About The Team

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Life360 Subscriptions under the Strategic Finance team. This team is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic decision making through performing financial analyses, along with operational finance support, including planning and budgeting, supporting corporate development and investor relations.

About the Job

The Life360 Strategic Finance team is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead the International Subscription business finance support as well as serve as the primary business partner for several groups including Marketing and Customer Support. You will be responsible for all areas related to budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and long range planning for the International Subscription business, along with department spend management. You will play a leading role in helping drive strategic decisions for the business by translating strategy into financial impact. In addition to the strategic side, you will be involved in the operational tasks surrounding forecasting and planning and the day-to-day business operations to ensure the team is meeting annual targets and KPIs. This role will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to guide better decision-making across the organization.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $195,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary finance partner to the overall International Subscription business, supporting the Marketing and Customer Support teams
  • Own the International subscription revenue model that includes understanding how launching new markets / product offerings impacts subscription revenue over multiple years
  • Own the Revenue and COGs model for International Subscription and the end-to-end forecasting cycle for all metrics from revenue down to contribution profit, through partnering with operations, marketing, and accounting
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Support Groups on their headcount and operating expense forecasts, as well as business case evaluation and strategic modeling
  • Partner with Marketing to track customer acquisition spend performance and drive efficiency
  • Have the initiative to drive ongoing process improvements as well as implementation of automated systems
  • Prepare monthly budget variance analysis and reporting packages to ensure the business is tracking close to quarterly budget targets
  • Educate business partners on financial trade-offs between different business investments, while being able to make thoughtful judgment decisions during ambiguous situations
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process, as well as long range strategic planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting essential; MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years experience in Strategic Finance / FP&A (previous investment banking or strategic finance at a high growth tech company highly preferred) 
  • Flexibility to partner with team members across EST/London time zones (EST working hours required) 
  • Ability to step up during ambiguous times and ready to take on new challenges while driving continuous improvement across finance
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, being able to craft a story from the data and drive actionable insights to manage the performance of the business
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering across different functions and various levels in a company
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, and data visualization tools (eg Tableau), is a plus. Must demonstrate capability and desire to learn new technologies and skills. 
  • Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
  • Team player and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, effectively influence senior business partners, and provide thoughtful push back when necessary

About The Team

About the Job

The Director of Growth Product Analytics will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to help optimize product growth strategies. This leadership role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering to analyze product performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance user engagement, acquisition, retention, and monetization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering insights that drive significant business outcomes.

The US-based salary range for this position is $205,000 - $290,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary – therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement a plan to support growth across all stages of the product lifecycle, from user acquisition to retention and monetization.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and grow a team of product analysts, promoting a culture of data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to set key performance indicators (KPIs), growth targets, and design experiments to enhance product features and user experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets. Present findings to senior leadership.
  • Experimentation: Design and manage A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes on growth metrics, ensuring accurate analysis to inform decisions.
  • Growth Optimization: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and market trends, and develop strategies to improve key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update and present reports to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Tools and Technology: Select and implement tools and technologies that improve the team’s ability to provide insights and support decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2C subscription business
  • 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role focused on growth analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science). A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Excellent at clearly presenting data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Growth Focus: Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth initiatives that achieve measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in Ads, e-commerce, or mobile app environments.
  • Familiarity with growth techniques and a strong understanding of growth levers in digital products.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $76,800 - $100,800. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $69,120 - $90,720 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and prioritize initiatives based on team or organizational opportunities, growth targets, and trends.
  •  Works with their lead to evaluate overall departmental performance by supporting the creation, gathering, analyzing and interpreting of data and metrics as well as assisting in development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
  •  With support from their leader, works with all relevant internal stakeholder groups to provide support and insight in formulating proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives 
  • Maintain relationships with a variety of cross functional teams to achieve results for essential programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
  • 1+ years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, market development, finance, or a related field 
  • 1+ years experience in Excel and Powerpoint, demonstrating proficiency in building models and generating reports, analyzing large datasets, using pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting. 
  • 1+ years Experience synthesizing and summarizing findings through data visualizations and effective storytelling
  • 1+ years experience running data and financial analyses and working cross-functionally to drive opportunities and increase growth & profitability
  • 1+ years experience in constructing presentation materials aimed at Senior Leadership

As manager, you will further develop and enhance our Trust & Safety policies and procedures, to ensure efficiencies and exceptional customer experience. You will be leading a global team of highly skilled Trust & Safety Investigators, and getting your hands dirty with the team in the queues, to create, modify and enhance our policies and processes. You will also partner with the Trust & Safety Platform Integrity team to provide support as needed on abuse investigations. This is a position where you will also gain familiarity with the inner workings of Cloudflare’s technologies and policies. This role is located in Mexico as Remote / Hybrid.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the Trust & Safety Platform Compliance team in Mexico with effective leadership, ability to hire and retain talented staff, ability to train and develop a team in Trust & Safety issues
  • You will develop deep expertise on the processes and be responsible for driving continuous process improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on customer experience
  • Create and implement proactive measures to stop abusive behaviour while minimizing potential false positives
  • Handle abuse complaints regarding DMCA, Trademark, Phishing, CSAM, ICANN domain compliance and escalated issues
  • Handle and manage Takedown notices on behalf of Cloudflare
  • Investigate account compromises and take-overs through to resolution.
  • Through data-driven insights, you will develop recommendations for process improvements, new process standards, and agent tooling improvements that enable a more frictionless, consistent experience, and increased team efficiency
  • You will operationalize these recommendations through strong project management in partnership with Trust & Safety, Finance, Product, and others.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Platform Compliance
  • Interact with internal and external partners such as vendors to improve Platform Compliance capabilities
  • Deal with sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and a calm demeanor.

Requirements:

 

  • You have a strong 5-8 years of anti-abuse or support escalations experience at an Internet Service Provider, hosting provider, or similar type of role.

In collaboration with business team leaders, you'll contribute to the formulation of monitoring metrics and performance objectives. Your responsibilities will include writing SQL queries, generating charts, and developing dashboards. While your primary work will be with the Product team, there may be instances where you support initiatives across various departments such as Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, or People Operations.

About the Role 

The Senior Sales Operations Manager plays an important role in ensuring that our Screening Core Commercial team have the tools, resources, insights and technology they need to successfully execute their roles and ultimately help GH achieve its mission. The Sales Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Screening Sales Organization and is focused on sales planning, effectiveness, insights and analytics, sales force automation and enablement tools/technology, customer master data management and data stewardship of commercial data and incentive compensation. This role is focused providing insights to maximize sales force productivity, management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling Sales Force Automation and Administration (SFAA) and administration of contract and phlebotomy operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Effectiveness, Reporting & Analytics: Partner and collaborate with sales to design and implement KPI dashboards that support maximizing sales force productivity. Support any ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests 
  • Sales systems, tools and data: Partner with IT to design and implement CRM and SFAA resources. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, compliance and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. 
  • Manage and support sales contract and phlebotomy operations 
  • Supports sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the Sales Screening Core organization.  
  • Work collaboratively across cross functional partners to support achievement of volume and revenue targets and to improve efficiency. 
  • Manage sales incentive compensation plan
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales analytics and reporting experience for diagnostics, biotech, or pharma OR consulting for these industries 
  • Experience at a start-up is ideal 
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities that provide actionable insights for sales leadership to maximize sales force productivity and inform how we build/optimize our tactical and strategic approach.  
  • Success in partnering with IT to implement systems, and tools and drive change management with sales teams 
  • Must have experience with Salesforce.com CRM, Excel & PowerPoint (advanced), and territory mapping software (Alignstar or similar tool)  
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams 
  • Strong vendor management skills and ability to effectively manage budget 
  • Experience in executive communication, presentations, and written reports.  
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus  
  • Project management or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus 
  • Experience with ticketing software (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus  
  • Advanced Degree/MBA preferred
