Overview

You Have

  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • 4+  Experience with programming languages: Java
  • 3+ years of experience in development of Microservices, RESTful API, backend systems and successful production software systems
  • Strong Object Oriented design and implementation experience, strong knowledge of web protocols, and knowledge of distributed systems architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm Design
  • Experience with one of the following: Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis
  • Experience in databases technologies like MySQL, Postgres, Firestore
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other Development tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advocating and executing on automated testing strategies in all developed code and helping to ensure code quality and consistency for your team.

Qualifications

Une expérience significative sur des technologies LAN/WAN/SD-WAN et le pilotage d’un infogérant est nécessaire.

About this role

Your responsibilities

  • Design/Development - Work collaboratively to design scalable, performant, robust solutions alongside product managers and other software engineers. Developing those services in the most appropriate language (latest published ES version JavaScript) using primarily React.

  • Quality Assurance- Working with product managers to develop specifications and design to ensure quality solutions and happy customers. You’ll also work with other engineers on performance, security and robustness testing of the UI.

  • Ensure the privacy of our clients’ data- You will follow our data security policy and strive to maintain data security first and foremost for every task you undertake.

Here are some of the challenges we are thinking about right now:

  • Building out scalable modern microservices on AWS/Kubernetes using JavaScript, Python, and Go, in a way it allows for the autonomy of teams, fault tolerance, reliable monitoring and alerting.   • Updating and modernising our front-end architecture, choosing the right tools for the job.

Requirements

  • Experience level 
    • Solid JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, LESS/CSS experience
    • Experience with at least one front end framework ideally React, or others like  Vue, Angular, etc and building SPAs (including setting up tooling like Webpack and Babel)
    • Experience working with the DOM APIs and security in a browser context
    • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing (e.g. Cypress)
    • A background in functional programming approaches (e.g. Ramda, RxJS) would be a plus
    • Working with micro front ends and having contributed to a style guide would be a plus

  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering with stakeholders, working as a team to build and test features, managing deployment and supporting the service in production. 
  • Work as part of a distributed team made up of self-motivated and collaborative individuals. Much of our communication is remote and async so good communication skills are key. 
  • Iteratively make improvements to a new product while aligning to our mutually agreed design and architectural principles. 
  • Always looking for ways we can improve our product, processes and practices. We don’t like friction and waste. 
  • Automated testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment. We are huge proponents of automation. 
  • Working outside of your specialism when needed. While all our team members have a specialism, we don’t let that restrain us. Our engineers jump in to help get things done even in technologies out of their core competency. 

Your skills and attributes 

  • Excellent programming and problem solving skills 
  • Understanding of relevant software design patterns and paradigms, such as OOAD, DDD, MVC, microservices, containers/orchestration or event-driven architecture 
  • Experience in creating performant, scalable, secure and well tested code.

Overview:

Be part of a team which incorporates all aspects of software engineering Back-end & Front-end, Automation and CloudOps.
Our target is to ensure and promote business up-time, by delivering a set of internal micro services which will promote better availability, quality and system resilience across the Conversational Cloud platform.  

Team Technologies and Programming Stack:

  • NodeJS, React and Python, Vue, Java, Ansible. 
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Groovy
  • ElasticSearch and MongoDB

You will: 

  • Develop and maintain micro services by demonstrating outstanding programming practices.
  • Design reviews for all key/complex designs and lead in research and development of open source and custom code.
  • Inspire the team on technical topics, standards and abilities.
  • Overall system perspective, understand the system architecture and components.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product experts and customer success to identify problems and come up with solutions.
  • Partner closely with leaders across LivePerson to drive a culture of operational excellence by providing data driven insights, and deliver solutions adopted by engineers across the organization.

You have:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a backend and frontend engineer - Must.
  • Proven experience with programming languages NodeJS/React - Must.
  • Proven experience with NestJS, TypeScript, Vue & GPT4o Prompts  - Advantage
  • Experience with automation of infrastructure systems (Ansible) and integration tools (Jenkins) - Advantage.
  • Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes as part of CI/CD pipelines - Advantage.
  • Cloud providers experience such AWS, GCP - Advantage.

Concernant la gestion du SAV :

  • Assurer la gestion de la relation client en cas de sinistre et les accompagner jusqu’à la résolution du sinistre,
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et les orienter dans leurs démarches administratives,
  • Identifier le désordre et le mode d’intervention adapté,
  • Organiser et suivre les interventions à planifier : identification des entreprises missionnées, élaboration de la solution technique avec l’entreprise désignée, vérification des chiffrages du coût des interventions, vérification des travaux et obtention des quitus,
  • Suivre l’ensemble des dossiers d’un point de vue administratif et technique (suivi des levées de réserves, des GFA, garanties décennales, suivi des expertises DO, dossiers contentieux avec nos juristes, assistance de nos avocats lors des expertises judiciaires…).   

Qualifications

Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes sensible à la relation client et souhaitez travailler en relation avec différents interlocuteurs (syndics, entreprises de bâtiment, Responsables techniques…).

Vous maitrisez la terminologie du bâtiment et les garanties dues aux acquéreurs dans le cadre de la VEFA.

Vous êtes rigoureux(euse), organisé(e), dynamique, autonome, perspicace. Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et le sens des priorités.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la communication orale et écrite et savez à ce titre vous exprimer avec assertivité. Votre capacité à gérer des situations potentiellement conflictuelles en maîtrisant votre stress fait ou fera de vous un(e) professionnel(le) de la relation client.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de bureautique Word et Excel.

Vous avez idéalement une expérience réussie dans un syndic de copropriété, en promotion immobilière ou en entreprise générale dans un poste similaire.

  • Prenez part aux tâches et projets transverses associés à notre recherche ESG : veille thématique, évolution de nos outils et méthodes d'analyse ESG, etc. ;
