We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Marketing Manager to scale our customer marketing program across digital, community, brand, and lifecycle channels. This person will play a crucial role in engaging and delighting our customers, transforming them into passionate advocates of the Webflow brand. 

Working closely with the Head of Customer Marketing, you will become a resident expert on our customers–collaborating closely with our go-to-market teams to help accelerate pipeline, producing compelling customer stories, growing Webflow’s presence on third party review sites, and launching meaningful customer-first programs that drive business impact.

  • Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing 

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll … 

  • Build and maintain relationships with our most strategic customers, acting as their internal champion and advocating for their success
  • Work closely with customer success, sales, product marketing and comms teams to identify and craft stories to support our go-to-market initiatives
  • Produce rich customer stories across all formats, channels and full-funnel activities including blogs, case studies, videos, webinars, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Create playbooks and repeatable processes for how we include customer stories in our company’s most pivotal initiatives including product launches, events, and brand campaigns, ensuring the customer voice is represented throughout
  • Scale our sales reference program by managing the full end-to-end lifecycle from request to customer outreach and measurement, and operationalize how we grow our reference pool over time
  • Collaborate with the marketing events team to source a pipeline of customer speakers for local and regional events; support with speaker selection, prep, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement
  • Spearhead creative programs for how we recognize and celebrate our customers at scale through our Webflow Awards program, gifting, and more
  • Own relationships with third-party review platforms such as G2, develop review campaigns, and create quarterly G2 content including blogs and social media posts
  • Identify opportunities to continuously optimize and scale customer engagement and advocacy efforts

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience with at least 3+ years of customer marketing in the B2B enterprise space\

  • Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll

 As a U.S. Payroll Manager, you will … 

  • [15%] Implement a prompt and efficient US payroll cycle process, including but not limited to base pay, variable pay, commissions, equity transactions, payroll taxes, 401k, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc. for both the US, and any off-cycle payroll runs.
  • [20%] Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for payroll, including recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and recording accruals for areas such as PTO, Payroll taxes, variable compensation, payroll benefits, and more.
  • [10%] Develop and manage key policies and procedures for U.S. payroll processing.
  • [10%] Collaborate with the People team to ensure accuracy on payments such as 401(k), commuter benefits, taxable perks, HRA, H.S.A. and FSA, etc.
  • [20%] Actively manage ADP payroll systems and file feeds (Workday, Fidelity). Respond to payroll inquiries.
  • [10%] Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions, and terminations are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
  • [15%] Cultivate working relationships with key business partners, third-party providers, and other teams at Webflow to resolve issues, and improve the overall efficiency of our processes and systems.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a U.S. Payroll Manager if you:

  • Have a sense of urgency along with experience or understanding of key payroll processes such as workflows, and  multi-state taxation.
  • Have helped scale a company’s U.S. payroll by improving processes and workflows
  • Can communicate and cultivate a working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and business partners
  • Collaborate well as a team member and work autonomously as conflicts and challenges arise
  • Understand the accounting behind the payroll and able to post activity to the ERP system.
  • Have experience with Excel and can automate accounting workbooks using formulas. Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Have experience using various payroll systems (ADP, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Experience with payroll accounting
  • Experience with process automation and data bridges

  • Meet with potential Enterprise customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit 
  • Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts

As a Manager, Sales Development you’ll … 

  • Lead our inbound business development team
  • Deliver qualified pipeline from across our inbound channels

As a Product Design Manager, you will: 

  • Review designs to ensure intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sophisticated products.
  • Prioritize and evangelize user research initiatives with our UXR team to uncover deep insights that inform design strategies and product decisions.

As a Commercial Counsel, you’ll … 

  • Provide primary end-to-end commercial legal support to a variety of Webflow teams and stakeholders looking to sell, buy, or source products and/or services, including sales and revenue, operations, procurement, product, business development, and partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements on a daily basis to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances, including but not limited to inbound services agreements, Data Processing Agreements, SaaS agreements, software licenses, and sponsorships. 
  • Effectively identify, synthesize, and distill key contractual terms, concepts, and risks to business clients and colleagues in actionable format, including providing ongoing training and related resources to clients to enable them to self-serve and comply with internal policies and contractual requirements. 
  • Collaborate with product counsel and other cross-functional colleagues to create and refine terms and templates to bring new products and features to market as Webflow’s business continues to evolve.

  • Have a JD, and at least one active bar membership.

  • Have a breadth of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment, as well as developing and scaling associated processes to centralize and standardize commercial legal support.

As Director of Sales, you will…

  • Build and lead a world-class, diverse team: recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Sales Managers. Guide the Sales Managers on a set of frameworks for hiring and retaining high-performing Account Executives in order to build the sales motion at Webflow.
  • Own your results: attain quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity in sales performance. Drive an operating rhythm of weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, and tracking results.
  • Grow your business: position the team to grow successfully beyond the immediate targets, creating the engine for increased revenue year on year.   • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer

As a Principal Product Manager for AI, you will be pivotal in defining and leading the AI product strategy, vision, and own part of and collaborate on the execution at Webflow, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals. You will harness AI to innovate and enhance our product offerings, driving growth and maintaining competitive advantage in the AI-driven tech landscape. You will also own the strategy, execution and education around how we internally use AI to build products at Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy that integrates with Webflow’s overall business strategy.
  • Monitor AI product performance metrics, adoption and adapt strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
  • Lead the integration of customer feedback into product development, specifically focusing on AI-driven features and enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends in AI and machine learning, assess competitive positions, and pinpoint opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with teams across Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Insights, Product Management, Product Design and Engineering to turn market insights into effective product initiatives.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products, working closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize product positioning and messaging.
  • Engage with AI technology partners, customers, and industry leaders to gain insights that inform product development and innovation.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, leveraging this knowledge to keep Webflow at the forefront of industry developments.
