Lattice is hiring a Remote Senior Product Designer

Design at Lattice

The Lattice Design team is on a mission to make work meaningful for companies across the world. We spend our days designing the tools that turn managers into leaders, employees into high-performers, and companies into the best places to work.

Lattice is the AI-powered people platform that simplifies HR operations and increases productivity. We have over 5,000 customers globally since launching in 2016. Our talent management suite helps companies improve employee development, growth, engagement and performance—offering performance reviews, engagement surveys, real-time feedback, check-ins, goal setting, career and compensation planning. We're now developing an HRIS suite to serve as the central employee record, helping companies connect their programs to employee data for a better understanding of their workforce. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in what’s next.

What you will bring to the table

As a note, even if you don’t feel your experience covers everything listed below, we still encourage you to apply! The goal of this job posting is to establish the shape of the role, and we’re open to adjusting the leveling if we find someone who’s a great fit for that shape.

  • Excellent visual craft - you have a strong understanding of visual design principles. You sweat the details and push the boundaries of the design system to achieve high visual impact, also considering the transitions between various states and pages to help the user understand where they are in the product.
  • You have a track record of designing complex user experience flows, in particular flows that move across or have impact on multiple products in a suite.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges.
  • You have proven success working with an established design system - knowing when to reuse existing components, and when to evolve or even ignore them to meet your customers’ needs.
  • You have experience working closely with User Research, as well as a track record of talking to customers and incorporating feedback from those sessions into your work.
  • You are a strategic partner for Product - you think at a high-level about your product area and collaborate closely with your PM and Engineering partners to define the future of the products you work on.
  • You work hand-in-hand with your engineering team throughout the design and development process, bringing your team along and then ensuring every detail of the design is implemented in a high-quality way.
  • You have a love for design feedback - both receiving and giving. You are someone who consistently shares your work with other designers and your cross-functional team, and who regularly engages with other designers’ work.

Bonus points if…

  • You write front-end HTML and CSS, or understand it well enough to have meaningful conversations about how to implement your design work in production.

Why Join Our Design & Research Team

We're a passionate group of people who are dedicated to growing together. Currently ~40, our team spans Brand Design, Product Design, and Research.

You can learn more about us in our Notion page! It covers who we are as individuals, some of our recent work, how we commit to DE&I, and most importantly — the rituals and rhythms we've invested in as a team to grow as craftspeople and just… people.

Vesta Healthcare is hiring a Remote Temporary Full Time New York (NYC) Nurse Practitioner (NP) (Home Visits in Queens, NY) - Benefits Included

THIS IS A FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITION WITH AN END DATE OF JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2025, WITH THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE FOLLOWING THAT PERIOD.  THIS ROLE OFFERS BENEFITS AS STATED HERE.

Nice to meet you, we’re Vesta Healthcare.
Vesta Healthcare is a specialized medical group focused today on aging adults with long-term home care needs. We help these individuals live happier, healthier lives by partnering with their aides and caregivers, as a key part of the care team. We use a combination of virtual care, home-based and mobile technologies, data integrations and partnerships with home care agencies to make the home an integrated setting of care with patients, and their Caregivers at the center.

Vesta is the Roman name for the goddess of home, hearth and family. She is the caregiver. Often unseen yet greatly revered, she puts others' needs ahead of her own, keeping the hearth warm so the home and family can function.

We see Caregivers and recognize the power and potential they embody. More than just assistance, Caregivers are eyes, ears and hands in the home. Caregivers play the role of Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, EMT and more, but without support or guidance. That is where Vesta Healthcare comes in. Our program provides Caregivers with a personalized clinical team in their pocket. Our team links Caregivers to the people they care for and the other providers involved in their care. It’s an insurance covered benefit, so it’s available to most adults with Caregivers free of charge to them.

The ideal teammate would be:
A Nurse Practitioner who delivers in-home clinical services to patients with the support of an integrated multidisciplinary care team. Our Nurse Practitioners build meaningful relationships with patients and their caregivers, supporting them to provide care aligned with what matters most to our patients and to champion patient-centered strategies that guide our care teams.

This is an ideal position for a clinician who seeks an opportunity for “top of license” practice, enjoys a collaborative team-based approach to care, and is excited to engage in developing and nurturing our innovative, value-based clinical model focused on caring for patients with complex needs who are inadequately served by traditional healthcare delivery systems.

This exciting role allows you to deliver clinical care flexibly through a blend of in-person care delivery at your patient’s home and virtual care delivery from your own home, with the support of nurses, community health workers, medical assistants, nurse case managers, clinical social workers, and clinical pharmacists. This position also affords professional development via dedicated clinical education programming and real-time support from our on-staff world-class experts in geriatric medicine, palliative care, geriatric psychiatry, clinical pharmacy, care management, and social determinants of health and health equity.

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care both in-person and virtually, with in-person settings including private home, congregate living facility, ambulatory clinic, and/or skilled nursing facility
  • Integrate clinical practices, data dashboards, and operational processes that support achievement of company performance goals into daily clinical approach and workflows
  • Promote and participate in patient engagement and experience initiatives and efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive medical records including timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation and coding for clinical encounters, up-to-date medication reconciliation, and recording of patient care-related activities and communications
  • Participate in care team huddles, operational huddles, organizational meetings, and clinical partnership meetings as requested including preparation and follow-up activitiesCollaborate and engage with internal care team members as well as external providers and clinical partners to support care coordination including goals of care
