  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.

      • Zone A: $153,000 - $194,000
      • Zone B: $145,400 - $184,300
      • Zone C: $138,000 - $174,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • $174,000 - $220,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’smarket location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. As a Solutions Engineer you’ll … 

  • Guide our customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
  • Build effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
  • Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales.

About you 

You’ll thrive as aSenior Solutions Engineer if you have:

  • 4+ years of SaaS technical pre-sales experience, ideally but not necessarily in the Web Development, Content Management, or Digital Experience Platform space
  • You have been involved with mid-size accounts from discovery to close
  • A consultative approach that earns trust and deepens relationships to help customers solve problems
  • Experience with solution and value selling to large customers
  • A general understanding of APIs and web development is helpful— HTML, CSS & JavaScript

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer,you will be our technical champion throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, bringing customers onto the platform and working closely between sales, customer success, product, and engineering.   • Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning all technical responsibilities required in our sales and onboarding journeys.

  • The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.

What you’ll do

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, curious and collaborative team.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will aid your customers and will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support to do so. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organisation as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

The range of products and solutions offered by Cloudflare are broad so that we are able to meet our lofty goal of helping to build a better Internet. What’s the role?

As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. About you:

To ensure your success as a Solution Engineer at Dynatrace, you need to be an ambitious, confident and self-motivated individual, with previous SE experience or another technical customer facing role. You need to be passionate about innovative technology, technical sales and articulating value to customers and prospects. In addition, we are also looking for:

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during international trade shows and at key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded business.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • As part of the solution engineering team participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading the technical solution evaluation portion in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners for multiple POCs.
  • Present Dynatrace’s vision to our customers C-suite executives.
  • Provide technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle.
  • Present on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events. Either at Dynatrace sponsored industry events or partner sponsored events, ensure key demonstrations are delivered by you or a team member at demonstration booths.
  • Gather, qualify and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve Dynatrace’s market share and meet the market needs.
  • Build best practices and share knowledge the team to continuously develop and enhance both your personal and team capabilities.
  • Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning/ development opportunities for you and the local team to maintain Dynatrace’s leadership position in the market.
  • Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations, in order to attend the specific demands of each customer
  • Not only work with internal sales team, but also with partners, supporting their team in the customers and being a technical point of contact for them (trusted advisor/technical coach).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
  • 3+  years of experience within the observability space.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with programming / scripting side technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js and database.
  • Advance knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) including Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices

  • Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accountsto join Signifyd's Solutions Design team. Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategic account teams to design and optimize machine learning solutions for high-value retailer and financial services clients to solve account integrity, payments, fraud, abuse and logistics problems
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment between client needs and product capabilities and lead technical discussions on solution integration, APIs, and eCommerce workflows
  • Lead proof-of-value exercises and reliably win deals and reinforce Signifyd’s position as the market leader
  • Conduct in-depth technical demonstrations and presentations, addressing client-specific challenges
  • Develop custom scripts and tools to support unique client requirements
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify fraud patterns and trends, leveraging tools like Python, SQL, and Pandas
  • Accompany the post-sales implementation process to ensure continuous improvement of pre-sales technical processes and solutions
  • Partner with the Value Engineering and Sales teams to respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
  • Design engaging content and training to demonstrate Signifyd’s value through our products and capabilities to prospects and customers
  • Conduct research and solve problems surrounding new solutions and unique integration scenarios
  • Document customer expectations and order flows to clearly outline the known current state and the desired future state.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing sales/pre-sales environments, preferably in antifraud or payments-related domains
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL and/or other web, programming, and scripting tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This position requires the ability to independently project manage the design and implementation of Nextiva’s product solutions. Requested solutions in line with Nextiva’s product and professional services SKUs can consist of any combination VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Integrations, and Single Sign On. 

The position requires strong personal time management skills, organizational skills, accountability, autonomy, problem solving, and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities. This includes working with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure high stakes professional services project SKUs are delivered in a timely manner meeting the customer’s requirements and value proposition.

  • Before a solutions project is sold, work closely with sales and pre-sales engineers for completeness and accuracy of scoping and clear understanding of customer requirements and value proposition

  • Gather and document business processes (existing and future) and well as participate in discovery and rapid design sessions. Write specifications for desired solutions, configurations, and system integrations as needed
  • Advise and consult clients on best practices for UCaaS/CCaaS processes, user interface, and architecture and assists technical consultants with architecting solutions, related customizations, workflows, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes and clearly demonstrate the desired value proposition
  • Responsible for the overall project management of the involved resources to ensure projects deliver the desired outcomes (schedule, costs, quality, resource management and benefits) including scope and change requests, and maintaining appropriate project status data and time entry in PSA tools

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Responsibilities

  • As critical members of Cloudflare’s sales team, Solutions Engineers drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.
  • In business generation and expansion, you’ll be tasked with qualification of prospect and customer use cases, technical requirements discovery, leading demonstrations, solution identification and design, and collaborative work on proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
  • For our existing customers, Solutions Engineers are part of a dedicated account team that advises the customer on technical best practices, implementation of Cloudflare products and features, and strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
  • The role requires 20-50% travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and to collaborate with your Cloudflare teammates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go) and a desire to expand those skills.
  • Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL / TLS.
  • 10 years plus of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
  • Technical curiosity and passion: Cloudflare is at the cutting edge of internet technology, and our Solutions Engineers are viewed as subject-matter experts. It’s incumbent on us to stay up to date not only with Cloudflare’s specific products, but with industry trends.
