About the Role:

What You'll Do:

  • Serves as technology leader of a squad (also known as Scrum Master)
  • Planning and breakdown of development tasks
  • Assigns tasks to the software engineers on the squad (including to themselves)
  • Implementation of development tasks in .NET
  • Handling merge requests, reviews and merge conflicts in Azure DevOps
  • Write unit testing for implemented code

  • Ensures coding conventions are followed in accordance with Rhapsody's Software Development Lifecycle policy (e.g., static code analysis, peer review, etc.)

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Have to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building applications using C# .NET
  • Hands-on object-oriented design and recent coding experience
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Strong data communications and security knowledge / skills

  • Take small to large IT, Security and Compliance programs/projects from original concept through final implementation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

  • MUST HAVE experience with M&A due diligence and integration 

  • 10+ years of hands-on project management experience 

  • 6-8 years of PM experience within a large to medium-sized software company 

  • Security experienced preferred but not required

  • Preferred candidate will have 4-5 years of experience with Security topics, compliance and managing security projects 

  • Excellent organizational skills, solid attention to detail and proven project management skills 
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute process improvements and solutions 

  • Proven success in working collaboratively, improving efficiency, and crafting/coordinating the implementation of ideas 

  • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments 

  • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement

The base salary hiring range for this position is $56,300 to $81,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

We’re looking for someone with

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience. You know how to run a team of architects, administrators, engineers andanalysts, assess performance, and cultivate talent.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture,functionality, integrations, and development processes. This is a hands-on role that requires hands-onproficiency with Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of experience with peripheral Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Marketing tools(CPQ, Marketo, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of integration systems (Salesforce, Workato, API’s etc).

Meet The Team:

We are seeking an experienced full stack engineer to support the design and implementation of what we call Customer Tooling, the trusted connection between autonomy and humans. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers, partners, and fleet operations team to drive the technical solutions that connect the self-driving truck to the larger transportation and logistics ecosystem.

What you’ll do:  

We collaborate frequently in many different forms including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and many ad-hoc discussions/brainstorming/troubleshooting/pairing sessions over zoom or slack. Our team is operationally responsible for the services we own, so we do have an on-call rotation in place where each member will take a turn serving as the front-line to incidents for our services. Rotations last a week each, during business hours. We value maintaining a healthy work/life balance and prefer sustainable development over heroic efforts.

Who you are and what you have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on full-stack programming experience using Java, Javascript, Scala/Python
  • Experience working with big-data stack, including (but not limited to) spark /hadoop, kafka, Aerospike / Dynamodb
  • Experience with AWS tech stack, including but not limited to EMR, Athena, EKS,
  • Expert knowledge of multi-threading, memory model, etc.
