Ambition du poste : Vous êtes l’un·e des référent·e·s UX de l’équipe et êtes en charge de porter la dimension UX sur vos projets dans l'équipe Platform Partners. Vous intervenez dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire avec des chef·fe·s de projet, UI designers, développeur·euse·s et testeur·euse·s.

Missions :

  • Vous êtes responsable de sélectionner et de mettre en pratique les méthodologies de recherche utilisateur·rice pertinentes pour vos projets ;
  • En collaboration avec l’équipe, vous établissez et proposez des solutions adéquates sous forme de wireframes (statique et interactif) selon les contraintes techniques et d’accessibilité pour les différentes plateformes (console, web et mobile) ;
  • Vous êtes le·la garant·e de la satisfaction du·de la consommateur·rice au cours des différentes phases du projet, notamment à travers des tests ou entretiens utilisateur·rice·s, de l’A/B testing, ou la mise en place et le suivi d’indicateurs clés ;
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler avec d’autres UX Designers ainsi que UI Designers pour assurer la cohérence du produit dans son ensemble ;
  • Vous êtes responsable du succès des produits en améliorant l’expérience du·de la consommateur·rice et avez également pour rôle de diffuser la pratique de l’UX et d’aider les client·e·s internes à comprendre les objectifs de l’UX.

  • Vous participerez à des projets de type player-facing, mais également à des back-offices à usage interne.

The Opportunity

The Sr. Front-End Developer will work with the product development team to develop, maintain, and support web development projects at GivingData. The Senior Front-End Developer reports to the VP, Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features using React and Typescript
  • Migrate existing product features from AngularJS to the modern React stack
  • Work with the product design team to style components using TailwindCSS
  • Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (such as WCAG) to create inclusive experiences for all users.
  • Document code appropriately for maintainability
  • Guide and support development of tools, infrastructure, and processes within the configuration, build, and release process
  • Translate requirements and user stories into functional and well-architected code
  • Collaborate with different teams and team members on projects
  • Participate in planning meetings, development, estimations, and design sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with modern front-end web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, and other technologies commonly used in a modern web application stack
  • Working knowledge of front-end product design and UX development
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

The Opportunity

  • Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute on this roadmap, and track the performance.

We are looking for a curious, passionate, and experienced Manager, Product Management to join the Signify Health team to help us co-create and deliver the product vision to aid communications between the company, insurance plan members and healthcare providers during care delivery. This role will report to our Sr. Director of Product Management, Member Communications.

What will you do?

  • Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approach when needed
  • Proactively identify user or business needs and recommend innovative solutions. When necessary, drive tradeoff conversations and negotiate with teams and stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives. Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem.
  • Develop a clear vision and short term and long-term roadmap with value definitions and measurable output; communicate this roadmap with customers and across the organization
  • Observe and interview users across multiple product lines to aggregate and connect their feedback into defined problem statements
  • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments and product lines
  • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track and communicate value delivery.
  • Understand the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news and movement in the market.

We are looking for someone with:

Basic Qualifications

  • Innate curiosity, almost obsessively so, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
  • Acute focus on the user and able to express their perspective and what they need to ensure each problem statement clearly traces back to these core points.
  • Skills to build a case around data and use it to explain the degree of a problem and to make strategic product decisions. When such data isn’t available, you lead the charge on gathering it.
  • Ability to articulate the organizational or market value delivered in your last few releases to all levels of the company from R&D peers to executives. More importantly, you can tell the story of the value that is currently in your backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results.
  • You are passionate about transforming the US healthcare system and the way care is delivered and paid for with a wholehearted interest in diving into its complexity.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You have 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years of product experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work directly and independently with an engineering team to define roadmap, prioritize initiatives and achieve business objectives
  • Knowledge and experience with event driven and service oriented software architecture is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in machine learning and AI is preferred but not required
  • An MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science  is preferred but not required

The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,000 to $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.   • Spend some uninterrupted work time to focus on writing, rewriting and writing again. You will ruthlessly edit and iterate on copy to be as simple as possible, but not simplistic. 
  • Add a new term in the terminology glossary and tweak the copy of a help text in the relevant Design System component.

In this role, you will be writing copy in Arabic for a fantastic pool of clients in markets as diverse as fashion and fin-tech to automotive and travel.
