The Public Websites team is tasked with building and supporting all public web assets of Progress (think www.progress.com and tens of other pages). Their goal is to secure unmatched user experience across all touchpoints of the Progress online presence. As part of this team, you will be contributing to the overall process improvements from test design, test execution, and result reporting. Additionally, you will be evaluating complex problems, isolating issues, and determining the best way to test functionality quickly and efficiently with a high level of quality. You will be responsible for all quality deliverables including test plans, test data, and test results for the functionality you own.

In this role, you will:         

  • Get familiar with feature requirements and provide feedback on them

  • Design and execute test scenarios and test cases based on feature requirements and specifications

  • Use various testing techniques to verify features and fixes are correctly implemented (pixel perfect testing, cross-browser testing, mobile testing, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain automated tests

  • Monitor and maintain test environments as well as the overall quality of the corporate websites

  • Address customer inquiries

Your background:   

  • Experience with testing websites

  • Some experience with test automation (recorded or coded tests)

  • Experience with reading specifications and preparing acceptance tests, test cases

  • Familiar with the basics of modern web technologies and protocols - HTML, HTTP, JavaScript

  • Fundamental SQL knowledge

  • Experience with version control systems (TFS, Git, etc.)

  • Experience with bug-tracking and backlog systems (TFS or others)

  • Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills

  • A team player with excellent communication skills

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Exceptional ability and motivation to learn new skills (especially automated testing skills)

  • Down-to-earth, creative, and friendly personality

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience with web testing frameworks (Selenium or others)

  • Automated tests, written directly in a programming language (not recorded)

  • Non-functional testing skills like performance, security, scalability, mobile device testing

  • Any software development experience (.NET C# is a plus)

  • Any repetitive tasks automation experience (PowerShell scripting or others)

  • Automated configuration and deployment

  • Automation of testing environments (virtualization)

      We’re seeking a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence who will be a key contributor on our Corporate Analytics team in enabling our clients to make better data driven decisions on financial, operational, and clinical initiatives. This role covers internal and external customers and requires working cross-functionally to understand evolving business needs and requirements. This Privia Partner will be responsible for helping to design and develop reports, presentations, and models to guide strategic decision making of our stakeholders. The Analyst works to deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders across the enterprise. The Analyst assists in the development of end-to-end analytics solutions efforts, working with cross-functional teams to deliver on evolving requirements and business needs, build scalable reports and applications, and deliver solutions that ultimately empower end-users in making data-driven business decisions. The Analyst also  supports the execution of business- and client-facing ad hoc analyses, using data to guide strategic discussions among and between internal and external stakeholders. 

      Primary Job Duties: 

      • Originates and maintains custom programming projects, programming integration projects, and data extraction. Fluent in SQL and will mine data from Privia’s data warehouse for the purposes of supporting complex operational analyses

      • Conduct ad-hoc analyses across a multitude of business issues, including pop health, revenue cycle management, payer contracting, and financial domains

      • Collaborate with our Revenue Optimization and Payer Contracting teams to develop reports and alerts that will ensure that Privia is being paid appropriately for our fee-for-service and pay-for-performance contracts

      • Analyze dashboards and reports for trends in KPIs and work with our Operations team to make appropriate changes to our delivery system to optimize throughput and profit

      • Translate business requirements into technical specifications

      • Work closely with the Product Engineering team to ensure quality of database build prior to deployment

      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare

      • 2+ years experience using SQL

      • 2+ years experience using Python 

      • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas

      • 1+ years experience working with healthcare claims data 

      • Strong project management and analytical skills, including a desire to logically solve business and technology problems

      • Preferred experience with BI tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikView, or Looker (or willingness to learn)

      • Preferred experience in an Agile Sprint environment 

      • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

      You’ll help us build and improve these for now and for our future roadmap. We’re looking for a leader with hands-on experience, data driven strategic leader who can bring fresh thinking and new ways to inspire the team and our customers.

       

      What you’ll be working on:

      You’ll work closely with the General manager, product director, engineering managers, designers and researchers in an agile product environment. You are expected to drive product strategy using data and also serve as a core member of the Business Banking leadership team. You’ll champion the use of data, bring ideas to life through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing. You’ll help us get the most out of volumes of cloud native data platform, spotting opportunities to make each area of our product work even better for our users. You and your team will drive product innovation and you’ll get to see the impact of all your work in the product changes we make.

      You will be a key leader in building a discipline of exceptional data scientists and analytics engineers working on making Monzo world class in Business Banking, as well as having the opportunity to help your team’s career progression and development.

      You should apply if:

      • You have multiple years of experience in product data science, with 3 or more years working in Senior or Lead positions within Data Science or Analytics.
      • You have had experience managing high performing senior teams of 8-10 people

      • You are a strong strategic data leader and love to drive decisions

      • You're familiar with using a variety of Data Science tools (from business intelligence, experimentation and causal inference through to machine learning), and coding languages (Python and SQL). You know when to pick the right tool, and can help others do the same

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Experience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other specialty requiring ECG interpretation. Ability to read and process ECG/EKG records.
      • Previous experience testing medical devices and the related verification, validation, and documentation requirements.

      Join our dedicated team as a Critical Response Associate and contribute directly to the safety and stability of the Instacart platform. In this dynamic role, you will engage in emergency response coordination, conduct thorough investigations, and oversee compliance measures. Your work will ensure that all Instacart users have a secure and positive experience, maintaining the trust placed in us every day. This full-time position requires availability during off-hours and weekends, depending on operational needs.

      About the Job:
      As a Critical Response Associate, your responsibilities will include:

      • Resolving issues involving customers, shoppers, and retailers related to user misconduct through timely email or phone responses, ensuring satisfaction and continued trust in our platform.
      • Conducting detailed investigations to categorize and action misconduct, applying a meticulous approach to gather facts and enforce compliance with our standards.
      • Reviewing both live and historical data with an eye for detail, identifying patterns that could indicate areas of concern.
      • Performing day-to-day operational tasks with precision, continuously seeking ways to enhance the effectiveness of our response protocols.

       

      About You:
      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 1-2+ years of experience in Investigations, Customer Support, or Hospitality related fields, or a strong academic record demonstrating your ability to thrive in complex scenarios.
      • Exceptional communication skills, including writing abilities with attention to detail, grammar, and adaptation to the Instacart brand tone and voice.
      • A resilient and positive attitude capable of navigating ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions.
      • A comprehensive understanding of the gig economy and the unique challenges it presents.
      • Proven ability to swiftly address critical and sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
      • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
      • Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage, but not required.

      Overview

      About the Role- As Instacart continues its rapid expansion, we are looking to add an additional Sales Executive. This Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a book of business of non endemic brands looking to utilize Instacart's valuable audience. Sales Executives act as the main point of contact for their assigned brands and own all aspects of the advertising relationship.

      About the Team- In this new role, this individual is responsible for managing Instacart’s relationships with non endemic brands both on and off platform The team’s remit is to act as strategic consultants to accelerate the revenue growth of brands on Instacart. The team works closely with internal cross-functional teams from product, comms, marketing, insights, and analytics to drive value and excitement with our partners.

      About the Job 

      • Developing and maintaining relationships with non endemic advertisers, managing all aspects of the sales cycle for a book of business between 5-10 accounts
      • Selling with thought leadership & consultative sales skills across the prioritized client base
      • Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and budgeting process across their client portfolio
      • Analyzing and applying business insights in a way that influences clients’ investment decisions 
      • Independently identifies and builds relationships with executive contacts within the client book of business, by expanding contact to new client teams & senior stakeholders
      • Forecasting the allocated book of business for quarterly & annualized growth
      • Maintaining a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional environment
      • Developing sales collateral, case studies, and custom ‘stories’ to translate the benefits of Instacart’s platform to advertisers 
      • Generating weekly campaign reports and optimization recommendations, as well as monthly / quarterly reviews
      • Growing your skills and having a meaningful impact on an important component to Instacart’s success and growth
      • Leveraging prior experience or interest  to drive meaningful growth across a new category of advertisers for Instacart

      About You

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales environment
      • 2+ year of experience in digital advertising 
      • Experience in managing client relationships, and partnering to drive measurable growth 
      • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple priorities and projects 
      • Comfortable analyzing and speaking to on and off platform opportunities and advertising insights and KPIs
      • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
      • Familiarity with tools of the trade (eg. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Google Drive)
      • Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis (Experience in SQL, Tableau preferred)

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience selling programmatic advertising and knowing the programmatic space
      • Experience selling into large agencies
      • Experience working in sales at a retail media company with fast growing brands 
      • Consistent historic performance of achieving sales quotas, while building strong client relationships 
      • Understanding of both CPG and retail media media metrics to drive campaign performance
