emerging accounts will collaborate with the GTM team to identify key opportunities for these customers and translate into quantifiable pipeline. The VP will also work with Service Line leaders to craft offerings, securing engagement with stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring new logo customer readiness (e.g., NDA/MSA completion), and establishing executive connections with the BD team or leadership as needed to drive the opportunity forward. Once the account is established and closer to deal closure, the role will pivot back to early stage leads and prospects to qualify new opportunities and keep the pipeline replenished. The objective, once fully refined and validated, is to identify, maintain and fast-track $10–20M in new active opportunities across all verticals. The VP will also support growth opportunities in Horizon 2 and support efforts to enter global conglomerates and accelerate key opportunities in the active verticals and West region.

This includes addressing customer issues with professionalism and care, and escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a HR Support Consultant you'll be responsible for;

  • You will provide support to clients after they 'go-live' by walking them through updates needed or how to troubleshoot in a variety of ways, such as award interpretation and platform configuration
  • Responding to and resolving customer tickets, calls and queries related to the Employment Hero Platform in a timely manner.
  • Assist and collaborate with the wider squad and support team to provide best practice system use and education to all our customers.
  • Proactively analyse and understand product functionality across the platform and logic in detail; and testing in platforms to identify user error/system logic and related root causes by maintaining comprehensive awareness of product changes and enhancements.
  • Conduct/triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
  • Take on client and team HR escalations for our customers
  • Assist with requirements gathering to run post mortems and run internal support team workshops
  • Escalating issues related to bugs or product logic/functionality concerns as necessary, in collaboration with Seniors/Team Leads and the Product Team.
  • Working with customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, screen share) to understand their organisational workflow and how the platform can support them to maximise their people processes.
  • Managing Problem Tickets with urgency and collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve as quickly as possible
  • Leveraging ZenDesk, Salesforce and other internal tools for maintaining records, ticket investigations and referencing customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively contribute feature requests, Customer Care Processes, Macros and Help Centre suggestions, where warranted and using customer insights.

What will you bring:

  • Relevant HR industry experience
  • Exposure to working in fluid, high change and high velocity environments. 
  • Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment (nice to have)
  • An attitude that always puts your customer's needs first
  • Problem solving skills with a sound and thorough approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, working autonomously; requesting assistance where needed.
  • Strong and polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources and/or relevant qualification (nice to have).

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedDigital Media Ad Tech Consultant with a proven track record in digital advertising platforms, specifically in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Ad Servers (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry-leading tools such as Salesforce for CRM, Boostr, Operative, Placements.io for OMS, and experience with Ad Servers. Responsibilities:

  1. Consulting and Advising: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on media ad technology solutions, focusing on CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize digital advertising workflows.
  2. Platform Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of CRM and OMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Ad Servers like Freewheel and Google Ad Manager. Configure and customize platforms to meet client requirements and industry best practices, with a focus on defining digital advertising product taxonomies.
  3. Ad Server Integration: Develop and manage supporting integrations between CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers to ensure efficient data flow and campaign execution. Collaborate with technical teams to implement and optimize these integrations.
  4. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of CRM, OMS, and Ad Server tools, including guidance on integrations. Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure the successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
  5. Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to develop strategic plans for leveraging digital advertising platforms and ensure seamless integration between CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  6. Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital advertising technology, particularly within CRM, OMS, and Ad Server domains. Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: Proven experience in media ad technology consulting with a focus on digital advertising platforms, including a minimum of 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Marketing) is preferred.
  • CRM Expertise: Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, with a specific emphasis on Salesforce. Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce for advertising workflows is highly desirable.
  • OMS Proficiency: Strong expertise in Order Management Systems, with experience in Boostr, Operative, Placements.io, or similar platforms.
