Therefore DigiHub ensures the integration and rollout of new network structures (Small Cells, 5G, ...) as well as network layouts (i.e. explosion of the number of cells, macro to Small Cells) in an automated way. About the Role:

The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing our data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position encompasses a comprehensive analysis lifecycle, covering requirement gathering, activity execution, and design planning. The Data Analyst works directly with the Systems Intelligence team to develop ETLs to Extract, Transform, and Load data to be used in data visualizations and provide insights on current reporting methods. The incumbent will be responsible for taking the specifications created by architects/engineers and implementing them in code, utilizing known best practices. Please note, this is an hourly paid contract to hire role through Trace3.

What You’ll Do:

  • Convert raw data into meaningful analysis using interactive, easy-to-understand Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Establish and maintain data dictionary documentation and reporting standards.
  • Developing Power BI solutions by working with effective teams from multiple disciplines, leveraging technology standards and software development best practices.
  • Establish cadence for intake, design, and creation of reporting requests. Collaborate with infrastructure team when resource adjustments are needed.
  • Develop and conduct validation tests, as needed.
  • Utilize change management protocol when making any changes to production reporting to prevent disruption, loss of flow of information or other undesired outcome for the organization.
  • Operational requests prioritized and managed using Azure DevOps.
  • Reporting will be subject to review and correction by the Analytics team and as well as acceptance by the users of the system(s).
  • Keeps supervisor informed of emerging technologies and other resources needed to enhance productivity. Presents justification for all recommendations.
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate appropriate reporting based on system constraints.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge from an accredited university is required.
  • Minimum three years of experience developing ETL pipelines using modern technologies such as Python, C#, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Five years of experience working with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI and SSAS) (MS Fabric experience is a major plus but not necessary)
  • Minimum three years of extensive experience with Power BI
  • Experience with tools and languages SSAS, SSMS, Tabular Editor, and DAX.
  • Understanding of and experience with Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies
  • Team-oriented with deep empathy and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.
  • Experience taking vague requirements and crystallizing them into valuable tools, metrics, or analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience as a creative problem solver with the humility to ask for help when needed

As part of our growing Revenue Operations domain, we have established a team called Business Architecture & Technology. This team will focus on optimising processes, data, and tools for our commercial part of the business (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Customer Experience). For this team, are looking for a best in class Data Operations Engineer to join our new Hub in Chennai, India on a hybrid working arrangement.

Your role in this will be to help us design and implement new data structures and integrate new tools to support this. Think of it as this - we need to make sure the commercial aspect of Pleo is happening as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We achieve this by designing and maintaining the tech stack, extensions, and related processes. We are a leading design customer of many vendors and always aim to push our tools above and beyond. 

In Pleo, Revenue Operations is a cross-functional discipline that goes across many areas, such as the demand and opportunity management process, sales planning and forecasting, and monitoring business performance. Hence, this is a unique opportunity to learn more about the many different aspects of running a business, the decision processes and prioritisation needed to execute strategic projects, and insights into where the company is going - almost like a front-row seat!

What to expect in the role ????

In numbers: 75% of your time will be spent working with our data models, data pipelines and creating easy-to-understand and readable documentation, while the other 25% of the time will be discussing priorities with our stakeholders.

  • You will design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable data pipelines and datasets for commercial teams.
  • Own the ETL and rETL (reverse ETL) processes and enable data activation in your stakeholders' projects.
  • Optimise performance and scalability of existing data pipelines and datasets through code refactoring and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot, Vitally and Iterable configuration, resolving bugs and tickets that might rise.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a data engineer, data analyst or a proven track record working as an analyst in a similar operations position.
  • Business understanding of what data activation means and how your work impacts commercial teams in the front line (such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success).
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with SQL. Understanding of dbt.
  • Experience writing digestible and accessible documentation for your stakeholders.
  • Experience building or maintaining ETL pipelines with Python, nodeJS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and languages.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Overview:

  • Project Management – Ensure all aspects of scope, time, quality and cost are achieved or bettered through our comprehensive project management methodology. The PM will manage the Customer kick off meeting and define and control all resources identified from that meeting to ensure the agreed scope is appropriately achieved.
  • Project Communication – Communicate plan milestones and general progress through weekly client updates.
  • Resource Allocation – Identify all delivery resource needs and request resources in line with plan requirements. The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality of all delivery capability and must escalate any deficiency in order that the agreed delivery plan may be met.
  • Helping others - Work with the PM team and other colleagues to coach and guide improvement.

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience preferred with implementation in a SaaS environment.

About the Role:

The Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements with a focus on our Trace3 ServiceNow instance and ServiceNow integrations for our customers and other IT related products and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Managed Services or with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR). ServiceNow implementation, configuration and administration. Also, should have additional expertise in IT product and services, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and automation platforms. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow and other IT related products we use internally or for our customers.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and workflows.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop process maps and documentation to support business process reengineering efforts.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs, leveraging ServiceNow and other relevant products.
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities, including the creation of test plans and test cases.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on ITSM and Managed Services.

  • 3+ years’ experience with other IT products used in Managed Services, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and automation platforms.
  • 5+ years’ creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.

  • 3+ years working on customer related ServiceNow integrations and modules such as ITSM and ITOM.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and ServiceNow development.
